I have been calling this Auto department for literally 9 days now every morning & afternoon to get a quote on 4 new tires for my Lincoln Navigator and no one has answered in the many many times I have called ( this is absolutely ridiculous) I wonder how the owners of Walmart would feel about this. Im so frustrated . I dont for one minute believe your so busy you cant answer your darn phones, hire someone just to answer the phones. I didnt even want to leave a star but to post they make you put at least one star.

The price is affordable, but the shop is understaffed and provides unrealistic and long wait times. I was given a two hour estimate, and I had to wait in Walmart for a total of four hours for the service to be completed. I’d recommend paying a little more across the street or going anywhere else with honest service.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Walmart auto center. And I have had some bad ones. I dropped my car off for a simple tire patch and oil change. An hour later they called and said they couldn’t do the patch because it was too close to the sidewall. Wouldn’t replace the tire on its own due to AWD and need to replace all 4. All four tires, because of two small staples that punctured the tread. On the call they tried to charge me for another oil change because they couldn’t find the paperwork for the first one, “oops, just kidding they already did your oil change.”Fine, can’t fix it due to company liability rules, ok.So I come back to pick up my car and pay, and wait 10 minutes for an employee to greet me so I can have my car back and take it somewhere else to get the tire patched. After 10 minutes, in walks Martin, the service writer. Martin walks up to the counter, doesn’t look nor speak to me, then begins typing on the computer. He then answers the phone and completes an entire order for tires over the phone. After he hangs up, he walks out to the bay. Didn’t say a word to me. So you can imagine I’m irritated that I’ve been waiting at the counter for 15-20 minutes without even a “we will be with you in a moment.”Walmart— stop hiring people who hate their job. Consistently some of the worst customer service comes from the Walmart Auto Centers I visit.

I had my tires rotated and balanced for a long driving trip. The wait was not too bad and service was professional and done well!

Happy so far. Price was awesome. No pestering you to get other services but of course I spent money in the store 🤑Ill definitely go back.

I had new tires put on at several different Walmart auto care centers and I had no problems at any of them.

Great service! Was a bit slow due to being close to lunch time. Got an oil change and new filter put in took an hour to wait to be taken in and an hour to get done. Over all went well! Very professional and even made sure they kept things sanitized. 10/10 would recommend again. Fair price too!

DO NOT GET AN OIL CHNAGE HERE! They cross threaded my oil pan when doing an oil change, then tried to blame it on the last person that did my oil change. Telling me I had to go back to them to fix it. And I know it was Walmart that did it becauseit started leaking oil a few days after they just “looked” at it. If it was cross threaded 6 months ago it would of been leaking the whole time. Very shady Walmart.

Terrible auto center service! Walk into the auto center, an associate sees me but continues to walk to the back. Wait about 10 minutes for another associate to walk up ask me what I need while on a personal call. Extremely unprofessional!

Not usually one to complain but my experience this time was pretty bad. I called right before I went to check if there was a wait because I was crunched on time. They said no so I came to get my oil changed. They told me they would call or text when it was done. I was waiting for over an hour with no call and I came back up and had to wait another 10 minutes in line to talk to someone and they said that my oil was half a quart low so they didn’t want to change it (they were also the ones who changed it less than a month ago but my oil change light went on). The guy didn’t want to give me any other details I was confused. But just overall upset that they didn’t call or text to tell me that in the first place instead of waiting. I ended up waiting for hours, missing my prior commitments and without an oil change and a kinda rude person to deal with

The Autocenter was an amazing help! I had to replace my battery and tire and they gave me advice and offered to help me for free on account of me getting in a wreck and having a bad day. 10/10 service and even if they are busy inside or out, dennis at the register will make sure you get helped and the auto center will make sure your car is taken care of as soon as possible!

They’re understaffed but every employee in this department was very nice and got my oil change done really quick despite how busy they were

Not a fan of Walmart but Dennis in their Auto Center has been, hands down, the kindest and most helpful employee of Walmart I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am so glad he was able to give me all the info I needed for my cars tires. He was also the associate that opened the next morning when I came in so he knew exactly what my situation was. KEEP HIM AROUND! He is wonderful!

