I would give zero stars if it was an option. I went in on Sunday, May 30th, and dropped a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with a shattered screen off to be replaced. I was informed that the device would be ready to pick up on Tuesday, June 1st, and that he would call me when it was ready. By 4pm on June 1st I still had not heard anything and called to ask if it was ready. He then informed me that because FedEx was closed on Memorial Day the screen would not be arriving until Wednesday.I checked with another business and they said they could have the device fixed same day for a third of the cost.I went to pick up the device and the man was not friendly and very upset. He said he had already ordered the screen. I apologized for the inconvenience and explained that I was informed the device would be ready on Tuesday (which he claims he did not tell me followed by telling me to grow up, but the two other people that were with me Sunday heard him say it would be ready Tuesday) and I needed the device ready on Tuesday. I asked for the phone and he said no and explained that he would be out money by me taking the device elsewhere. (I would have paid for at least the shipping if he had been polite in this interaction). I asked for the device again and this time he said yes and gave it to me, but not without telling me to grow up again.What a horrible experience.

Had back glass repaired a week and a half ago and the back glass is cracked again. I have done nothing to the phone to cause a crack. Very unhappy with the quality of this repair.

I went in around 12:30 today (8·5) and my phone was fixed with a new screen protector in just an hour! The guy was really professional and the screen protector of course was optional but cheap. Cant get over how quick it was, thank you so much! I will definitely be reccomending you to anybody who needs phone repair :)

Went to have an old ipods screen replaced and a samsung tablet. After about a week the ipods screen was literally falling off so we took it back and he did his thing. Seemed okay then about a month later with virtually no use on either devices the screens started popping up again and where ever your finger is touching it disrupts the pixels because they turn grey. After almost a year and a half we havent been able to use either device and upon trying to use one today the touchscreen is either failed or because the screen is basically not attached it just cant sense my finger no matter the method I use. Overall pretty awful quality, Devices are completely unusable at this point and i have a strong doubt he would try to make it right after all this time has passed considering he treated us like we were some ***hole because we wanted him to fix the ipod a second time

Guys repaired my phone the day of the break. No hassle. Sold me a protective glass screen. It had a minor crack by day two which they replaced with no extra charge. Great business practice. Thanks for all the help! Both times, however, they couldn’t lay the protective cover on straight. It sits a little crooked on my screen.

We have brought our broken phones here many times over the past couple of years and received top notch service each time. If you are needing a phone fix, it’s worth checking these guys out. Even If you have insurance on your phone it’s still worth checking. These guys saved me like $70 cause it was less to fix my phone with them rather than pay our deductible.

Always love doing business here. Have done so for going on 2 years. They always get the newer products before a lot of the cell phone carriers do, and at a better price point! It’s fast and easy, and they are always willing to clean your device and put on your screen protectors (without any bubbles or flaws like Verizon and Sprint have done with me on numerous occasions.) They also have the privacy ones that are a lot harder to find unless you go online. Five stars from me!

My experience with iFixandRepair was absolutely incredible! I hadnt planned on getting my phone repaired that day but, as I was shopping, I noticed this little place near Entrance 4. I was a bit skeptical about it, thinking that it would cost a hefty price, but I stopped by anyway to see what they were all about. When I spoke to the wonderful gentleman he assured me that it would be a painless fix. He was open an honest with the labor involved by showing me the ins and outs of my phone and the parts needed. Feeling confident about the repair, I left my phone with him and continued shopping worry free. Shopping without my phone was actually a pretty liberating experience, I must say. After about an hour or so, I swung by to see how my phone was doing and to my surprise my phone was ready to go! It looked, worked, and felt like it was brand new again! When he told me the price I was even more surprised! I honestly spent more money on two articles of clothing at the Aeropostale than what I paid to get my phone fixed! I came here to get my screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ after using a case that couldnt work with a glass protector. This kiosk helped me with all of it: screen, case, and protector! Ill definitely use them again should I have another break or need new accessories!

DO NOT GO HERE! BROKE MY PHONES CAMERA! I drove 1 hour to go here to get the glass on my phone camera fixed. The camera was working fine after it broke. I just needed to fix the glass. All the places I called to get it fixed didn’t have the part and would have to order it, but this place conveniently had it on hand. So I went there and they fixed it and I drove home. Then I found out my phone camera wouldn’t focus on anything, everything was blurry! It was not like that when I brought it in. I called and they said they would fix it, so I drove another hour there just for them to tell me it’s something wrong with my camera and nothing wrong with the glass. Even though I have pictures of the camera working just fine before they took it in. They not only lied saying they would fix it but also blamed me for somehow breaking it afterwords. Don’t go here.

I have used Sams services twice and both were excellent. The price is even awesome! He is really good at fixing phones and the waiting time is very short. He fixed my LCD in only 25 minutes. I highly recommend him with no reservations!!

I had fixed my Iphone X at this place three days ago. Was a little bit hesitated to trust them, but then went ahead and decided to give them a try. I am glad that I let them fix my phone. They fixed it with such a great care and my phone looks again as if its brand new. The guys are very honest and responsible. They know their job very well. Best repair shop in the area. It’s not like a regular store, it’s a kiosk right by Haagen-Dazs ice cream kiosk but they do really good quality work with 90 day warranty. They have fixed all my kids phones and my iPad. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a repair service.

A life saver! I dropped my Google pixel phone canyoneering and cracked the screen. On my travels from Utah to Nebraska, I stopped here in desperation for a solution. My phone is a newer model so they did not have the screen replacement but instead they ordered one, gave me a temporary phone to use during my trip, and shipped me my phone fixed and looking brand new! These guys are amazing!! I took a broken iphone and ipad in to them as was blown away by their customer service. They were able to fix the iphone at half the price of the apple store. I delayed taking the ipad to a repair shop because I thought the problem was worse than it was and would be costly to repair. Not only did they identify the problem immediately, but they fixed the charging port right then and there within 5 minutes and with no charge! This level of customer service is rare these days and Im happy to recommend them to everyone I come across. Thanks guys!

The Price of the drones Are more then double then what they go for anywhere else. They are not worth the price he sells them for and some seem like their really cheaply made. If you try and even talk to the owner he doesnt even look at you and just looks down fixing phones. Not sure how anyone can make it with horrible customer service like this. We were about to spend 180$ there, when a customer who had been waiting 3 hrs for his phone, took his aggravation out on us, just for asking some price questions, while the owner just sat there not helping, only reponding with snarky, rude comments, acting like I was in the wrong for asking questions about his drones. They should make an option of zero stars for places like this. Theres a bunch of other places to fix your phone or buy a drone! Dont go here.

Took my ipad in for digitizer repair and they broke the pins out of the connection when taking it apart. Told me it was already like that even though it worked fine (besides the broken screen) before I took it in. Avoid! Untrustworthy!
