I always used this service in the past with good to okay results. The last time I used this service was on 10/20/21 and an oil change lasted over 3 hours and no one knew what was going on with my truck. It was only an oil change. I will not be returning to this place for anything in the future. I used to be a car sales rep for this same company and would never treat a customer like this.
I brought my car in to have a 60k mile maintenance done and get my battery replaced. I was asked if I would be willing to leave my car overnight. It seemed a little odd to me but I agreed. The following morning I was told that the car would not be ready for another day. I told Clayton that that was unacceptable and to just replace the battery. I need my car returned today. He told me that hed get back to me in 20 minutes. I never got a return phone call until the following morning. Clayton informed me that the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I learned that they had replaced the battery and had done the 60k mile maintenance anyway. I was charged $1100 and was without my car for 2 days. I thought the price tag was a bit excessive, but perhaps thats the going rate in all dealerships? Not a very positive experience.
Poor took me 3 weeks to get Appointment to have my back up camera checked it’s upside down and sometimes it doesn’t work. when I took it in they said they couldn’t do it that first day they change the oil then they said they did not get to it second day it was in there for three days and they never even checked it so I said just forget it I’ll take it somewhere else did get the oil changed

We went in to purchase view a vehicle, having made prior contact with Jason. They went to the trouble arranging a few vehicles with our requirements and budget in mind.They helped us to get a good result in a relaxed and no pressure scenario. What I appreciated was their ability to actually listen. They also appeared to work well together as a team in terms of being able to assist us.
I took my F150 in for an evaluation and repair of the rain sensor, rough running motor on acceleration and a cubby cover was not functional. My truck was at the dealership for over two weeks and the work was not complete when I picked it up - cubby cover still not functional. Also, found out that Ford issued a service bulletin regarding cam phasers and give a provision for no charge repair. This was not mentioned and certainly not addressed by the service dept at Larry Miller Ford. Called back to get back on the schedule to have the cubby cover repair completed and the cam phaser update performed and was scheduled more than three weeks out. Clear to me that customer service is not a high priority

The reason I gave it 2 stars is that the truck was sitting for 2 weeks on the lot until I got a diagnosis and they were not able to help me out with a loaner.The work / repair was done swiftly within 1 day once diagnosed which was positive.
This shop used to be great but over the last 12+ months has gone majorly down hill. No one greets you, ever. You feel ignored until someone finally walks over 5-10 minutes after you pull into the service bay even though they are not busy. Told me I needed front and rear brakes, I had them do front, held off on rear. Go in a month or two later and their courtesy check says brakes are fine. I call and question this. They have me bring car in and tell me check was done wrong and I do need brakes. I also had a credit for $157 from when they charged me to diagnose a check engine light when I had come in and told them what the code was. Light has gone off before the visit. They never told me it would be $157 to confirm what I had told the or I would have said dont do it. I had pre-purchased 3 oil changes so took it in this week for that and to do rear brakes and use my credit. Waited 2.5 hours to then be told I dont need brakes for another 10,000 miles and they applied my credit towards oil change but I have a remaining balance. I explained I had prepaid oil change, he verbally told me ok then you still have entire credit but didnt log in a computer and wouldnt give me anything in writing. I have never had such a horrible experience at a car dealers service shop.
Larry miller has always fixed my vehicle well and in a timely manner
Brought the truck in to have the rotors turned and pads replaced and 4 other things to be looked at. Tech refused to do the brakes without replacing the rotors because he said they were too warped and there was pulsation. Total lie and there was no pulsation. I explained to the service writer that there was no pulsation and to turn the rotors. They decided not to do the brakes or to look at anything else that was discussed with the service manager when the appointment was made. The service writer did not tells us this and my wife showed up at closing to find out nothing was completed. The service writer acted like a child when she got there. We would have picked up the car at 9am if we knew nothing was going to be done. Rotors were fine had another dealer do it in less than 2 hours while we waited.
I dropped off my car at 7:30 am on a Friday and was told by the service writer that my car might be done by end of day, and if not by Monday. By late Monday afternoon I’d received an arguably aggressive text saying that there was no information about my car. From Monday afternoon til end of business Wednesday I couldn’t get anyone on the phone or revived any information on my vehicle. It wasn’t until the end of day Wednesday when I got the service manger on the phone and threatened to take my car back that anything got done. It was still not til Friday afternoon that I got my car back, and $600 later I bought a new battery and an O2 sensor. I’ve use this dealership for other services and had no problems but this was an awful experience.
Scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and they had our car until Wednesday without any communication or honesty about what was going on. Had to get the service manager involved who was able to get everything taken care of with an afternoon but by that time we had lost 4 days which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Justin, the service manager was great but at that point, we had lost trust and just needed our car back.
Ive been going to Larry Miller Ford for service to my vehicle for years, even after moving across town. They are friendly, efficient, and provide value. I recommend!
They were diligent and professional and car is running great. They were able to fix a problem relatively inexpensively, about a third of what we had been quoted by other mechanics.
John and his crew didnt just fix what the diagnostic code told them fixed. They took the time to find the first Head Temperature sensor replaced by another out of state shop missed the short in main wire harness causing truck alarm to go off. The electrical failures were caused by the original failed leaking sensor. This problem took time and expert experience to find the on going problems caused by the initial failure. I cant say thank you to John and his crew enough. I bought my truck from the same dealership and will continue to bring my truck for future preventative maintenance and repairs. Thank you for getting my 2006 Ford truck back on the road. You can trust your vehicle will receive top notch care for reasonable prices.

