These guys were great! They took me in last minute and stayed late to fix my car. Super helpful, transparent, and saved me a lot of money on what I thought was going to be a big fix. Definitely going back for future car repairs, super nice.

EXTREMELY unimpressed with this company’s service. I Went in for an alignment on my car 9/15/2021. They ended up breaking the bolt off of my tie rod end and told me I needed new ones. I had to leave my car there over night even though I brought it in early In the morning. Reginald Jones quoted me 69$ for the outer rods and 59$ for the inner and 75$ for the labor, which I thought was very fair. At around 4 o’clock that day I got call from Reginald saying that he ordered the wrong parts and would see what else he could do. I never got another call that day saying that there would be a difference in the price. I went in the next day to get my car at 11:40 only to find out he went ahead and order parts almost twice the price of what he quoted me and DIDNT EVEN CALL TO CONFIRM IF IT WAS OKAY?!?! Where is the transparency? How can a company treat a customer like this? It would have been nice if they disclosed the correct price before they started working on my car. The retail price of the parts at an auto part store is less than half of what Reginald stated on the bill. Will be taking my business else where. VERY unprofessional!!

These people are the bomb.com! 30 min till closing on a Friday and they did a 4 tire alignment and balance, added a camber kit and did my oil change, all of which took maybe an hour and a half. FIRE STONE took 8 hours to align my front 2 tires and thats it. 100% highly recommend these guys ! They know what they r doing they are honest, nice, and get the job done! Will be taking my car back there and only there from now on! Couldnt have asked for a better place ❤💕💛

We are planning on 2K of travelling in 2 weeks. Requested oul change and inspection. Front brake rotor and pads were main issue. I was a bit undecided until I returned to pick up my car. They were able to show me damage to rotors. When I found out they could have this and other items done in 90 minutes, I was happy to go for it. Commend them for proffessionalism and prompt service.

I called a Goodyear tire in Lakewood they gave me a price of $551. I drove to the Goodyear I thought I had called and Regi helped me and the price was $471. This was not the place I called however Regi quoted me a better price and he did not know about the 1st price I was quoted.

Trailer towing, noticed a front tire nail protruding from the mid-tread. Dealer had no room. Big O had no room. (3) Goodyear (tires of OEM) stores could not get my tires until next day, soonest.Losing pressure.Went to O-Reillys for Fix-A-Flat. Started to hold pressure.I needed tires on the front at least.Reginald Jones at the 11196 W.Colfax location said he would go to the warehouse where all the above probably had to go to also, and get the tires for me right then! When he confirmed inventory, he called me to tell me he was leaving the store to get the tires.I dont care if any store had a better deal. Reggie was out for customer service and about 2 hours later, I had my tires on. Yeah, I bought a complete set.BTW - he is a classic car buff - ask him about classic Lincoln Continentals. He also rides Harleys...Go to Reggies location for your next tire repair or new tire set.

Had a sidewall collision with a curb on a tire I purchased from Coloradoland and was able to get it replaced quickly and at a reasonable price. Always happy to take my car to Coloradoland for all my service needs 👍

Store Manager: Mr. Reggie Jones:I cant get over Mr. Jones sense of service and literally working to win my business, vs. the typical taken for granted phrase use.Two weeks ago, my wife and I went camping with a rented pop-up into the Halfmoon area, outside of Leadville, CO. This area is what is unimproved, but dirt road access to campgrounds, also unimproved.The next morning, our 2020 Lincoln Aviator Black Label trim had a flat passenger-side tire. We were off-grid.Our dealer(s) could not help, nor could several other Goodyear tire dealerships. They had to wait for next-day or 2 or the following week to get us in.Now, I have to return a rented pop-up trailer to the Golden, CO area before any of these folks could help me. Add in the extra weight/towing parameters and you understand how I am concerned about any tire patch or fix-a-flat technology holding up.So, I contacted Reggie Jones - he heard my story and said he would go to the same warehouse (probably) these other guys were likely pulling inventory from for our 22 wheels and get the tires himself.When he had verified inventory, and I said we would buy a complete set of 4, he called me to tell me he was leaving to go get the tires.I quit calling everyone else and drove straight over. Two hours later, fresh meats and Im on my back to our campsite.Today, again camping - 1/4 lag bolt passenger-side rear tire, and now with a substantially larger RV we towed to the Slide Lake area. This RV is right at 5,100 lbs, wet, the spec. for 10,000 feet altitude vs. the sea-level 6,700 spec. maximum for the Aviator.Bigger problem, less wiggle room to 2nd guess around, even with a radial tire patch. I called Reggie yesterday, I am here today, new tire mounted and Im heading back to our campsite.Reggies restrooms are clean- very clean as is the waiting room.So, I wanted you to know the Reggie knows the hustle and most importantly, my wife said, You mean, he knows what service means?

