Apex is my go to for auto body, the handful of times I have needed there expertise. Randy is professional, friendly and genuinely works hard for the customer. The amount of time needed to complete a repair is very reasonable and many other competitors shops couldnt even source the needed parts for job completion. The work I have had done, ranged from minor to major and the work has always been above expectations. Thank you so much apex, always at ease knowing you put so much pride in your work. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the shop, zero regrets.

Great place with great owners and the nicest staff. I am so happy with the work they did, you cant even tell there was damage. They explained everything upfront and tries to save me money where they could. They even detailed the truck! So happy, I definitely recommend Apex to everyone.

Brought our brand new 2021 car in after a collision. When we picked up the car from being repaired we checked the quality of the work and it was far from good. They missed painting the inside of the new door, the seals on the door were sticking out and leaked air and thats not even the worst of it. The grill and hood (which werent even part of the original repair) had gouges and scrapes all down it. We had to get a new grill and emblem which took an additional month to get. Brand new car and they sadly made our experience worse. Do not bring your car here even if the dealer recommends them. Only thing positive was working with Randy, he did a great job at trying to accommodate us and make the experience better.

I received amazing service and attention to detail from Randy and his crew. My truck went in and he battled the insurance company for me so I didnt have to. They should call him the Bulldog. He got me twice what they were asking and fix my truck right. Id recommend that shop anybody and everybody

Obviously Im bias because Ive been with Apex Auto Body from the very beginning for what would be 21 years as of January 2021. I have seen many people come through the door just as diverse as their cars. I can say that our staff is a happy staff. We know we are the last place people want to be and we know the inconvenience it is to be without your car. We know your car is personal. We arent perfect but our intention always comes from a good place and we strive to educate our customers, give great customer service as well as provide quality work. This place had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had my BMW repaired here after a hit and run and they were so communicative and helpful. They even chased me down months later to send me a mirror that we didn’t end up using. Really great work too! Amazing place.

I took a couple of small parts in for paint. I was told it would take one day and $150 dollars to do the job. After a weak I called and was told that they needed a couple more days to complete. They never called me after more time. I called again and was told that the parts was done and that the price now was $188.50. Went in to the office and was met by David. I asked him why the price had went up, he said that the price was ONLY A GUESS. He became angry and then honored the $150.00 quote. After getting home where I could look at the paint job I was beyond angry as there was areas that had no paint, finger prints IN the paint, several areas that had large paint runs, large tape on the items, white wax on some areas etc. In addition the newly painted parts was just lying on the coffee table in the office, not wrapped, covered or protected in any way. The parts was for a show car. Had to take them to another shop where they were sanded and repainted. A entry level painter could have done a better job. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP !!!!!!!

Honestly 10/10. Very open and honest with me about the process, how long it could take, etc. customer service is amazing. I was rear ended and Randy helped me with dealing with the insurance company directly and to get my car fixed. Not only that, but once it was fixed I forgot my house keys there, and didn’t realize until after hours. I called just to see if anyone was there, sure enough Randy was there and willing to stay open so that I could get my keys. He by no means needed to even answer after hours, let alone stay at work late so I could come rectify my own mistake.Their receptionist Jamie was very nice too throughout the whole process and truly seemed like she genuinely cared about my experience. I truly can not recommend this place enough. I hope to never be involved in another accident, but if I am I will no question be bringing my vehicle back.

I got my first, nice, car and it was devastated by hail during the summer. I was so bummed and had no idea where to go or how to handle the repairs. Apex Auto took THE BEST care of me. My poor car needed $12k+ of repairs and Apex handled all of it. They are honest and their work is incredible. It is tough to find a great car repair shop that is honest and that will take 100% care of you. Apex is that place! Randy is the nicest guy ever and kept me updated on my repairs as well as communicated directly with my insurance for me. I got my car back and she looks so great! I will absolutely be using Apex for any/all repairs and recommend them to everyone/anyone needing repairs.