I brought my wifes Super Duty down for an emissions recall. It was supposed to take a half day or less. I brought it in at 9:30 and was out of there before noon, so that was good.
Did a good job end to end....got there and was efficient checkin, payment and checkout...overall good ...
The appointment process was simple. I made the appointment online and received text messages for reminders and confirmations. When I arrived the check in process was quick and easy. The part that was disappointing was that I was there for 3 hours for an oil change. It turns out that my vehicle got lost in the shuffle. After about 2 hours of waiting, I asked how much longer. At that moment they rushed out to service my vehicle. The manager was very apologetic and they comped me for the service. I will be back to give it another chance. However, if this happens again I will not go back.
They reset the computer and my wife was able to get the emissions test done. But evidently the did not fix the problem. The check engine light came back on. We were charged $150 for the diagnostics. Jason said they didn’t find anything. Something has to be wrong if the check engine light keeps coming on.
Sean was great to work with. This was a follow up on an engine light problem. They fixed it and I am happy with the professionalism shown to me. I will definitely recommend this company again and again!

Worse service ever, the car got fix after about a month but It took about 1 week of me going to complain so they could get to work on the car, and also it took almost 3 week after we could it get a rental which we ask since day one, they told us a couple dates but never fully those promises always keep us outside of what was happening until I would show up to ask what sup.worse part the issue was cause by them as there was agreement between us to fix the remote state which they could not do and they had to send it to a secondary party that was not able to do it, but the give us the truck back with out telling us that they had those complication until we returned back with in 3 days that it left us in the middle of a trip we had.I am glad I was just park but I dont want to imagen what could it happen if I was driving the my life and family could been gone by now but also the people that we behind me.for being a car we bought about 2 month I honestly dont have the faith of getting another car with them. be causes this time was me let hope they learn from this

I have a service vehicle (F-150) that has been having an issue where water fills up on the floor board on the passenger side. I took my Truck into the service department 2 months ago to address the problem. They took 2 weeks to determine that the windshield needed to be replaced. When I went to pick up my vehicle and started to drive away immediately water started filling up the floorboard. I turned around and gave the vehicle back. They said they would look at it. 2 weeks went by and no one called me. I had to pick up some tools from the vehicle and noticed it was parked in the very back buried behind other cars. Another week went by and I called and they said they were reaching out to 1-800 Ford. Another week went by and I called again and got a voicemail. No one ever returned my call. Called back the next week demanding the truck back again on a voicemail. Next day I get a text saying truck is ready for pick up and work has been completed. Went to pick up truck today and they only had the original work order where they replaced the windshield. They had done nothing else. As I drove away water started filling up on the floorboard. Needless to say I’ll never go back there!!
Last Thursday, I took my Transit 350 in for a recall on my driveshaft. I asked them to also diagnose a warning light that was malfunctioning. The service rep indicated they would try to get the work done same day, but that it might take longer. He said he would keep me posted. At 5pm, I had heard nothing, so I called. He said he was about to call me, that there had been a problem getting my vehicle jacked properly, and that they would need to keep it another day. He said it would likely be done by noon and that he would call me about 11:30. By 3pm Friday, I had heard nothing. I called to get an update, talked to someone, and was sent to voicemail, twice. No one returned my call. Finally, about 3:30, I called a third time and was able to reach someone in the service department who was able to explain that the driveshaft was done, but that they were waiting on a part for the warning-light repair. I said I would need my vehicle for the weekend, and they reluctantly agreed to let me come pick it up, saying they expected the part on Monday. When I picked up my vehicle, I described the trouble I had had getting communication from them and expressed that I would have preferred they had kept me updated as they said they would. Now it’s Thursday of the following week. Yesterday I got a text from the original service rep asking me if I had received 5-star service. I replied to him that I was still waiting to hear if the part had gotten in so they could complete the repair. No reply so far, but I did get another text asking me to rate this service here on Google. So this is my rating, and I’m still waiting.
The service went smoothly and promptly once I got in. But it took two weeks to get in after the initial problem was determined and by then the vehicle was undriveable.And I tried to call him multiple times prior to my appointment and I never could get anyone to answer the phone.
I have been taking my Expedition to Larry H Miller in Lakewood for routine maintenance over the past year. This time I needed to have two problems investigated. The one related to the engine was discovered and repaired. However, the problem related to the exterior side mirrors was not fixed. I was told no one could reproduce it. However, when my husband picked up the vehicle, the problem with the mirrors occurred, as soon as it he got in it. Very frustrating!