I have the worst luck burning through and popping tires. Thank the universe I purchased roadside hazard protection on my tires as I have had to get replacements 5 times in the last 6 months. Weve shared a few laughs about my bad luck and they always replace the tire as quickly as their delivery guy can get them in. They have always communicated well about the timelines for replacement and have switched tires out within hours despite having several other vehicles ahead of me in queue. Thank you for your hard work!

I needed my tire mounted on a rim for an off-roading vehicle and the owner wanted to charge me $40 for Mount and balance I told him I didnt need it balanced its for an off-roading vehicle and he snarled at me saying well its going to be the same price no matter what. I have my girlfriend go the next day to get a price from him and he tried to charge her $60 for the same job. They are criminals you can go across the street to any of the other three tire shops and they will only charge you $20 for a mount and balance and if you dont want it balanced theyre not going to yell at you like this place will. If youre a woman do not use this place they will overcharge you. This place needs to fall off the map.

This place is fantastic. Ive taken my 2001 Dodge Dakota here for an alignment, 90K service, and today, a rapid turn signal issue. Everything was completed quickly, professionally, complete with follow-up discussions, all at affordable prices. (The 90K service was a big one - basically everything is either replaced or inspected - I got a few quotes from a few other shops and Coloradoland was less expensive by $100.) Ive dealt with managers Mike and Dane, both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I’m so mad I’m shaking. I dropped my truck off for a scheduled alignment just now. I was spoken to by Mike in the most rude, loud and abrasive tone. The last time I was here I had a great experience. If my situation was different, I would have left immediately and never come back.

I used Colorado Land a couple years ago for maintenance on my vehicle and the service was ok. A couple months ago I walked in to ask about servicing my truck and the guy was really rude, wouldnt even look at me when speaking and wasnt willing to offer advice or schedule for a diagnostic. I was in a pinch and called this morning to schedule a simple maintenance on my truck, when I called the guy didnt even announce the company or his name, just said hello and yeah. When I asked if they had openings to schedule me he said, yeah followed by a long pause and finally he told me to drop it off tomorrow.Sick of these businesses being so rude to customers!I learned my lesson, Id rather pay a few more bucks and take it to the dealership where it will be serviced right! I called the Ford dealership and they were very professional and scheduled me right away.#coloradolandtire&service

Honest service, quality work. Would recommend. They noticed that Big O in Lakewood put my tires on backwards after a rotation which made my car ride rough and caused extra wear on the treads. I appreciated this.

They were able to assist with the removal of wheel locks on my daughter car. Her rear tire was on the steel belt and it needed replacing ASAP. Im grateful for their ability to get the two tires replaced the other company refuse to do due to the lock and broken wheel key, since it was a matter time before she had a blowout. Great customer service and straight up honesty which is hard to find these days.

I had professional, speedy service here but I believe they need to work on how they give a quote over the phone. I was told the tire in question would be $117. I asked how much total it would be for the install and was told $148. After it was installed, the total was then $181! They could have mentioned I would HAVE to purchase the tire installation package. They did remove the disposal fee which brought it down to $171 so that helped. I was just irritated as I was expecting to pay what I was quoted over the phone ($148). If I had been given the exact cost I would have not been surprised afterward. Other than that, good service.

Called last night to get a quote on tires for my Nissan. Cody was super helpful and gave me some prices and what was included. Brought the car in this morning and had them put on in less than an hour. Price was a little less than quoted, which was awesome. Great service. Would definitely come here again.

Went to Breckenridge for a vacation and on our way home to Kansas we ran into some car trouble. These guys were so hospitable and got us in right away. If it weren’t for them we would be stuck in Colorado. So thankful!

