These guys are seriously the best. They shoot straight, are super easy to work with/talk to and honestly just make the experience of getting my car worked on, super easy and nice! I hate pushy sales people and businesses that feel like they’re taking advantage of me. These guys are the opposite. Super friendly and go above and beyond. Johnny and Loren are both great. I’ve been here a few times and am def coming back!
I just moved to town and had an issue with a vehicle. These guys were amazing! Kind and helpful from the first phone call. When I arrived, they got my vehicle in immediately! I highly recommend these guys. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!
They have become my go to team. Very trustworthy, honest and professional.
I wanted to acknowledge the difference in honesty, kindness and respect. The store manager Johnny was very kind and helpful in the process with oil change promo. But his staff went above and beyond shout out to Aaron for letting me see a concern he had with a coil he was very helpful and wanted to make sure my self and love ones were safe while driving another mechanic informed me that this shock was damaged as well. Thank you for that inspection and going above and beyond. Management and Team go hand and hand and you guys are Solid and precise and care for your clients. I will continue to do business and work with this location thank you !
I went in to get my brake light fixed and they had it done within 15 minutes! I have gone to this Goodyear for several years for brakes, oil changes, etc. They are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them as your go to for car repair.
Quick version- use this Goodyear for high quality HONEST work at affordable prices. To anyone reading reviews looking for a quality place to get their car assessed and worked on seriously consider coming to this team. I trust them with my car.Thank you!~Jordan
Many thanks to Johnnie and his team for helping my teenage son today! My son had online classes and was able to attend class in the Goodyear lobby while his tire was getting fixed. They explained everything to him which made him feel more comfortable about the situation. While his tire was irreparable, they put on his spare and told him the tire was covered under the insurance he purchased when he bought the tires. We were just notified a few minutes ago that the tire was delivered and can be installed tomorrow! Happy customer!!
A great shop with great service! Johnnie was straightforward and honest about my brakes and gave me other great recommendations for effective driving in mountain country. Come here if you want excellent service with a smile. Will be returning for all of my car maintenance needs.
Great experience the manager was so hopeful. We could not have had a better experience. The staff and particularly the manager had insight and knowledge on all of problems with car. Manager gave great recommendations and steered us in the right direction.
Johnny and the team at this GoodYear Tire were exceptional. They were timely with my appointment, correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks
We hit a big pothole on the way back to Denver from the mountains and quickly exited. Yup, my rear tire was losing air fast as there was a little nick to the side. Fortunately, a nearby auto shop (Pickering) directed us to this Goodyear to get our tires looked at. They couldnt replace it with Goodyear tires since my Audi had Continentals so we had to go to Discount Tires instead. However, the service employees there were super friendly and quickly changed our tire to a donut FREE OF CHARGE and we were safely on our way home. Thanks guys for all you do!
Outstanding service! Had a set of 4 Good Year tires put on my RV and the mechanics did a great job inspecting the bearings, greasing the axles and installing the new tires.Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. Thank you, you gained a new and returning customer.
I had my tires installed here and had a more than pleasant experience, the team was easy to talk to and upfront and clear about pricing. And as a bonus they handily beat their time estimate for the service as well!
The best service, with complete honesty. I felt like I was not being cheated or forced to have extra services done. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend.
Excellent customer service. The manager, Johnnie Murrietta, was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done with my vehicle. Thank you.
Johnny and his team went above and beyond, service was great theyre honest and friendly honest and very knowledgeable resolve my issue. Fix the problem definitely recommend anyone having car issues to go there.
Great customer service! Was helped and got great advice/ help from Johny! Was really nice and would recommend if needing help to resolve a issue!
I stopped by another car shop and they said they had no time for me and didn’t offer to set something up although the issue could’ve been dangerous. Johnnie was super laid back and kind and was concerned and diagnosed the issue right away! Need more humans like him.
Johnnie and guys always have my back,Help explain whats needed never pushy always respectful thanks guys
John provided excellent and affordable service for my car. He ran a diagnostic and resolved the problem, at a great price. Instead of upselling me, he told me to come back in a week for additional work if needed. So far the car has been running perfectly, which has been especially helpful during snowy weather. I will definitely take my car to this Goodyear location in the future.
All workers are friendly and good service. Store manager Johnnie, gave me best price match of other companies.