Service is sometimes really rough but they do a good job on the cars. I went in for tires and while the staff was friendly, they take forever. If youre behind two people youll be waiting a while. I wish they would expand the counter and get rid of the waiting room area. It would be better to have counter space for 2 active cashiers than a waiting room built for 10 people.

Went in for an oil change full synthetic and was charged only $44.88 plus tax$48.00 for the oil change.. great price and they were quick and efficient and very friendly!. I highly recommend this Walmart.

I’ve always taken my car in Walmart for an oil change. Its cheap and easy whatever. This Walmart is a joke though. I came in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. First time ever getting them rotated. They tell me my cars all done and I go and look and of course they didn’t rotate the tires. I went back in to tell them and they insisted they did. Well my car is a front wheel drive which means the front tires treads are wore down alot more than the back tires. I can CLEARLY see they didn’t rotate the tires. 2 stars because it only cost $10... but I’m not dumb and the fact that they didn’t do something that was SO EASY. Don’t expect greatness at a Walmart automotive store😂

Battery replacement. Simple enough? Not for Walmart... Waited over TWO hours after drop off before calling them to get a time estimate. I was informed my car was ready to go, upon arrival they apparently were unable to get anything done. During those two hours, they decided they didnt want to work on my car and also not to inform the owner. Extremely unprofessional Waste of time & money. Now I have to go elsewhere... Thanks for the unpleasant memory, the only thing I got out of this!

I went in with my two little girls and after well over an hour I went to just see how much longer it would be. She never even called us over the intercom. So we could have been there much longer if I hadn’t been curious. Then I get in the car and there’s oil all on the center console. Won’t go back.

Best place to shop in Colorado no one can. Beat walmart Im always shopping here its a famous place to go n shop n some have restaurants in side like md danalds n subway n alot hot foods

Unless you have at least 3hrs or more for just an oil change or tire, Id go somewhere else. Consistently either packed, or understaffed. They get work done but miss on the basics. Oil hand prints and dirty shoes, come on guys. I have had them replace the wrong bulbs that were perfectly fine, then have the audacity to try and tell me I would have to pay for those wrong ones as well.

Went in for a simple one tire change after work. Was told they couldnt do it because their lift couldnt pick it up due to my lift points. They dont even know how to use a jack. DO NOT GO HERE!

Love Walmart! It was quick and I was able to do a bit of shopping while my car was fixed.

Came in at 8:30 for four new tires and not leaving until after 11 AM. I know it doesn’t take that long to install four tires. Really should set up scheduling for people wanting a set of tires rather than this kind of ridiculous line. Not sure it was worth saving $50. Waiting room is hot and muggy. I am going to be late for work now.

Just like any other Walmart, same product as other, nothing special about this one. Hit and miss on the staff, some are helpful and some either cant tell or dont care to tell you where things are. But if you cant get answers from staff Walmart app can usually do it faster. Nice for a one stop shopping if you need /want different departments (clothes, home items, food, health and beauty, kids things, pet needs, crafts) cheaper quality than other places, like target, but cheaper in price so it is a trade.

I went because I have a nail in my rear tire. Customer service and mechanic staff are rude but Star the manager is beyond rude and disrespectful, this manager doesnt know how to talk to customers. She argued with me and raised her voice. I left the store without making any purchase, upset and decided to not come back. There are plenty tire places in Denver, I am not wasting money in such awful and nasty behavior by staff.

Literally do not come here! There is a Walmart on Colfax go to that one. The mechanics are so incompetent they couldn’t even start my car because my key was “unsafe”. This was frustrating not only because I had to come back and start/turnoff my car for them but because I just got my oil changed two weeks ago at a different Walmart and they had no issue with key.Not only were they on able to use my key they also left my unlocked car wide-open in the middle of the Walmart parking lot while they waited on me to get back. And when I say wide-open I mean my driver side door all the way open. With no supervision. Honestly there’s no excuse for this type of customer service except for sheer stupidity and laziness. My mechanics name was Juan.