I was instantly greeted, even though they were super busy in the late afternoon. Expressed my need for new tires and they said they could fit me in even though I had to pick up my daughters by a certain time. They loaned me their shuttle van during a decent snow storm and let me pick up my kids and return to the store with my new tires already on! I highly recommend this place great service and dedicated workers!

A couple months back I came in to these guys asking if they could investigate a simple issue with my car’s AC unit. When my AC was running, it was making a chirping sound. I leave my car with them for a couple hours, and their diagnostic was that there was ‘metal shavings in the air conditioning system’, and quoted me a fix of over $2,000 to replace a bunch of components like my compressor and that quote ‘By summer, your AC unit may completely go out.’ I walked out and just asked for my car back without any service done to it.Well, as it turned out, Summer had long passed, and no, nothing catastrophically failed; my AC is still working, and the best part of this whole expedition was the chirping issue was just my AC’s blower motor fan, which sits under the passenger side glove compartment and can be removed with any old wrench, just needed lubrication. A 15-minute fix solved with $8 bucks of supplies. So with that being said, I quickly learned that I can’t trust these guys to do a proper diagnosis and they probably will just end up swindling you on issues that don’t even exist. They ended up charging me $70 bucks at the end of the day after doing god knows what. Nothing, that’s for sure. Be careful here, that’s all I have to say.

These guys are top notch!! After putting up with the everyday b.s. we face it is nice to just have someone give a damn at the best time. I was recently stranded in Lakewood with a cracked high pressure fuel line which some places wont touch. It was close to closing time when I finally found these guys and they waited for me to get to the shop. After finding the issue quickly (without charge), they let me store my vehicle inside which was full of many important items. Just when I thought I was as happy as I could have been with a shop, they let me use their shuttle car until the next morning since I was without transportation!! I looked at my friend and asked, what just happened? They called the next day when it was done and I cannot say enough about the service that they all provided. Thanks guys! Such a rare treat!!Brett

A few months back when I went in to get my new tires on my Journey, I recieved good customer service, a GREAT deal on some tires, and specific instructions on how to get them rotated. (Which at the time I was told, no need to schedule an appointment for your tires to get rotated. Just come on by, and well get it done.) Everything went well the service was done well and in a timely manner, and the tires have been great. In fact, it was my intention to post a review to tell people they should use this place. That the price, customer service, and process was well worth a 4.5 star review.However, today when I went to get my tires rotated, the manager Mike was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING! RUDE! AND COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand that there were no techs to be seen, and as such they could not service my vehicle right away. But the way MIKE just sat there smiling at me, and interrupting me, was RIDICULOUS! He did not bother the express on any level that he understood that the situation was inconvenient for me, the CUSTOMER, he just sat there smiling and interrupting me as I tried to explain that it was weird that I was told I did not have to make an appointment, and yet I cannot get the work done. I am completely alright with having to schedule an appointment, but I was told I did not have to do so; so why am I unable to get my tires rotated without scheduling it. It not make any sense, but MIKE just kept smiling and interrupting me!As such, I will schedule an appointment, and take my car back in to get the tires rotated; as it is part of a service I already paid for when I got the tires. But based on this experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Coloradoland Tire & Service. Or at least their manager Mike!

Ran over a screw tonight and zipped in about half an hour before close to see if my tire could be patched or needed to be replaced; Kevin & Robb told me theyd take a look and I was out of there with a free patch just minutes before they closed. In & out in less than half an hour. I imagine most places would probably have said they were closing up shop and could get me in the next day. Great service!!

I called for an oil change and tire rotation to see if they could do it the next day before noon. They assured me it was no problem and wouldnt take my info for scheduling since I could just drop it off when they opened with no problem. The next day I arrived when they first opened and suddenly they dont have time and dont have me in the schedule since they wouldnt take my info to begin with. Not an easy place to work with. They have lost my business.

I went here today for new tires and had a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and had better prices than other places I called. They estimated an hour wait and were finished in 45 minutes. Clean waiting room with good wifi.

Horrible service. Dont come here. The guy up front is rude. They dont actually check your tires when you come in to see if theres a problem. Thet just add air to the tires and send you on your way with a defective tire.