Johnnie is one of the best and most trustworthy guys in the car maintenance business. He and his techs know what they’re doing and give honest and detailed reports about what’s going on with your car. Highly recommended, I’ll be going here or wherever Johnnie is every time.
Horrible customer service at Goodyear auto.My daughter came in at 4:45 to have a tire looked at, she was told “sorry we close in 15 minutes due to Covid come back tomorrow”. No one else was waiting to be taken care of. She went down the street to Discount tire and although they were busy they said that they would take care of her tire within the hour if she didn’t mind waiting. Thank you Discount tire for taking the time to take care of a customer!
I never thought I would switch mechanic shops after being with the same one for 10 years, but it has happened and I am happy for the change. It kind of felt like a breakup with a girl; best way to do it is just rip the band-aid off and do not look back. Onwards and upwards. Anyways, this is why I switched. The past year, I had 3 oil changes with my previous shop. The first one took 3 hours with them leaving the oil lid off. 2nd took 2 hours, and the third was an oil change and a diagnostic that took 6 hours. That is all fine but when you quote me a much different time, and I make my day around the quoted time, then it can cause some inconveniences if you have meetings to attend. I decided to look elsewhere. Goodyear was recommend to me especially this shop in Lakewood. I worked with John M. who was the service manager. Reasons I am sticking with them are as follows. They have the most comfortable and clean waiting room. Bathrooms, wow, thanks for keeping them clean too. Everything is organized in this shop. Things are not cluttered and chaos does not seem to happen. I have been in here twice so far and have actually felt relaxed. I got to go meet the master mechanic that was working on my 1999 Camry. I saw with my own eyes what they diagnosed was the problem. If they offer you to go onto the shop floor, take it. Lastly and most importantly, I paid hundreds of dollars less than what was quoted to me from my other shop. I want my car to drive for miles and miles and I am happy I went for a 2nd opinion of things to keep her going. Thank you.
Johnny is the man. Very friendly and knowledgeable. More companies should hire people like that. I appreciate all the help!
John was excellent went over everything very very knowledgeableGreat personality I will definitely tell everyone also I will be back for those ball jointsRespectfullyLaurie
You’ll get excellent service! They’re very professional and friendly. Will be back again.
Everyone was great here!! Great attitudes and assistance. The job putting on my new tires was done excellently and efficiently!
I got a bad oil change at the Emich Chevrolet causing my car to smoke and they said they did nothing wrong. I took my car here and Johnnie found the issue in 2 minutes. I also had a nail in my tire and had my tire replaced today. I was in and out. It’s hard as a woman to find good honest places so I will be back.
What a great shop. Went in, was directly as another customer had finished. The shop lead and manager (Carrie?) were excellent in finding the tires we wanted and contacted us to come back and have them installed when they picked them up that day from two hours away. Excellent service and attitude the whole way!!!! Great job to all!
These guys are the best! They were friendly, quick, and able to answer all of my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Johnnie Murrietta was very kind and knowledgeable. They handled my car with care and had me up and running fast. Great job!!!
Amazing service from johnnie! Thank you
The best auto part store to help out and give the best secure parts I really appreciate Everything they had done to help me get my car back up and running.
Johnnie was very helpful and kind! Great service they offer, will be back again.
They have always been good with me
Johnnie and Derek are pros at what they do. Was not an easy repair or experience for anyone involved but they were true to their words and stepped up to the plate in the end. Best customer service experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair.
Johnnie, Evan, and John were so helpful. So glad I went here to get work done!
Great staff!
They dont carry 16 rims
I purchased tires at a local Pep-Boys and it was a bad experience from the start and a huge mistake. I then decided to go to Firestone to rectify the problem... Once again, they didn’t have time to answer questions, I was a burden, and lost 4 hours of my time for nothing.I passed Goodyear while driving down Alameda Ave here in Lakewood, CO. Called on a whim, speaking to Jon who was polite, helpful, and patient. Brought my vehicle in the next day and Cory C. was ready to go at my appointment time, answered all my questions, and kept me informed as to what the problems may have been with the tires I have.I have top throw in an additional kudos for having such a clean and sanitary shop / lounge area especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kari Honstein and her fantastic team did an excellent job taking care of me and my 1996 FordF150. They handled tires and my added requests for oil change, anti-freeze, and wipers. Great service, very courteous and helpful, and watched out for me! Thank you, Kari, Derrick, and Sean!!! J. Harmon
The employees are very friendly. And I like how they have a charging station. They also have complementary water and coffee which is also a plus. But they are very slow here. If you have an appointment they dont pull your car back for over 30 minutes. Then takes another hour to finish. An hour and a half is way too long for an oil change. Theres other places that get you in and out in less than 25 minutes. The price is hard to be though.
