I got 10 nintendo switch games to buy but the lady was talking on the phone all the time and when I ask her about the games she doesnt even check and told me that they dont haved but she was still talking on the phone I hope she is not the manager store if not we are all screw (it was talking on her cellphone not store phone ) we ask for something and I dont even finish talking and she say not we dont have it, its crazy.It was on the gamestop on Wadsworth and Alameda.

Went in their store to place an order and buy my daughter a new game. Korin and Rury were incredibly helpful! Being a 35+ year gamer, Korin helped recommend some great games! I would consider making this more of a marquis store, due to its location and helpful staff (I.E.. Adding more product). It can be marginal at times at other gaming stores for help and friendliness but they absolutely killed it! Will be my go to for gaming help and purchases.

I get that businesses ultimately are there to make money but the only way you will make money is by keeping your customers happy. Now Im not saying give anything away or doing something that that would put your job at risk but having only one staff member working on a weekend day is absolutely asinine! Also it may be easier to have subsections in each section i.e. virtual games on PS4 grouped together. Just food for thought

The people there are great! The game selection is even better. Over all Ive been there a lot, and not once have I been disappointed or unhappy with my visit there. Typically Im not stuck there for a long time. Its always in and out and no further worries. Definitely go to this place its great!

I’ve been to this location twice in the last two months and both times I was turned away by staff. Once because they weren’t accepting trades on the Wii U system, and second because the game I wanted to trade was unopened. This company is getting a bit tired. Think I’m done giving them my money

Have always had fantastic experiences at this store. Max, Elijah, Serena, all very kind and great conversation starters! They make sure my needs are met efficiently without wasting any time. Elijah especially has a stand out attitude, always very positive. Love GameStop, this location in particular!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Everytime I have gone to this location the workers are extremely rude and just try to push you out the door. One of the workers there wouldnt even let my husband and I look for 5 minutes on our own without him coming up and asking us what we wanted to play so he could give us his recommendation, and he was so unprofessional by talking about how some people need to cut the umbilical cord to their children so they can be real adults. This would have been fine if he was not yelling this conversation out the entire time he was talking to his coworker. He was also extremely rude to me and cut me off every time I tried saying something and inserting himself in mine and my husbands private conversation. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered an item for in-store pickup on Black Friday. I was going to be a day late picking the item up so I called in a week before to ask them to hold the item for an extra day. The stores phone was disconnected for an entire week, I missed the pick up and the Black Friday deal.

They are not honoring their return policy. I attempted to return an unopened item but the manager said the best they could do is store credit. The back of the receipt clearly states unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Do yourself a favor and buy from another company.Update: I went to a nearby GameStop the next day and they refunded me no problem. Therefore, I can only conclude the management at this GameStop is crooked and greedy. Do your business elsewhere.

I reserved a game 3 months in advance. I went in to pick it up 2 days after the release and they had already sold my copy. When I confronted the store manager about it he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do about it. I will not be shopping here anymore. Good job guys you just lost a 20 year long customer.

Walked in to get a headset. I saw the wall of headsets next to the PS section. The headset I needed for the PS I have. The clerk looked me in the eyes and said “we don’t have any.” I asked “non at all?” Still looking at the wall of headsets. “No we can’t keep them in stock.” One star because of a blatant lie to my face.

I frequent GameStop and this location a lot as I’m an elite pro member and gaming is a major hobby of mine. I couldn’t believe the customer service I received today from your sales associate Elijah. He was pompous, rude, and completely unhelpful. Elijah would not accept my return of a controller because I did not have the sticker pack with it, pretty petty if you ask me. Then went on about how his controller worked and I shouldn’t have any issues like his and proceeded to be condescending. I went to another location and had it returned for store credit with absolutely no issue. I’d gladly call this kid a douchebag again because he is terrible at his job and shouldn’t be in customer service if that’s the attitude he wants to have at his job. Pathetic if you ask me. I will not be back to this location after today until Elijah is gone. Good day.