Had a nail puncture the sidewall of my tire. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed for the day, did not hesitate to take a look, and help me replace the tire. They were also conscious about tire brands and model as well, as my vehicle is leased. Would definitely recommend!

I took my car in to get battery checked, oil changed and have them check the thermostat on my car. Also had them change oil and air filter, was just charged for work done not the extras I asked them to check. It is the only place I will take my Cars and Truck. They are awesome Eddie Denver

Went in have my tire PATCHED, I made this very clear and left it with them and they called me about 2 hours later to tell me my tire was done. I went in to get it, they put it on for me and I went on my way. Come to find out later they didnt patch the tire, but gave me a new one and didnt bother to mention it to me. THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT A NEW TIRE. As I was in rental car the bill went to the rental company for me to pay later. I appreciate the suprise bill guys.

After multiple accounts of disrespect from the manager Mike I am choosing to provide feedback. I was only there to make sure there was not a nail in my tire. I walked into the building and didnt even get a hello let alone eye contact or even Mike to lift his head. The only reason I even know his name is because the second time I had come in I drove right up to bay and asked because I did not want to deal with rude customer service from the MANAGER . All I have to say is, if management is the one being unprofessional and all of the employees show great customer service there is something wrong. I would want to give a huge shoutout to the guy who helped me. but working for Mike I wouldnt doubt he would get blamed for Mikes behaviors. Very very disappointed.

In short, I was kicked out of the business by the owner, Jason, when I asked him a very civil question about the same tire he had put on last spring after winter, and would not this spring. No one else had worked on my tires.This was after already waiting 70 minutes when I had been told it would take an hour when I arrived. So avoid Jason. The tech was wonderful help as I watched him put my snow tires back on. The tech actually explained that I have an all wheel drive car.] to Jason and Jason insisted I only needed to buy one new tire because there was enough tread on the other three. No, Ive never bought only one tire, especially for an all-wheel drive care. Im off to a new store with much better and quicker service.

I went in for quoted $19.95 and charged $46.71. Sat down and found only half a cup of coffee in thermos. The service guy heard me trying to squeeze out more but I guess they ran out. They had a huge cooler for cold water bottles but it was empty. When I asked for water the guy just shrugged his shoulders. The womens toilet had feces on the bowl and was dirty. Manager rung up my total a Jason neill. He spoke to my husband and he told him the quote. He said that he knew my husband spoke to Linseed (spelling) but the he would not honour the quote because he knew Linseed would never say that. I asked how did he know since he never called Linseed to verify. After this I begged him for any any discount and he flatly refused.

I used Coloradoland at 11196 W Colfax, Lakewood, CO for replacing tires on my Lincoln MKZ and for oil replacement on it and on my Saab 93. The cost was very reasonable and the oil costs were far less than what the car dealers would charge. So they are my favorite place to have this work done.

Lied about the tire grade that they sold me. They said they quoted me 10-ply tires. I compared that to other quotes. Went with ColoradoLand because they were slightly cheaper than their competitors. Later found out that they sold me (4) 6-ply tires for $1,030. A significantly inferior tire for only slightly less than the 10-plys their competitors had honestly quoted. The 6-ply blew out prematurely on an off-road and I had to buy new tires. Cant be trusted!!! And their response is another lie. I got 60k on the 10-ply replacements I had to buy after wasting $1000 with these thieves. Nice try to cover. Face it. You lied to me. You overcharged me.

I was helping my brother on his truck. He told them it had front end noise and a pulsating brake pedal . Reggie called him saying from hubs would fix the front end noise and front pads & rotor would fix the brakes .My brother picks up the truck and still has front end noise and pulsating brake pedal, he left the truck there that night, next day they call him and tell the noise in the front end if from the transfer chain going bad and the brake pulsating is from the rear leaf spring being loose . So he spent $2200 on problems they diagnose that fixed none of his problems . They rediagnosed the problems and came up with different problems, which none of them where right . A TSB on the the truck fix the front end noise, New rear rotors fixed the brake pulsating. I contacted Glen the regional manager about the problem, he was no help told me to contact the store manger, Reggie was no help. Got nowhere with this company. they where not willing to make it right.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, DONT TRUST THEM THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