I purchased a 2011 Mazda 3, and needed a vehicle inspection done with little time to spare. I was almost certain that my car was in good shape, given the information I had on it, but wanted peace of mind. Though some of the Google reviews were finicky, I decided on Goodyear: 1) customer service, 2) price, and 3) no appointment required. The phone conversation sealed the deal. The price I was quoted by phone never changed. No appointment, and it only took an hour. FYI, the Belmar Shopping Center is right across the street.Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rob who also covered the inspection details with me. He was very friendly and professional, never rushed, but took his time, which made me feel at ease. Rob said, You have a good buy, and recommended tires before winter. I highly recommend this place and will be back for my new tires. All around Excellent Service! Friendly, Professional, and Honest.
Poor workmanship. Steering wheel was off center and one of the tires werent balanced. It took 2 return visits that day to get it fixed. They failed to properly inflate the tires (ranging 28-34psi) and neglected to reset the tire locations for the TMPS computer. Fortunately, I have an air compressor and TMPS reset tool at home.
Great service! Fast, efficient, and the waiting area was super clean. Thank you!
These guys are awesome! Been there several times and always have a good experience. They were able to remove a CAR KEY from my tire and plug it. Great job guys! Thanks!
I had a great experience here. Salesmen (010 / 006), mechanics and supervision were on point with all the work that I had done on my truck. Highly impressive! Thank you guys for doing such a great job!!!
Super grateful today for the team at this location. I had a flat and they had a full schedule of appointments. They told me they WILL fix it today, but no idea when they can slide it in.Totally professional about it. But also in a real busy here man kinda way that could have been less disinterested I think. But still...luck intervened and they fit the car in about two hours. Worked out great all around. And they humored me when I picked it up by listening to me ramble on a bit...so, not to busy for great service! Thanks yall.
They are always so willing to help here! I’ve been in for tires, and the occasional tire-related drama, and they always hop right to helping me. Whether it was to get a nail out of my tire and plug it, add some air to a low tire, and most recently, remove a splash guard that was sacrificed to the Icy Road Gods Of Colorado, they’ve always gotten me in and out quickly and with a smile.Highly recommended!
You should be ashamed of yourselves. I brought my 2014 Nissan Rogue in for an estimate. One of my windshield wipers stopped working. After the mechanics took a look at it, I was given a price of $475 to replace the motor. This included the new motor and labor. I was surprised that it would cost that much, so I got a second opinion. Guess what the problem was????? There was a loose bolt, that only needed to be tightened...and now my wiper works just fine...and it didnt cost me a penny!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of a client like that! My roommate and I had both already been to this location for other services. Never again!!!!!!!
I took my truck in for an oil change to this location in October (3 months ago). They charged me $55 for a full synthetic oil change, which should last a minimum of 7,000 miles. I noticed that they only put 5,000 on my windshield sticker, but thought it was a mistake and made a note to add 2k+ before bringing it back. Last week, I brought my truck back for an oil change and they tried to charge me $99 for the exact same service. When I asked how this could be possible, they couldnt give me a straight answer and said our prices increased and your engine takes 2 extra quarts of oil. I can understand a price increase of maybe $5, plus the $15 they charged me for extra oil, but even then, the total would only add up to $75 - NOT $99, which is almost double what I paid the first time. Also, why was I not charged for extra oil before? I then mentioned the mileage on the sticker was wrong, to which the manager responded we recommend having all oils changed at 5k miles, which is absolutely incorrect. I continued to ask for clarification and a breakdown of exactly what I was being charged for, and the manager literally could not give me an answer that added up to the total on the quote. I truly feel as though this shop was trying to take advantage of me, a 20-something female with a Toyota truck, because they thought I wouldnt know enough to push back. I settled for a compromise of $80 (still not sure what I was being charged for), and will never go back to this Goodyear again. In the future, I will take my truck to the Toyota dealership, where a full synthetic oil change on my vehicle will be $36 ($63 less than Goodyear wanted to charge me).
