They went above and beyond to help me find the products I need, and I could not be more thrilled with their efforts to assist me. Truly a gem of a store, and I am going to make them my main licensed supply house.

I’ve been shopping here for years and it’s been a great place but today was awful. The worst customer service I’ve ever had. And what’s worse is the woman working blamed me. She practically pushed me out of the way when helping someone else. She talked to this person instead of helping me. She had so much attitude. Tossed my product around and didn’t give me and my mother a bag. When my mother grabbed one she took it out of her hand. Not sure how to report this or talk to a manager but I’ll try.

The girls there are amazing. I will be back again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the wonderful staff here!! I am a very social person and every time i go here I appreciate that they really make me feel welcome and carry a good conversation with me while making my purchases!! I dont believe this is a required aspect of their jobs.. but it really makes me happy. Thank you all at this State Beauty Supply!! I usually go to this one but the one in Wheatridge has some wonderful people too!!

There are nicer ways to speak to people. Just saying.

Love these girls! Very informative and professional

Michelle the manager/sales person did not greet us when we walked in and was totally incompetent and disinterested in making any sales. People walked in and out from the store and without any recognition from her. Shes the anti Christ of shop business.

Always available and helpful

The women here are extremely rude! I would much rather drive to wheat ridge than to deal with the unprofessionalism of the ladies here. The worst part is, I think the manager was one of the culprits. Get out of the customer service industry if you dont have the skills for it.
