I believe his name was Hector. But shoutout to the worker who helped me and guided me on what I needed for my car. They try to help you and not haggle you like some other shops may. Love this place.
Fabian at AutoZone made my experience there a pleasant one. He tested my battery and installed a new one in my car. He kept a cool and pleasant attitude though out the whole time even though there were some difficulties removing my old battery. I will go back there for my future car needs.
I feel real bad because I didnt get the guys name, but I went to this AutoZone with a headlight issue and the guy went above and beyond to try and help me figure out what was wrong with my headlight. Most of the time you get a guy whos just trying to get you out of the store because youre a female but I have to say this gentleman was freaking awesome and he bought my kids and ice cream from the Paleta man👍

This is my favorite autozone I will never go anywhere else. I’ve been coming here for awhile but just today my headlight went out. I have after market headlights with tons of different bulbs and what not and I had no clue how to tell what bulb to buy. I walked in and asked Eric if he could help. He went right outside, pulled my old bulb out, and we went back in to purchase the new ones. I bought the bulbs and to my delight, Eric actually replaced both bulbs for me. It was the nicest thing ever given I was going to be YouTubing and trying to do it myself all night. He did not have to do that, and I was so grateful he did. Autozone is so lucky to have someone like Eric representing them. I will only come to this autozone in particular from here on out.

Bad incidents with these guys on multiple occasions... one of which demanded an eye wash station and acid neutralizer and these guys had neither, the manager was extremely rude in several ways including taking care of other customers that showed up after us BEFORE us, the only other employee must have been a trainee and didnt speak English really well, knew nothing about the store, and left us alone in the store to find the manager who was working on a car outside without following their regulations... OReilly a block away has amazing customer service, they always get parts fast and will be real with you about them, AND they have readily available eye wash stations and acid neutralizer, not even in the bathroom and I guess they have 5 such stations. We will see what autozone corporate does, but AutoZone is no good.The left us AutoZone, the right is OReilly. The left photo isnt even in the bathroom, so you can be locked away from these resources.
When we finally get personalized space ships I bet this place will have a space branch on the moon, wait time will be like 3 days though based on current management. Never go to any auto zone and get a quick checkout. Always In line because they are understaffed

Both of my headlights we’re working. So I decided to go into the AutoZone because they have been so helpful in the past. A gentleman named Jose took the time to look at my headlights and see that they had both burned out. He offered to help changed them which required taking my battery out too. He went above and beyond to make sure they worked! Thanks so much for making this problem solved super smoothly!
These are the types of places that don’t do it for the money or because they need a 9-5 job, they do it TO REALLY HELP PEOPE and just be there for them! They are so honest, they’re so genuine they actually care about the customer and their vehicle. I mean I’ve gone to places where I pay money and they’re not nearly as patient or attention to detail, as these guys. I can simply call and ask questions and they’re not rushing you off the phone. They’re educating you and providing service. You need something and they come out to your car and help you figure it out. I’ve had a girl once put wipers on my car while it was raining. They’re just simply good people. Knowledgeable and kind hearted. I’ve never EVER have had a bad experience going to any AUTOZONE!

When the initial part we decided on wasnt the right size to fit in my vehicle, he found me the next best option and gave me a discount since it wasnt the same part I was originally quoted on. Worst costumer service.There are 5 employees and two ladies were ringing out costumers who needed specific parts so they were taking a while. I saw the manager checking out people so since I only had one item I went to that specific register once they were done. As I did that the manager Eric just walked away. I was standing there forever and no employee would acknowledge that I was waiting.Afterwards I walked back into the store to look for a specific item as I saw a costumer walk straight to the register. There was no one in line and he walked up to the register with a guy. The employee stated “I’m just standing here you can’t just walk up like that.” The costumer said there was no one waiting and there was 3-4 people behind the registers. The employee responded “You still have to walk up to the like and wait there.”I’m sorry but the manager here clearly doesn’t know what costumer service is.
Sad today, customer service went out the window.. Employees cusing at each other..