Christian is a great employee here at goodyear. beyond impressed with the personal service I received!!! they also have car care clinics where they teach you simple self maintenance knowledge
I was preparing to move over I-70 during a snowy weekend in a little car. I asked for two new tires and when I picked up my car, they had installed a higher quality tire than I asked for. They made up the difference and sold me the tires at the lower price, then when I was concerned that theyd replaced the wrong tires, they told me they had rotated my old ones to the back since I have a front wheel drive. They provided more customer service than I was expecting and they were very courteous. Id recommend them!
I can’t believe this place is in business. I was sold on the worst tires on the planet. I have been in their store more often for repairs and replacement then I can remember. Their warranty is useless and does not pay off. It’s a gimmick. Do not waste your time or money here. Please go somewhere else. I have a business and if one of my employees dealt with a customer in same manner they do, they will be unemployed. No wonder their ratings are so low. Stay away please.
Had a screw in my tire and I was told at Firestone they would repair my tires if purchased there . I went in the guy was so rude and informed me they would repair it, but couldn’t do it till tomorrow.I get they were busy .I couldn’t wait I would have had a flat had I waited.. Thankfully I went to GoodYear .. They were awesome repaired for free and got right to it... They were soFriendly!!I will be buying my tires from them from now on!!
Got me in and serviced quickly.
Great customer service, friendly and fast. Fixed my AC perfect and they charged me what they quoted me, with no up selling! Very satisfied! Will give them my business in the future.
Jake Stein is the Subaru guru in the Denver area Tire & Service Network! I was only in town for Friday and Saturday, and I had to be in Arizona that Monday. After struggling to find a Goodyear that was open, I ended up at the Lakewood location on Alameda, and Jake personally took all the time and attention necessary to fix my Subaru. He took the time to call me and explain every detail of the issue, its possible causes, and discuss my options. I was safely on the road the next day and havent had a hint of trouble ever since - and that was in January. Im not local, but if I were, that would be the only auto shop I trust!
All I wanted, and told the front desk rep that I just wanted my oil changed! Only a dump and pump nothing else so they still rotate my tires putting my brand new tires in the back and I told him that I didn’t want that, he just shrugged his shoulders and said “I can have them put it back” they are supposed to be tire experts and not put my old tires in front especially if I just bought new Goodyear tires not to long ago. I just don’t know how they can’t listen and just change my oil and it’s taken almost an hour!
The people I interacted with while getting my coolant leak checked out were both very nice and great to deal with. They checked out my car and gave me a quote as to what needed to be repaired with the possibility of additional engine issues also which would have to be fixed elsewhere after the leak was fixed. After taking it to another location which could fix both issues if needed I was informed that Goodyear had misdiagnosed the issue which would have meant spending upwards of $800 to not fix what was causing the problem. While I am happy that I did not finish getting my work done there, I did spend $65 to get the wrong answers. Just warning those out there that you might want to get second opinions.
Went at 515pm tonight to get a vehicle inspected I pulled up and saw two guys just standing in the bay areas one on his phone. Immediately you can see him pretty much throwing a fit that we even showed up and shows what customer service you are going to receive after the display of attitude. Told they would not do an inspection due to being slammed and have to get cars done. Even though they were standing around doing nothing and one guy left as we got there. Wont use this place. Even if you were to busy the attitude is enough not to want to come back.
I asked for for an oil change, which they claim as full service. I double checked to confirm that the full service means rotating the tires and checking all fluids, to which they answered yes. After an hour an a half, my truck was done; however, the tires were not rotated as promised, nor had the fluids been checked (I know this because I already knew the differential fluid was filthy and needed changing, but they said it looked fine). It was clear they were trying to get customers in and out without answering any questions or doing a complete job. I will not be back.
Wonderful and knowledgeable staff!
Had a flat. They repaired free of charge even though I did not purchase my tires there. Thumbs up. Staff very courteous.
I was told by my employers to go to the Aspen Tire location. When I arrived there, I experienced the worst customer service ever. They told me to straight up leave, and stop wasting their time. When I arrived here at the Alameda location, the first thing they did was open the door for me, and walk me up to the counter. Night and day difference in customer service! I will be coming here from now on, for company vehicles and my personal vehicles. These guys love what they are doing, and make you feel welcomed. Stay away from Aspen Tires.
