We made an appointment and then made a 2 hour trip to purchase a vehicle. Upon arriving at the dealership our salesman did not have the car ready for a test drive. After about 25 minutes of waiting we were finally able to test drive the car. Once we returned and told him we wanted the vehicle, he then informed us that the vehicle needed several things fixed and wouldn’t be ready for a few days. We explained we really needed the car by Friday the latest, and that returning was very inconvenient as we have 3 children who attend school 2 hours away from the dealership. Our salesman promised us it would be ready by Friday. We contacted our salesman Thursday to ensure the car would in fact be done on Friday. He told us we could pick it up after 4:30. Friday at 6 pm we get a call that the car wouldn’t be done until Monday. Luckily things came up and we weren’t already on our way to get it, or it would have been yet another wasted trip. We were so frustrated we wanted to cancel the sale but our salesman offered to deliver the vehicle to our home on Monday. So we agreed to do that. Our vehicle was delivered at 8pm Monday in absolutely filthy condition because they didn’t have time to detail it. They told us they would reimburse us for a detail. Our entire experience was absolutely awful. I have OCD and they really stripped away what should have been a joyous moment for me. Now I have to find someone to detail my vehicle and take more time away from my busy schedule.**Update** There is something wrong with the steering wheel. It sounds like an old ship being turned, and was clearly not put back together correctly. The alignment it was supposedly given is way off and the car pulls to the left. It felt better during the test drive. There is also a dent on the passenger door that was definitely not there when we purchased the car a week ago.
Micah was great to work with. He worked fast and took care of things. He also communicated well and often. He went out of his way to close the sale quickly and even drove the car out to my home 4 hours away and drove my trade vehicle back. Highly recommend him and this dealership.

He assisted me with a custom order truck build back in July, and it arrived only a few months later in mid-September. Incompetent and unprofessional are the first two words that come to mind when I think of Larry Miller fords service center. Getting your vehicle fixed or even getting it fixed in a timely fashion clearly isn’t a priority or even a concern. I brought my truck in for a recall and they didn’t have the part so they ordered it after five weeks of waiting I called to see if it came in yet and it had been in for weeks then when I brought my truck in they called me to say the recalls finished come pick it up and I find out they only did half of it. Don’t waste your time here go to any other Ford dealership

Great service I would call Jason again for another truck.UPDATE****** worst dealership I’ve dealt with. If I could give -5 stars I would. I Traded my truck in and three weeks later I was charged my automatic payment on my old truck I didn’t have anymore!!!!!! They did not pay my truck off and handle this in a timely matter. Also did not even pay the correct amount on the truck so I was out even MORE money. I would NOT recommend this dealership. They are not out there to help you. They just want to sell you a vehicle and get you on your way. It has been far too frustrating and I am out money because of this dealerships problems.
Standing here at 5:15pm waiting for my service. Dropped the car off (with an appointment from 4 weeks ago) and they haven’t done anything with the car. What’s the point of an appointment? Who can just hand their car over for 3-4 days so they can do it on their schedule? How about if you tell me it will be done today, then get it done today.Told them I couldn’t wait and needed the car back. 15 minutes later the service coordinator still smashing keys on his keyboard.Not sure if it’s Ford, this dealership, or just service but I won’t be back and advise others looking for service to schedule elsewhere.