Absolutely discussed! I show up at 7:10 with wire showing on my tires. They refuse to change them. But they close at 8. I wont go here again!

No stars here! Every time I call they put me on ‘hold’ and I can hear them having a conversation. They just place the phone on the counter!!! After a couple minute I hang up and call again, they don’t let me get a word in edgewise. Again and again until I have to yell and ask them the question before they even say a word it took seconds for them to answer my question. This kind of treatment two days in a row from different people?? Come on how the heck is Walmart auto training their people?

Unsurprisingly garbage service. Every time I go into Walmart to get one of their deals I inevitably leave without getting anything and a renewed sense of hatred for this place. Show up an hour before their automotive center closes to repair a tire needed for work and theyre, not taking any more orders. Absolute trash company, avoid if possible. Will never return after this.

Customer service lady is clearly a crackhead who will argue before you even talk. Terrible person to talk to people. Seems like she just doesnt want to listen to you talk at all just wants to tell you what happened when she clearly hasnt even heard any part of the story. Fire her!!!

I have given this shop many chances to provide better service, and I am done. They have random checks by managers to make sure the oil change was done correctly. After an hour and 4 pages, a manager finally arrived. 2.5 hours after arrival, I am finally on my way!

Staff is friendly, fast and knowledgeable and prices are fair.

Bad service, and they give misinformation. They jacked up my tires and put the lug nuts on incorrectly causing them to corrode. I strongly reccomend finding a different place to go.

Tried 3 times to get an oil change here. Every time its hours to wait. Even arriving at 7a on a sunday, only to be told an hour wait, then they couldnt do the oil change due to my oil plug being too tight. This is typical with these lowball oil service centers. Warm it up, it will come out. Kind of amateur. Also, my car is a little tasking in order to change the oil, so I know thats part of it. I consider any auto service with walmart risky, but its hard to resist a $20-30 oil change. But im willing to pay $20 more at jiffy lube just for the convenience of fast service and no fuss. Dont come here for auto service if you can afford it.

Horrible. Came in a half hour before they closed and they wouldnt put one tire on a rim for me because they said they were closing in 5 minutes. Its probably for the best that I didnt use them, because if theyre that anxious to get out of there and end their shift, theyll probably take shortcuts on your car, because they obviously dont care about the customer.

The manager in service is extremely, maliciously rude. Attendants just stand around without a clue. Waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. This is a blameless company that takes no responsibility for their actions.

I Had a terrible experience here i came in for two tires on the front they somehow accidently installed them on the rear atleast a guy name thomas was very polite and had good customer service gave me a free tire and even got me to replace the other at just the cost of the tire

Didnt put spare tire back on car, upsold me on tire because tire was not in stock and unbolted my exhaust so now my minivan is way too loud.

I only get the basic 20 dollar oil change special and the job is always done efficiently and wellSometimes theyre shortstaffed andrunning behind and things can take awhile so its always best to come early!

The worst place ever, long waits for oil change. I Usually come to this location because it is close to where I live. I be waiting at the waiting room for another 20 minutes without nobody leting me know it is ready or not. The gentleman named Mark need to learn some customer service.I wish I can review this twice.

Do not come here! They are understaffed and aloof to say the least. I have a warranty on a tire they changed 2 weeks ago, now it’s flat. They put a lady’s oil change in the computer before my tire change despite me being here first and they say it will be 3 hours because they only have two techs. Mark and Dennis have no idea what’s going on.

Called to get a flat tire patched....was told by Mark it would only be a few minutes so come on down. I got there Mark told me it be over a 2 hour wait.....now I have to wait because all the other tire shops are closed. Thanks Mark. Mark if you hate your job so much get a new one.

They finished my oil change in the time it took me to shop. The associates helped me to the car and even took my cart back to the store as I buckled up my son.

They let me think theyd repaired my tire then let me drive away like that, and didnt want to take ownership of it when I discovered it. They charged me for it. Then they covered for each other, after making up information about their manager. I emailed Walmart directly, its unacceptable Walmart practice.