I Had a flat tire on a rental car and brought the tire in for fixing. The staff was so nice Especially Carrie. The shop was very well kept and clean. I highly recommend this Goodyear store to everyone.
EDIT: This Goodyear dealer appears to be under new and much better management. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. The owner is a crook. He charged us $65 for a tire installation kit and didnt even bother balancing the tires! Nor did they replace the valve stems! So we had to go back for that since the car vibrated like crazy on the highway. Plus, he added in $50 for a service warranty without asking us! Stay away from this dealer or youll get screwed, too!
Always good to me.
Great guys stayed open late to help me with a blowout it was an emergency needed to get back home to Texas would recommend these guys also they took care of the pricing considering the circumstances! Trinidad was a very big help! Thank you guys.
Trinidad and Kerry were great. Friendly and professional. I have an Interlock in my car, and they worked with me without judgement. Recommended.
Great auto shop with friendly and hardworking staff!
Got me a new tire quickly and back on the road!
I called up a few months back looking for new tires. Spoke with the salesman on the phone, stated I had X-dollars to spend and what could I get for it. He came back with some recommendations, and then quoted me a price DOUBLE what I had just told him I had to spend. Needless to say, I did not get tires there. Customer Service is not a priority for them. I might have gone back in the future if he gave me a honest answer stating he couldnt help me out, but he didnt, so I wont be going back.
I brought our car in for an oil change. It only had about 12,000 miles on it, so I was surprised when I got a call from them later that day saying that it also needed an alignment. I said ok to be safe, and when I showed up later that day they handed me the alignment report and practically all the wheels were green (meaning the angles were still within factory specs) before they did the alignment. It didnt need the alignment at all and I basically wasted $90 on it. They must have assumed that I didnt how an alignment works, and they could just rip me off. Only one wheels toe or camber was red but they barely changed anything according to their own report (because it was barely out-of-true to begin with). Theres a Midas down the street that is way more trustworthy - FYI.
After replacing a caliper myself I needed my brakes bled. Late model vehicles can tap air in the ABS accumulator and the best way to get rid of it is with a diagnostic function. Basically you need a scanner to modulate the ABS and purge that air from the accumulator.I asked multiple times if they had the capability to do this. I was told YES.While en route to TX (2,000+ Mi.), the brakes still felt squishy and upon my return I bled the brakes (at the accumulator) myself, AGAIN!! Sad to say, this confirmed my suspicions... A ton of air in the system.I knew it, what a waste of $104!
I took my vehicle in for an oil change, an hour later they call telling me I need new tires along with $1100 worth of work (over 60% of cost being labor). How does a oil change turn into over a quote of $1100 worth of work?? Seems very suspicious ...why were they even looking over the vehicle when all I wanted is oil change?? Just looking for extra revenue is my guess. Well the area where they say I need work done was completely fixed with new parts less then a year ago...so needless to say good years quote seems scandalous
Staff member are friendly and service is relatively quick(minus time it takes for parts to arrive)BUT... I recently brought vehicle in for a water pump repair and they broke a retaining clip on my Power Steering reservoir and didnt tell me... couple days later, the power steering reservoir started to fall into the serpentine belt and became damaged... They CHARGE ME for the clip being broken even though THEY BROKE IT. It was not broken before I gave them the vehicle for initial repair. They told me that driving over Pot Holes could make the clip fail... LIES... Its A Jeep! Its supposed to be able to hit Potholes without retainer clips breaking... so I had to pay for the reservoir and the clip and a flush... No ThanksUnfortunately... Im not planning on coming back anymore
Worst customer service of all the shops Ive ever been through. They cost me hundreds of dollars while I had to rent a car, because they were dropping the ball. They blamed everything and everybody else, I never got a call back when they promised. My car is still not fixed!! These guys dont deserve to wear the Goodyear name, stay away for your own good!!
Got a flat tire Christmas Eve night ugh what luck! So we had to wait till today Wednesday called first thing they said I can come in at 10:30 should take an hour, I said okay got there and then it changed to being done around noon. Hmmm okay I just need it done left my car and 30 mins later got a call and the car was done! Picking up the car signing receipt. ....waiting for payment and they said No Charge!! I recommend this place if you ever need a repair for your flat!! Thank you Goodyear!