Damien and Emily were so helpful throughout the whole process of my experience at Larry H Miller, if I could rate more stars for this I would. We scheduled an appointment Tuesday morning signed for my 2021 Tremor Tuesday evening and was out of the dealership in under an hour on Friday of the same week when the truck arrived. I have already recommended friends and family in the Denver area to use this dealership as they help in any way possible to get the vehicle you need. Could not be happier about the experience!
I ordered my 2021 F-150 Limited in early April and the delivery was severely delayed due to the computer chip shortage. However, the entire crew at this dealership made the purchasing experience as painless as possible. After an almost 6 month wait, they honored the original deal and delivered an amazing truck. Jon, Zac, Tori and Ryan were the best and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Scheduled an appointment two weeks out for 7:30AM. I figure show up nice and early so they have ample time. Walk in and theres employees everywhere avoiding eye contact and they said they need to hold my car multiple days because they have a lot of walk ins. They apparently have ZERO understanding of what an appointment means. Why didnt I just walk in two weeks ago?.... Might as well go to a jiffy lube if its first come first serve despite having an appointment.Never once in my dozens and dozens of dealership and service center experiences have I not had them ready for me when I scheduled the appointment long in advance. It wasnt even a lot of work. Transfer Case fluid, tire rotation, and check engine light for a known F150 issue.
This dealership has made zero efforts to address our concerns, even after several communication attempts around our disappointing experience. I shared the shortcomings directly with the service advisor and service manager. The manager offered to get the vehicle fixed that week and complete the work they failed to do on two other occasions. Kudos to him for attempting to do the job they are paid to do. At no time was there an attempt by either service employee to make the situation right, an offer of apology or accountability for wasting our time. Since the initial bad interaction, we have shared our experience with other Ford owners locally in the community only to learn that they too have experienced their own terrible experiences at Larry H Miller. Sadly, this dealer has chosen to tarnish the Ford brand with their poor service, lack of focus on the customer and general disinterest in creating lasting relationships with customers living in their neighborhood. The fact that several friends have sworn off this dealership entirely and rather elect to drive a considerable distance to avoid the convenient option says a lot about how this business is run. In my 22 years of vehicle ownership, this was the first time I worried about handing the keys over to a dealer. Each interaction became more disappointing and illuminated the ineptitude across the organization. Within time, with continued failure, this dealer will be replaced by a better organization that puts the customer first. Until then, we intend to take our vehicle and money elsewhere as contributing to the problem is not something we will entertain. Unfortunately, the problem has existed for years and likely falls on upper management allowing for such a terrible performance by their employees. We recognize that Covid19 has promoted a shortage of inventory, significantly increasing the margin on a new vehicle but this dealership doesnt deserve the business. Spend your money elsewhere and find a dealership that appreciates you as a customer.
Brian was a great dealer. He found exactly what we wanted/needed. As soon as it was in stock he let us know so we could come and look at it. He never pressured us into buying it. We ended up getting our Toyota Highlander 3rd row for our growing family and so thankful we went threw Brian.
I had a great experience when deciding to purchase my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport! Brian was very helpful in helping me to make my decision, which was a difficult one since there were no Broncos available in Denver to test drive. He let me test drive a similar vehicle and answered all of my questions. When the car arrived to the dealership, the team was very efficient in having the paperwork ready to go and the process to buy the car was quick.

It was a busy evening at the dealership but picking up my new Bronco (that was received in and prepped for me the same day ) was smooth. Closing was clear and options explained well. 1.5 hours was the max time I think I was there for paperwork and vehicle review. Its a great vehicle!

Had an appointment for new tires that were already at the dealership. We arrived at 10:15 in the morning and was told 2-3 hours for all 4 new tires. Nearly 7 whole hours of waiting at the dealership later, we were able to pay. I would not go back to this service center.
We went in to order a Bronco. We weren’t taken very seriously. They had us waiting for hours. We mentioned we were buying cash a few days later we get asked to come back in to apply for financing. We again refused and they asked us to just finish signing for the order through text. Highly disconcerting knowing they will have our money until Ford can fulfill orders.
Great car buying experience. I dread working with dealerships, but this was very pleasant. All open conversations, no one was pushy, and I was given all the time I wanted to work through my new truck purchase. Great stuff. Damien specifically was a champ at keeping me informed at every step throughout the process.