I almost always know more about the part that I need than the person getting the part. Quite often the employee doesnt know where to look. Prices are good. Service is not. They usually have any part that I go there for. Diiferent workers almost every time. It does bother me that sometimes they only know what the part is called in Spanish.
Went in to get my battery checked. Erick, the store manager, was very helpful, polite and quick when I ended up needing a new battery. I was in and out with a brand new battery within 30 minutes! Great store!
I like waiting 20 minutes for a scan tool that I didnt get to use since I left because it doesnt take anyone with half a brain 20 minutes to pull codes for a car.
2/7/2019 --- Our old car battery finally died during that cold snap last night. Eric and his team were very helpful presenting multiple replacement options with cost comparisons to meet our fixed income. And the best part...they installed it for $0.00! They may not be able to do that for every make/model vehicle, but it was a welcome break for these seniors and our 23 year old Chevy.
Take is for ever when you order parts and when the parts get there they dont deliver it to your shop if you dont call

Worst customer service ever, so originally I bought a timing belt, water pump lot for my 4 runner which was stolen from me, so I bring those parts back, over 300 spent originally. I then had the parts returned and the money put towards 4 rotors and pads, top of the line parts from AutoZone, I had to add 30 more that day. So now my car losses the engine and Im forced to bring back the parts, they tell that it was put on a card when I returned them originally, that would be because of the lack of training because it should never have been done that way since it was a direct drop and swap. So then as Im buying over a hundred dollars of parts for another car and expecting my cash back of 274$ he!, Eduardo, states to meet her cant give my cash back and only a credit can be given, then he said he doesnt have any cards, so he slams my parts down on front of me and with an attitude the whole time sends me towards the door, now mins you I have in hand over 120 pounds of parts, and when I came in I made sure there was gonna be any issue as I quoted to him because my ride was leaving and he said no problems would occur . So Im stuck sitting here with no money, no credit, all my parts and no money for the Uber to get back home and Im supposed to walk away like this isnt an issue .. This is not going to end here, trust me, Im going to Yelp now, then onto the next comment board. AutoZone is a company not worthy of my dollars anymore, and imma gonna make sure that since Im in the industry working as a mechanic in a prominent shop that Im going to tell the world about this, now onto Facebook to let the world know about the buisness. I was a weekly buyer with this company thru my company also, not any more come Monday we wont be using their parts or services any more. AutoZone on Chase and Colfax in Denver, Eduardo the wanna be manager without any customer service worthiness at all is a liar and I consider them to be thieves please dont use them if this how they are going to be with a weekly customer that has more pull then they realize, how are you the everyday consumer going to be treated, thanks for taking the time to read this and its time we show them just that they deserve for this. This was the best car experience I have had yet. I am a new driver and dont know anything about a car let a lone changing a headlight. I have a Volkswagen which makes it even more difficult. Carlos, an associate at this location (forgot last name) was amazing. He spent over 20 minutes figuring out the fine mechanics of foreign cars and how to remove their light bulbs. He was very knowledgeable and caring towards my needs. I will always come here and would recommend it to anyone who is new or wants to learn something about their vehicle. THANKS CARLOS!

Bought a blower motor from this store, and it ended up blowing out my resistor. No big deal. Bought spark plugs from this store, next day a whole cylinder in my engine stopped working. What kind of auto parts store only sells defective products? Defective $2 product is going to cost me over $1,500 in repairs. I recommend going to the neighboring OReillys or if you can make the trip about a mile or so north: Advanced Auto Parts.

I dont know if its because Im a female or not any other AutoZone Ive ever been into everybody is always been helpful it seems like everytime I come into this AutoZone the staff is rud and. Non helpful it almost seems like youre bothering them and just overall very unsatisfied
The staff here really helped us!!! They were quick and efficient. They remembered that we were having a problem with our alternator and helped us work through the entire problem and any other possibilities(which took all day). They were very appreciated!

Always understaffed, Im standing in line waiting for a cashier for over 15min while the only two people in the store search for parts for other customers. Why no dedicated cashier? Your telling me if these people want to spend an hour looking at brake rotors I cant check out?!I will say that Autozone seems to have one of the best customer loyalty programs of any chain auto store. You earn a point each time you spend over $20 and then after earning 5 points you get a $20 credit. If your smart with our smaller purchases you can earn up to 20% back.

There is never a cashier at the register. Staff ignores you while you stand there waiting for service. They are always slower than turtles in the hot sand. No one cares if they make a sale or not. They didnt just have a bad day, this is how it goes in this store each and every time you try shopping there. Two thumbs WAY DOWN, twenty if I had them. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Napa. Thats what I finally did.
Showed up at the store and some guy messing with his Harley was extremely rude and unwelcoming in his shrill way of snapping that the store was closed.This is one of the reasons I quit shopping at this chain. Tried to hop in for something quick.

Bought a battery for months ago at an autozone, winter came and it kept dying. Called up Bob the manager, and he said he would make it right. He swapped out the battery without a receipt and even warranty information as I bought it from another autozone. Save me a lot of money and went out of his way to make sure that it was right. perfect.