Great people works there they help you a lot n do a great job on your card n rve n n trucks this is great place
Friendly service, they looked at my tire which had a slow leak but couldnt patch it because it was too close to the sidewall. Not their fault as its policy.
DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!! On 8/10/17, I was quoted $866 for a 2 wheel brake job that included new calipers - which I did not need - and system flush - also not needed. I trusted this shop and they tried to screw me by telling me I needed parts that I did not need just to sell more!! I wont be using this shop anymore!! MIDAS down the road did all the work for under $500!! That is $366 LESS than what Goodyear quoted me!! THIS IS NOT AN HONEST SHOP!! BEWARE!!
Great people... great service!
I believe that the team at this store goes above expectations in quality service. They are truly a pleasure, and would highly recommend.
Scott is awesome he helped me pick the best tires for my car and since I work nights he offered to text me when my car was ready (instead of waking me up with a call). I really appreciated that!!!
Had a few experiences...always good. Recently, had a slow leak. Just drove over, no appointment. Aaron fixed it in 30 minutes and I was on my way.
Free coffee, clean and tidy. You know the total amount going to charged for repairs
Clean and professional showroom. Honest technicians
These guys are border line criminals. I needed a simple vehicle inspection by a certified mechanic and they were the closest to my house. I took it in and they failed me for a windshield wiper brake pads, and rotors. They had also mentioned that my cv boot was torn but that it wasnt a problem. The brake pads were understandable. They were low. But come on, a windshield wiper. Im not sure what criteria they use when rating wipers but it aint the same as me. The rotors also struck me as odd as I had replaced them myself about 40,000 miles prior. They gave me a quote of $1,500 and were shocked that I didnt want to just fork out the cash on the spot. I bought my own pads and saved $900. As I suspected the rotors were in great shape. I took the car back out of both convenience to my home and curiosity as to what they would tell me this time. Sure as hell they basically threatened to fail me if I didnt give them $500 to replace the cv boot. Cv boots are not on the inspection form. He tried telling me it was part of the steering. I told him it wasnt. He tried telling me it was part of suspension. I told him it wasnt. He tried telling me it was a bearing. I told him it wasnt and he said OK. He knew he was caught. I think that was even the manager. I can only imagine how badly they rip off a very day customers who dont know anything about cars. Save yourself some money and dont go here.
Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee there to get an alignment which they charge $85 not a bad deal but then also gave me another list of repairs that they suggested needed to be fixed which were five different items and they wanted to charge me an additional$1,700 took it to a different mechanic they checked out everything that Goodyear suggested which he told me everything was fine and did not need any of the parts that Goodyear wanted me to change out for $1,700
They could not fix my vehicle because they did not have the proper equipment. However, they did let me know the problem and point me in the right direction to get my vehicle fixed.
Oil changes are $10 - $20 more expensive than other shops - and this is all try seem to be interested in doing. I took my Ford Edge in for an oil change and asked them to look for a leak that had started a few days prior. They were too busy to find the leak, changed the oil and sent me on my way. A week later my car overheated and I had my car towed to their shop - hopefully to find the leak, but they still couldnt find it and told me that my car overheated because of a loose radiator cap. The thing is, they were the only shop for three oil changes that had been under the hood. They charged me $150 to fill up the radiator and sent me on way again. This is a dishonest shop that couldnt care less about service or satisfaction. I will be avoiding at all costs.
Friendly, good service fast.
Always take care of me!
Oil was dripping off the bottom of my vehicle after my oil change, creating a puddle in their parking lot. I asked them to clean up after themselves and they said they did, however now my driveway has a huge puddle in it. Very disappointed, I strongly discourage anyone from using this shop.
BEWARE! These guys are crooks! They told me a caliper had seized and my brake pads were metal on metal and wanted $1,100+ for new calipers, pads and rotors. I took my car to my normal Audi mechanic and he said everything was fine, and there is a sensor in the brake pads that will let me know when they need to be changed. There was no seized caliper. These guys did not, however, rotate my tires which was why I brought my car there and did deflated the rear passenger side tire 10 psi causing the car to pull. They told me the pulling was due to the seized caliper...
Been coming here for years. Left my car Saturday told me if could have until Monday I said no problem. Monday came and my care wasnt ready. Have to find a new place to get oil. No apologies nothing. Lost faith in this place.
Quick reasonable oil changes