Very, very disappointed in my experience here. As a first time car buyer from a dealership, I obviously was learning a lot and perhaps a bit naive, but still was hoping for more. In general, the buying and shopping experience working with Jonathan seemed pretty straight forward and communicative. Bargained a little and reached a price, but when they handed me the keys to the car to drive off the lot, I hopped in and the car was on empty, with the gas light on. Literally had to stop for gas before even getting home. Im a pretty easy going and flexible guy, so I ultimately didnt give it much thought and didnt feel it was worth the hassle of asking them to fill it. However, I then discovered a couple months later that the A/C was broken. It was on me that I didnt check when I bought it in January, but I wouldnt have been able to tell all that much anyway. So then when I discovered it was broken, I reached back out to Jonathan as it was clearly broken from the minute I took it off the lot and he said that there was nothing they could do because it was out of the 30 day window. The most frustrating part for me is that they clearly did not spend the time to really check out the car before handing it off to me as the tank was empty and the A/C was broken. Im a very trusting guy and dont plan to change that about myself, so its disappointing to see a dealership take advantage of that quality and really not show much interest in the post buying process. I guess you learn from your mistakes, but if you were to ask for a recommendation of a dealership, it would not be from Larry H Miller Ford in Lakewood.
After some initial confusion dealership stood by the well make it right approach. Ordering and delivery process was efficient and helpful. Even though not the closest dealership Ill keep taking my truck there.
So i had stopped by just to check out the prices trucks, etc and to be honest i wasnt in the best mood after dealing with other dealerships before that but they were closing in 15min so i figured id stop to see. We were greeted by a salesman Robert who was super knowledgeable, very helpful and very kind. He wasnt trying to hurry us out of there or anything he took his time, listened to what i needed and found the exact truck for what i needed. Because it was so late in the day we had to come back the next day (and had to figure finances out), but the next day we came in and unfortunately Robert was off the next day so we had a salesman by the name of Adrian and he was beyond awesome as well! Every staff member that i came in contact too was very kind which is not the experience i had at other dealerships (different brands). At the end of the day they gave me an amazing price better than i was even looking for and really took care of me. Even after i bought the truck they still made sure i was comfortable and werent trying to hurry me out the door and move on. This was the best dealership experience Ive ever had and if i need another vehicle or someones asks for my recommendation, this will be first choice!Thank you guys for a great experience!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. For weeks I called and asked what was included in my maintenance package, just to be transferred and never answered, I even left numerous voicemails and no one ever got back to me. I called in 7 different occasions on different days. Finally I get the chance to bring the car in for service, just yesterday I took my vehicle for service/ routine maintenance. They handle your vehicle with such carelessness, first not even a day later I currently have an oil leak, and I was there for FOUR hours for a “multi point inspection” and they reported NOTHING about a leak whatsoever. And to make matters worse, they did a tire rotation which damaged ALL FOUR of my expensive wheels. They are chipped, scratched, you name it. Please steer clear from here and save yourself a headache, all of these good reviews are bought I am sure. Do not listen to them!

Ralph was amazing and so attentive and kind and helpful in every way, I didn’t think I would be accepted to be financed and he worked with me until I was accepted! The warranty system there is amazing, they are also replacing my timing belt for free! I didn’t even ask, they are just that genuine! Our experience at Larry Miller Was better than I could even expect. Brian was very professional and personal about getting us into a truck. Terrible experience with the service center. First time was to fix my transmission. I would go days without hearing anything about what was wrong or how long my truck would be in the shop The service rep would always say he was just about to call me. Ended up being there for several weeks which was super convenient with the amazing warranty they sold me covering a rental car for two whole days. Next time my moon roof would not close and quickest they could get me in was 1.5 weeks. Was awesome having to throw a tarp over my truck during every snow storm. Once in the shop they replaced some parts so the window would operate but when I got home I noticed it was not adjusted properly and allowed rain to get in. Brought it back into the shop and did not hear anything for 4 days. Finally called and they said it was ready to be picked up. This time I checked it at the shop and it was still not fixed. I spent the next hour working on it with the service rep. Was awesome working on my own vehicle with a bunch of trained Ford mechanics walking past me. I hope I never have to deal with this place again.

I bought a car here a couple days ago in an emergency situation, and I am very pleased with my experience! Damian was very helpful and not at all pushy, and he assisted me in getting the exact car that I came in to buy without trying to show me a million different things. Between him, and Nick in financing, the purchase was mostly pretty painless (about as painless as a major purchase can be, anyway). I will definitely come back when I need another car.

