This is definitely my go to spot when it comes to getting my eyebrows done! STEPHANIE is so great at her job. She is always does so amazing when it comes to explaining the process of waxing that I just keep coming back. If you ever meed to get your eyebrows done, go to her! Highly recommend.5/5. My experience at this Sephora location was very different from the ones I read. I went in looking to find a NARs foundation that a friend recommended to me. It was my first time every visiting Sephora, and Lita was very helpful! She helped me get skin matched with a shade that fits my complexion. She also recommended a good primer and concealer. She was very nice, quick and really knew her makeup. Happy customer here!!
I visited this store a few days ago. This location reminded me of why I always steer clear of the wannabe jcpenny locations. There’s only like two cast members on the floor and they are both over worked (poor girls) and this location only carries a fraction of what Sephora should carry. Including hourglass. Definitely not returning.
Usually super great, its the Sephora I go to when its just a quick in and out, its smaller than most, and they dont have as wide of a selection. Anyway, the reason for my review, is usually when Im curious about a skincare, I like to sample it. Im used to the girls writing down the product on the lil Sephora ziploc baggy, usually they do, but today I got 3 samples and no names, and I only stress the importance of this because some people have sensitive skin, and it doesnt react well to every product. Like, my skin loves Sunday Riley and drunk elephant, yet, got an allergy after using biossance..just saying.
Customer service is horrible at this place as they DO NOT have the proper personnel in place. We waited more than 30 minutes and had to chase one of the girls from the counter. Do not let Gloria help you at all. She has no customer service skills and she is the reason why we did not purchase anything. She made us wait more than 30.minutes on line just to tell us to wait some more when we got to the counter.I wonder how many customers she has lost to her attitude and poor skills. She is causing her company money. So sad she represents this company.
Rude employees. Had to insist on asking for a manager this evening. The representative cut me off to get to an area. I waited for them to move so I could get to the area. Then they asked me why I was starring at them. I told them they cut me off and waiting for them to move. I tol them to talk to me like that was rude. declined to to gtanager he first time and I dont have a need to continue shopping where customer service isnt a priority!
Good selection of makeup. Very helpful with suggestions if they didnt have it.
Three associates In the store and it was not that busy at 230pm in the afternoon. Waited and waited and waited to just ask if they had Dr Brandt and no one made eye contact, asked if I needed assistance. I even stood In line with two cashier working the counter. So I decided maybe standing in line would get me a step closer to my question answered. As Im still in line second cashier girl walks away from the counter avoiding eye contact doesnt ask if I need help or someone will be with you in just a moment no acknowledgement or anything. I can see now why this store has such horrible reviews. Shout out to the operations/management team. Fish rots from the head get your store and associates together. Its entry level work, not brain surgery to say hello, we will be right with you, or do you have a question.
Horrid customer service. Got there when it opened, told one of two reps there I needed to do an exchange without a receipt, she looked at me like I was crazy. She told me to go to the counter, I told her I wanted Kush mascara, she. Had no idea what that was, I told her Milk dropped it on 4/20. She showed me Milk products which were sparse. Then I told her i wanted an organic eye pencil, she didn’t know what that was but had vegan. Fine same thing. Next I needed a nude lipstick, she showed me Sephora and guaranteed not organic, she then informed me she had to help another customer, the entire interaction took 3 minutes. After fumbling about I went to check out. There was a woman in front of me whose insider card wouldn’t scan an this same sales clerk would not help her manually put it in and said she had to do it herself.I put my products back and left.Came home intent on complaining via email.1000 characters is not enough. Have to call.Had to take a Xanax, maybe I need two.
This isnt so much for sephora it more for the brow bar there. I love it when Stephanie cleans me up she for sure takes pride in what she does. Always makes me laugh and is a true artist.
Its a hit and miss. Some days they are nice. Some days they arent. Just depends on their mood I guess 😕

Ive been to other Sephora stores inside JC Pennys but this was less than mediocre. Cleanliness, variety of products and just the flow of displays...just didnt exist. Off to Ceritos! ugh
By far the worst customers service! I love shopping at saphora but will NOT come to this location again DEFINITELY !!!!!
First and last visit... Horrible customer service! Walked in adked to get skin matched for foundation and was told machine has been broken down for a while, thats it! No offers to manually help me look for forundation, no advice on any shade, NOTHING! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! And sadly this was my firat time at a Sephora!