I made an appointment for 1030am I showed up at 950am. Checked in and went inside. At 1130 I went and asked my advisor how much longer? He walked away and I went outside to sit. He came out about 5mins later and said my oil pan plug was stripped and they had to find the part, it would be about another 45 mins . Another hour goes by before I head back out and he states its done let me get the keys and paperwork. I go to the dealership because I trust them, but the service department still needs work, especially since its NOT a $20 oil change.
We went to a local mechanic first. They told us the entire AC system had to be replaced for $2400. We didn’t believe them so took the car to our Ford dealer.Ford informed us the local mechanic had actually fouled up the AC compressor. They replaced it for under $1000. Normally I don’t trust dealers but Larry Miller Ford was exceptional.
Honestly the staff treated me very nicely. I’ve done most of my business at another Ford dealer (won’t say), and the way I’m treated at this dealership, makes me feel like a customer, and a returning one at that. Excellent work, especially in the parts department.
The new service manager they have is great. He is still adjusting to his position but has helped me significantly more than their previous manager who blew me off and was never fully honest about delays, shortages, or if they actually fixed the problem or if they just covered it up
I actually would give zero stars if I could. I took my Escape in for an oil leak that was caused when replacing the torque converter under warranty. It took 2 weeks to get the appointment then it took a MONTH to get my car back. I never got a status call, my calls were never returned, the service manager didnt return my calls until I went into the service department to find out what was going on. This is completely unacceptable! The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I took my car in to repair my failing rear view camera. I gave the service advisor the information for my Ford extended coverage and left the car. He called me that afternoon to say the camera needed to be replaced but the part would be in tomorrow and my extended coverage did not cover it. I called the claims department and they said the camera was covered. Camera was replaced the next day. My cost was my deductible.
Oil change, tire rotation, and changing bulbs took about an hour fifteen but my car wasnt washed like I asked and had to wait another 20 minutes. Otherwise its a great value and the staff are courteous and professional.
They were very poor at providing updates and returning phone calls about the status of my vehicle.Ford was slow to confirm the warranty of their 3rd party provide for glass delaying the completion of my vehicle for over 10 days.I doubt I will ever use this dealership for service again and will never trust buying a vehicle from them.My service rep was John Kasmer who I will never leave a vehicle with and the service manager Justin did not return several voicemails - all around a terrible and disappointing experience that lasted over 6 weeks in what should have taken a week to 10 days at most.

When problems occurs when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, this dealership should be more dedicated more to helping out their customers with real life solutions vs trying to gain extra capital off their customers to help their sales.

Horrible experience. Had to make multiple appointments to fix a simple plastic latch that they said would take three days to get in but ended taking a month for the whole process. Said they would call in three days to schedule an appointment and a week later they never called and I had to contact them. Went to pick up my car and stood in the garage for ten minutes before someone asked to help me while multiple people sat around and talked. Then to top it off the plastic latch they told me would be about $70 to $100 to fix ended up costing over $200! Find another dealership if you need your car fixed. Worst experience ever!