More than frustrating!!!Called for an oil change, first appointment is over 6 weeks out. Really??Ok, well then lets schedule the recall repair (rear axle housing spring seat) and redo the tailgate repair. (Since that wasnt done correctly at the last service, the tailgate strap wasnt right when we bought it).Show up to scheduled appointment on Wed. at 8:45am. I cancel the oil change because we did it ourselves, couldnt wait any longer. The recall repair is a 1/2 day job. Finally hear from them at 5:30pm saying that they truck is not done they are waiting for parts??? Why? The appointment was scheduled 6 weeks prior the parts should be there, this is really not acceptable...but ok when will the parts be there...Friday! Ok...Friday, no news start calling around 3...finally hear back at 5:30pm again, truck is still not complete because they ran out of gas for the welder and cant get more. Manager is bringing in welding gas from home, my concerns are very high now (hope the gas is the same grade as what is used in the shop). Especially knowing that they couldnt even fix a tailgate strap correctly last time. With all the incompetence to this point, my confidence in this shop is extremely low and I am so frustrated. Not sure I will be buying another truck from them in the future. To top it all off we are supposed to be at the racetrack so our kiddo can race, but we dont have a truck to pull our trailer because this shop is so mismanaged. SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!
Kendra my sales person was absolutely great. I explained my situation and without a lot of nonsense she showed me what I needed. She seem to know exactly what I wanted I was very pleased with the transaction . I was so pleased I bought another vehicle. Shane in the finance department was great what you say he worked with me on payments and interest rate I felt like I really got a good deal it was not taken advantage of I would recommend . Took my truck in for several service recalls. Scheduling was easy. When I got there, they were ready for me and took my truck and information right away. Griff assisted me. I purchased my vehicle from out of state. Randolph, my sales representative was very prompt and helpful with regards to setting up a video conference call, allowing myself to see the vehicle in great detail. Once the purchase progressed, the sales and finance team, Shane and Jordan respectively, were very helpful in assisting me over the phone. Once I arrived onsite from the airport, the remaining paperwork was quite simple. Thank you again to Jordan for expediting that portion.My only disappointment was the vehicle did not receive an oil change prior to sale (used, not new). This should be standard in my opinion.
I’d be cautious in buying a new Ford. My truck was just purchased and under factory warranty with an oil leak. I can’t get in for a few weeks and the dealership won’t provide reimbursement for a vehicle or rental. Nothing better than having a brand new truck just sitting and leaving you without an alternative driving options. The kicker is “ it’s a brand new car”. I should’ve kept my old car. They will not provide you alternative transportation options until it’s “diagnosed “. Good luck!
My sales experience with Larry Miller Ford was excellent. My sales consultant was Randolph. I was allowed to take a test drive by myself (due to covid) up I 70 to lookout mountain to determine if the 3 cylinder engine would be sufficient for my needs. Randolph was perhaps the most knowledgeable sales person in 25 years of buying fords that I have met. The paperwork went smoothly and when I left the Ford pass and my phone were set up.Thanks Randolph!
Ryan, Shane, DJ and team took excellent care of me, getting me in to a new F-150 at what I feel to be a great deal despite the current vehicle shortage situation we are experiencing at the moment. More importantly the overall interaction and feeling of honesty/integrity from the team made the deal for me. