This was an overall bad experience. Ill never come back. The lady was in a rush, I asked for 4 inches off my hair. I had very long hair when I went in, almost all the way down my back to the top of my butt. Well now it barley passes my shoulders. I told her she was going to short yet she continued to chop away. I cried on my way home as anyone with long hair knows how long it takes to grow and how much we love our long hair. I was looking for a a few inches off and she chopped basically half my hair off. I guess no more $20 cuts for me. Its time to find someone that cares. There a before and after picture for reference on what she believes 4 inches is.

I get a perm once a year. My stylist Joyce was friendly and Gabe me the best/fastest perm Ive ever had.Due to Covid, you must make an appointment and continue to wear masks. Most walk-ins were rude and didnt want to make an appointment or wear a mask. Their loss, as Joyce is amazing.

Amber did such a wonderful job on my summer hair color. The purple, pink, yellow and orange are freaking amazing! They blend and mix so beautifully. My girlfriends died when they saw how gorgeous it is. She is just 100% awesome. Cant wait to come back for a winter dye job :)If you want good color go see her!!!!

This particular Fantastic Sams is a great place to go if you need quality service and a great cut. I got my hair cut by Sam today. Yes, her name is Sam She is really awesome! Sam gives a fantastic cut and she has a really awesome personality!! Definitely plan on going back.

The picture on the right is from about 2 weeks ago, the right is from today, an hour after my haircut.I am someone who dreads getting haircuts due to several years of terrible cuts constantly happening. Today that changed (bless) thanks to Amber. My ends have been fried for about 3 months and I’ve been putting a haircut off forever. My last haircut was almost exactly a year ago. Today she cut 4” off, understood my anxiety with haircuts, and cut it specifically how I asked her too (something that hasn’t happened in several years). It turned out just how I wanted and I am excited about having a stylist that I know I’ll return to now.Thank you Amber for ending my cycle of scarred-for-life haircuts!!UPDATE 08/2020Just had Amber chop my hair off - about 6-7”! And I love what she did again. Still highly recommend this location and definitely recommend Amber as a hair stylist!

Amber did the best low lights I have ever had! Service is great and the stylists take the time to treat each customer with the time and attention they deserve. I will be a customer for life and recommend this location to all my friends. If you want the best color/highlights/ low lights you have ever had make sure you book with Amber.

I really like this location. I take my girls there for haircuts and they are so great with them. It’s easy, affordable, and quick.

The whole family received cuts and the entire experience was perfect. We felt completely welcomed and for that the process was very smooth, positive, and took no time at all. Going in we had a general idea of what cuts we wanted and the stylists were beautifully skilled knowing exactly what would and wouldnt work for our individual hair types. I am still so amazed at the wonderful service we received and for the first time I dont dread the idea of having to get haircuts again.

I was there yesterday for a full color. Ive dyed my hair red before, but never professionally. Thankfully, Isabella did an AMAZING job and got the color just right. I absolutely love it. I went to this location on accident... But I think Ill make it my home store.

I honestly felt like the man cutting my hair lied in his resume to get the job here. Definitely not my best hair cut, however my hair was short and grew out reasonably quick. Normally Im not disappointed with this location, but this visit was my last.

This place is awful! I was told it would be just a few minutes to get my haircut. 20 minutes later one of the hair cutters wraps up a hair cut and Im on deck. She then proceeds to talk to her friend for 15 minutes while i wait. My 2 year old daughter asks what you doing daddy? and I say Im waiting to get my hair cut. The women looks at me and says That doesnt work for me!. I walked out. Minutes before I was just thinking I need to up my game with hair salons. When the so called stylists at the place you are getting your hair cut at, looks like she had her own hair cut with a flowbee, youre probably not going to get a great cut. I will never go to this or any other Fantastic Sams ever!!!

They brushed my hair hard and aggressively, so it hurt and jerked my head around while they did it, snapping and popping every knot and crooked strand. Because of the damage this did to my hair, Ive had flyaways standing up and sticking every direction for the past month. I noticed the other hairdresser who was working there did the same thing--I could hear the sound of a brush breaking a womans hair from the next chair over.The whole time she was cutting my hair the three women working there were chatting loudly among themselves, pretty much ignoring me and the other person who was in there getting her hair cut at that moment.The haircut itself was disappointing, albeit thats partially my responsibility. I must not have been paying close enough attention when they asked me how I liked it. As it has grown out over the past month or so, Ive noticed they left big clumps in the back, that shouldve been cut.This Fantastic Sams has no redeeming qualities. It would have rated one-out-of-five stars, but I gave a star back because the place didnt seem unclean. 2/5.

After two visits, six hours, and more money spent than I expected/budgeted I am still not happy with my hair. I knew it was going to turn out badly when after I requested a purple ombre for my black hair the stylist started by lightening up my hair only a little bit. The last time I chose this type of service, the stylist bleached my hair white first. Not wanting to be that person who tells another how to do her job, I said nothing. BIG mistake. Two and a half hours later, the tips looked sorta reddish brown. I thanked her and went on my way. The next day I could not get it off of my mind. I called the salon back and was asked, what do you want? so rudely. No apology or empathy. I went back in, and this time she tried a different dye, but again did not bleach it. It is barely passable as a purple red. She did the dying process twice this second day, it took three and a half hours, and I was charged again. I was not told I would have to pay more. There were so many people there I did not want to create a scene, so I paid, said it looked nice and left. It does look nice, but it is not what I wanted. Do an internet search on purple ombre, that is what I wanted. Not hair you have to be in the sun to notice anything.

I took my 3 toddler girls to get their haircut there 8/17/2015. Two of my girls were there to get their first haircuts..........Worst experience and haircut by far! BEWARE of AMBER and FRAN Now, When confronted of the situation, both hairstylists informed me they were closing and I would have to come back tomorrow for a retouch up (not free of charge either). When my wife called next day (Fran) wanted to get selfdefensive and argue eachway of how the haircuts were not bad, even though both AMBER and FRAN said to call and make arrangements for a retouch. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.PS I am trying to get into contact with Joy, their manager but no luck.

Wont go to fantastic sams again after poor service, deceptive business practices. they may say no wait but that could mean there is substantial wait, sure wish they would say that when they check you in.