Found the service to be good and they tried to assist me on finding a Casino Game for my sister.Their in store selection is very limited, and they suggested I go to the GameStop online site to find the Game I was looking for. They were even kind enough to suggest some other places to go to that might have it.Over all it was a good experience and I will most definitely go there to find some Xbox games for my nephew. :)

One of the better Gamestops I have been too. They had things clearly organized and the staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. Going inside was kind of like going to a bank with everyone including staff at the register which seemed kind of odd, but made sense with being able to call in and have things ready to pick up. We were like 10th in line when we arrived and it took about 10 minutes to get through so overall pretty good and that was the busiest I have seen it. Store was clean and stocked with minimal empty shelves for a Saturday afternoon.

Im sure they get this question all the dang time so anyone there will probably be able to answer it, but its because theyre actually one of the oldest locations for GameStops! Gamestop started as an online only business and when they branched out to physical locations they became GameStop(com) stores! Super neat.Knowledgable staff, great prices, always worth stopping in.

Cant speak for all the employees, but I just had the displeasure of dealing with Max. First off he decided to make a personal phone call as I walked to the register, then proceeded to talk about how he wished he was at home playing Minecraft (really?). Then after more nonsense of about 5 minutes he got off the phone and proceeded to act as if I was a inconvenience. Not knowing my membership had run out, I was charged an extra fee for my item, instead of asking if I wanted to renew. If I wasnt feeling so terrible I probably would have caused a stink. Consider yourself lucky max, cause I will just take my business elsewhere. I suggest everyone else do the same.

So in my experience, gamestop employees are always very upbeat and friendly, including past visits to this location, which I always very much appreciate. Not this on this day. Elijah, the sole employee there, acted like a total stuck up, rude brat, snapped at me for using the wrong card reader and gave off the impression that my presence, a paying customer, was completely unwelcome. My bad for coming into your customer service job wanting things and stuff, sorry to ruin your 4 hour shift there Elijah. I work 10 hour shifts as a construction worker but its nothing compared to the arduous work day you have talking about video games all day. Dont know how you do it. Your a braver man than I.Dear management, fire this worthless brat. Hes not interested in working. I wont be returning to this location.

Went in to get the Diablo III Nintendo switch bundle which according to the website was in stock at this location and available for in store pickup, I get there and while the girl I worked with in store was very nice and polite she proceeded to tell me that they only had one left and they couldnt sell it to me because there was a pre-order... The game has been out for a bit now and so I dont understand how someones pre order can just be sitting there for over a week, she was willing to call other local stores that might have it but by the time she would be done calling to find out they would have already been closed, told her no thanks and just went to Best buy, because when they say they have something in stock its actually true..my only issue here is that the website was misleading..ended up just buying the game and console separately.

Shop runner dropped the ball in customer service. Called ahead to see if they had a part for my console. They put me on hold to look for it for 10 minutes. Afterwards, I drove down and the individual was helping other customers and his excuse was that he had to trade in other peoples consoles. This store is the worst store ive ever walked into, ever in my life have me my husband and my poor 3 year old was treated with disrespect Max the manager associate iD 519332 was giving my husband the 3rd dagree about calling the wrong game stop for a game witch we went to the bellmar game stop right before and that was the wrong game stop belmar said they have 5 copys scross the street, so max kept insisting he didnt have evil within for ps4 and just woldnt look so his stupid ass decided to look after we said belmar told us you hve 5 copys. So we paid for the game and my 3 year old grabed a toy after we paid and asked can I have this of cource we had money so I said yes put it on the counter and MAX smaced his lips and woldnt take tothe toy frome my son and ring in up for us he keep staring at us and said im busy I cant help you and asked Sydni to ring us up becouse he was buy we were the only popel I the store so sydni rang up up couldnt count my change then droped my change intadh