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years but this was probably the best experience I have had all in all! We have bought a truck from them about a month ago and it has been more of a nightmare to get a hold of the people, they have push to us to sing paperwork after a week something that should of been done in the spot, but went it comes to us we don’t get the same service.We had agreed with them at the moment of purchasing the vehicle to fix the front window and the remote start of the truck, they call me after a day but I was working and I was not able to get the call, I told them that I was going to call them the next day as I did but I was not able to get a hold of the person, so I email give it a couple days call to see you the status but I never got an answer back for about 2 weeks.Once I contact the person that sold me the car it took a couple of days and I get a call and the person telling that they tough everything was done already, I don’t know how that happen if I tried contacting the manager and everything there, but okay.After that we get the truck in and we are told that if would be there for a day, we said okay but the day past by and we did not get an answer, a couple days pass by and I call and I was told each time that The manager was going to and never got the call until the 4 days with the excuse that Veronica was supposed to call me a couple days ago, never happen, did not give a rental car or nothing.Are they not able to fix there own brand ?? Well the truck broke down while we were going on a camping trip and we haven’t had it for a month and they said they inspected before they sold it, but also broke the front windshield.I don’t know if it’s the same service on every Larry h Miller dealer, but it seem they are just either putting me to last no updates about the car no rental and it has been since 7/4 like this as someone is supposed to call me get me a rental but no one knows what is going as a customer I feel so disappointed but at the same time I feel I am being target because of my last name “garcia” Each day I call for a update or the status and we are not answer but we sent to voice mail or as the manager is going on call but negative never got that call.
Just finished building my campervan and set out on my journey west. When I hit the mountains, Bettie (my van) started sputtering and throwing some pretty rare codes.I had it towed to Larry Milller Ford and I’m thankful I did. I dealt with Sean in the service department and he was fantastic. He was clear snd to the point. Didn’t charge me an arm or a leg either. Wife has taken her 2018 Edge in several times for a noise by the tweeter in the passenger door. Everytime they could not find the problem. Last time the vehicle was in for 2 days. She was told glue was coming off and she would need a new door panel at a cost of $1,000.00. Clayton Fisher was the tech that told her this. So I took the panel off to find the problem. 1st, found a pice of folded up paper stuck in the tweeter. 2nd, found no glue anywhere inside the door panel.Within an hour I got the panel off, used a tiny pice of foam between the tweeter and the door panel and the problem is fixed. It must be company policy to do what they can to scam customers with lies and to sale parts that are not needed. A little customer service and some human decency can go a long way but dont expect any of that here!
This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was done by text/email/phone other than coming out to the dealership to pick up the car. Jason went above & beyond to find the vehicle I wanted & to have it transported here (from Olathe, KS). Paperwork with Nick went quickly & without a problem. I purchased two trucks from Larry Miller Ford. The sales folks were fantastic both times. The finance people, on the other hand, leave a lot to be desired. Save yourself a lot of headache and STAY AWAY FROM THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTIES (which is administered by their own in-house warranty company). They are extremely hard to work with if you seek to cancel per their procedures, sell your vehicle, etc. It has taken months for them to follow their own policies, and they still havent completely complied despite acknowledging their mistakes and confirming I did all I needed to do to cancel their warranties. I honestly dont know if its incompetence or purposeful at this point and will unfortunately have to pursue other means to recover the funds.You can find much better warranties in the aftermarket at better prices and without the gamesmanship. So my advice - buy from Larry Millers sales staff, decline all warranties offered by them/Landcar, and buy them elsewhere.

If you see a vehicle you want to look at, call and ask for Ed Daniel! I was looking for a truck and found exactly what I was looking for, however, my current truck was in the shop for some repairs, and the trucks have been flying off the shelves and are hard to get your hands on and the odds of coming away with this particular truck were NOT in my favor. Ed asked me if I could come look at it, but I lived fairly far away, was coaching my kids football team, and couldnt get out there. Ed offered to drive the truck TO ME, let me drive it, and took a refundable deposit so I could wait for my truck to get back from the shop, and he took the new one off the market.Honestly, it was the easiest and best car buying experience Ive had by far. I hate shopping for cars, but honestly enjoyed this experience throughly.

Called to make oil change and transfer case fluid change. Confirmed multiple times that they could do all service requested on phone and in person at drop off. 2.5 hrs later, picking up car, verified service done. They tell me they didn’t have time to do transfer case fluid change. What were you doing for 2.5 hrs? Guy says I can just come back to have it done. They clearly don’t respect my time! Not first time they have taken my time and not been able to perform service. Won’t be going back.

Took my 02 mercury grand marquis in to the service center with some issues. Im usually very protective about work being done on my cardue to it being pretty old. Despite that My tech Sean did an outstanding job. He answered any questions I had, also in a very timely manner, and went above and beyond making sure my car was running well. Sean also kept me informed on how much everything cost beforehand and the prices were more then reasonable for the quality service i received. He really went the extra mile to give me not just good but wonderful service. If my marquis ever needs more help I know where I should take it.
I have been dealing with this dealer before they changed hands to Larry H Miller and they have gone downhill since. This last experience I decided to withdraw my new vehicle order because they would not stand behind their original stance and diagnosis of my current vehicle and refused to work on it. I would not recommend this dealer ever. I was once friends with Larry and his kids before he passed and he would never treat his customers this way. Be forewarned!

Although Ive used the service department before and have experienced decent service. I was pretty let down at my most recent visit. I was due for a regular oil change, and made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. As soon as I arrived it was unclear what to do since changes have been made due to covid. I wasnt sure who to speak to or where to park. It took several minutes for someone to approach me and several more to actually receive help. Once I was finally greeted I was told they were a little backed up. Although frustrating I assumed that the fact I had scheduled an appointment about two weeks prior, it wouldnt cause too much of an issue. This was the incorrect assumption. After about an hour I assumed my car should be close to done. It was not. After about an hour and 40 minutes later I saw my car getting backed out. About ten minutes after that the associate who initially helped me told me, my car was next. However after about 20 more minutes of waiting he finally came back in and told me, my car was ready. He also told me sorry your car was done, I had about four things of paperwork to get to first. From start to finish I was waiting for about two hours. In my opinion two hours for a routine oil change appointment is excessive. Im not sure what the point of making an appointment is if there isnt a priority for those who take the time to make an appointment. Even though I am a returning customer and have experienced decent service prior, I was extremely disappointed with how much time it took to receive routine maintenance. I have recommended the service department to others prior, however after this experience I may hesitate doing so in the future.
Shane has been my service rep and he has been outstanding to work with. He has been positive, prompt, and courteous at every encounter.Speaking as a small business owner, he is the type of employee I would want as part of my team, and certainly somebody I would want to have front and center of a major profit center of my operation.Unfortunately my vehicle required 2 service encounters to fix one problem and now a 3rd encounter for a new issue.

So I have been in shopping around for a new explorer, and I was interested in one at the Larry H. Miller Ford Lakewood dealership, until my brief conversation with Jason Garcia. I informed him that I was shopping around for the best price and simply asked if I was able to see the dealer invoice to work negotiations from that point, and was greeted with I will not provide you with the invoice. The online price is the best price. Any salesmen will tell you their price is the best, and I felt instantly uncomfortable doing any business with him, as he was clearly not interested in working with me.

I needed a new rearview mirror, and I was having a really bad experience and horrible customer service from a glass guy named Mike at Larry Miller, and when I called Justin, the service manager to let him know about it, I learned this a vendor-- not an employee of the dealership. Justin bent over backwards to make this right and to keep my business, assuring me this guy did not represent him or the general manager. Justin got me in immediately and took care of my issue himself, along with Jason. They were professional in every way and definitely earned my trust and my future business. I was out of there in half the time I expected and under the price I expected. I wholeheartedly endorse Larry Miller Fords service and parts departments.
Had a windshield wiper issue. Everybody and their brother and their brothers wife brought their vehicles in for one thing or another. Justin let me know they were totally booked for 2 solid weeks. Well ita spring time in the Rockies and without saying a word to him Justin understood, you cant drive without wipers, especially a brand new truck with less than 2000 miles on it. He asked if I could bring it down and they would do their best to work it in. Well, not only did they work it in, they got it done the same day! This is why i will continue to be a customer of Larry H Miller! Thank you Justin and Team Ford!
I had a horrible experience. The gentlemen at this location were very rude. I had an appointment set for two to three weeks out. When the appointment date arrived I was rudely turned away and told there will be no appointment for me due to there being no parts ordered. They had almost three weeks to order the part while I was awaiting the appointment. They did not bother to reschedule or let me know when the parts would arrive. They just wanted me gone as fast as possible. So I still have defective dangerous parts in my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THE 6TH AND SIMMS LOCATION IN COLORADO IF YOU WANT KIND PROFESSIONAL GOOD SERVICE!!!!!!
The service team was fantastic. Although their schedule was busy for a couple of weeks, they found time to work on my truck and got my truck fixed within a couple of days so I could get back on the road. They did a great job communicating with me throughout the process so I knew what was going on as well. Im very happy with the entire process.

I recently bout a truck from Larry H Miller 5yrs ago.. My truck is 90% work and 10% play, I own my own business and travel throughout Denver all week long.. So i thought Id go back to them since the truck was coming up on 200K. Jason Garcia and General Manager were awesome to work with. They listened to my situation and unless then 24 hours later i was off in my new truck.. Then two weeks later my girlfriend went to Larry H Miller and had a great experience as well with her purchase. Also the guys in service were amazing, just forgot there names but not customer service I will deal with them directly next time i come in and so forth! I never write online reviews but feel I owe it to their service department to put in a good word. John, the new service manager who took over from Oz, was super nice and helpful. I had a bit of a problem with my F150, and due to miscommunication as a result of the previous manager leaving things hanging without telling anyone (including me), my truck had been fixed quite awhile ago without anyone knowing about it. John wanted to make it right and he did all the work, including an oil change, free of charge. I was blown away.I cant speak for the sales department, but as for the service department, they will take care of you and will do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy. Top notch!
Terrible service department. Zero time management, unfriendly service secretaries. Incompetent techs. Zero ability to troubleshoot, even with a diagnostic computer. I would imagine the Ford brand is embarrassed by the Larry H. Miller service department.
From the moment you walk in they are very polite and helpful and help you search for the car that you want. In my experience they didnt have the car I was initially looking at but they helped me find a car that was in my budget range and helped me find the car I wanted. Im rating them 5 stars not only because they helped me but because they are a great dealership that I believe I could work with for a long time.
Brian Durham was exceptional. Buying a vehicle is stressful and expensive but not with Brian he is the best. To many times if you have a question or an issue sales people gloss over the problem to sell you a product. Not Brian he makes sure you are aware of rebates and discounts available and gives you the best deal possible. Its been a pleasure working with LHM Ford.

I am in the military and have to leave the country soon. I bought my truck for Larry Miller in Dec 2020. Since day one the steering wheel has been off. I took it to a Ford dealer in El Paso where I was stationed. They did not fix the problem. Shane in the service department got in right away and the problem was fixed. I must say, everything I have ever heard about Larry Miller is dead on. This is a great place to buy a vehicle. I came from Grand Junction. Dealers in my town suck and have no idea what Custer service is. You can bet, I will buy my next vehicle from Larry Miller.
The people I interacted with in the service department were very polite and nice.However I cannot understand how it is that I had an appointment 4 over a month ahead of time and you keep my car for 2 days, and then, you decide you dont have the parts??? Oh, and I should verify this is for a recall. You would think they would know what parts they need for a recall? And now they say they cant get the parts until April.
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. While I dont understand why it takes an hour to do an oil change, this visit went smoothly. The tech didnt text me when my vehicle was ready. I just wish this dealership could get emails straight. Another customer of theirs gets emails regarding my appointments. This is VERY frustrating, and Ive asked them multiple times to change it. I dont have a lot of confidence in a dealership that cant even manage to keep its customers and their email addresses straight, even after theyve been notified multiple times of the correct information.I just learned they took some masks I had in the console of my vehicle. I called them, and the service department was supposed to call me back. They didnt.I dont recommend this dealership for service or for purchasing a vehicle.
I have been shopping for a service van for my employee for some time and have been shopping many different dealers all over the state and even in Utah. This dealership by far had exceeded all my expectations, respected all my special requests for modifications and made them happen in a very timely manner. Emily, my sales rep is by far the most friendly, professional and thorough sales rep I encountered in this entire buying process. Her customer service is unmatched and she is definitely a valued asset to the Larry H. Miller dealership. Every person I delt with at this dealership was extremely friendly and professional.