Ive been using Apex for the past 6 years and wouldnt use another shop. Randy and his team are super easy to work with and the quality of their work is great! Unfortunately, Ive been here 3 time in the past 6 years (2 x car accidents and once for hail damage) everytime my cars come back looking like new. Highly recommend this place!!

Had a fine experience. the car came back looking good as new. the only problem with punctuality was entirely due to the insurance peoples negligence, but once that was finally sorted out, i had the car back and looking good within a week.

I used this company to repair some damage caused by another driver who hit my vehicle. The work took over 4 weeks to complete, it was sub-par as the bumper parts they used, I later found out were used and damaged themselves. They tried to hide this and billed me and my insurance company for the price of a brand new parts. Also, I never approved used old parts anyways. I called to resolve the issue with them and ofcourse theyre booked 2 months out and I have to leave my car with them for the entire week.I work and cant just be without a vehicle for an entire week. They had no problems getting the car in immediately too get their insurance check, but when it comes to repairing the shotty work they did, I cant even get in for an appointment. I can tell you that I will be reading reviews and BBB complaints much closer on any autobody shop I hire in the future.Now after seeing the damage, the time involved to not even get a resolution and seeing several other reviews, I would not recommend using them to anyone!.DONT WALK DEFINITELY RUN!

Needed my bumper painted and replaced, and it looks great! The final cost was higher, and It did take longer than initially stated, however they were willing to work with me and I was satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any part of their car painted.

Highly recommend! I just needed a little help getting holes made for a front license plate to go on my new car. I called in and while they werent able to provide me an estimate by phone, the receptionist was very friendly and made me an appointment to come by later that same day. I came in and did have to wait briefly, so when a staff member noticed me waiting, he apologized for the wait, attended to me immediately, and then didnt even charge me to drill the holes because of the waiting inconvenience.I hope I dont have a need for a body shop in the future, but if I do, Ill definitely be coming back here. Warm and friendly service and the front plate looks great!

A very professional and thorough experience. I had some body work that needed to be done on my Audi and I had originally got an estimate from a competitor that was in my insurance cos network. I needed a couple other things done to my car outside of the claim and the competitor seemed disinterested at best concerning a car I cherish and take very good care of. I contacted my trusted mechanic and he immediately told me to take it to APEX, he didnt recommend anyone else. I set up an appointment and when I arrived Robert listened carefully to what I wanted done and said they could do all the work within the other shops estimate and take care of the other stuff I needed including painting and attaching an aftermarket spoiler and some PDR spots. They got me in quickly and I dropped the car off as I left town for a business trip. I wasnt able to get back into town before they close on Friday and Robert said he could meet me on Saturday morning for pick up. I arrived and the car was freshly detailed and ready to go, Robert said it arrived clean and he made sure his detail crew had it in top shape. Im fairly meticulous when I clean my car and it was done right, above and beyond average customer service. Most importantly they had gotten all the work done properly and using their knowledge and expertise had come in below the original estimate. Let me make it abundantly clear, these folks care about your vehicle and they do it right, no need to go anywhere else. Thanks APEX.

I ran over a cone and my bumper came loose. I was driving around and it was getting worse and worse so I pulled into Apex and they were able to put it all back together for me in a very short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. Randy was extremely thorough and communicated via phone call multiple times on the progress of the work. He would not allow the car to leave until the work was perfect, even correcting minor defects in parts I brought him to be installed.

I just picked up my Infiniti from Apex Auto Body and I could not be more pleased! I had a large dent in my rear bumper (hit & run), and it looks good as new. I had 4 estimates and Apex was the most reasonably priced. In fact, 2 other shops told me I would have to replace the bumper because it would never look the same if it were simply repaired. Both of these estimates were well over $1k. Apex repaired my bumper for $700 which was the estimate they provided. On top of that, they fixed it in 3 days where others said 2 weeks. It was about a 2 month wait before they had availability, but it was well worth it!

These guys have been fantastic. I found them through a dear friend who is a bonofide car nut-- even part of a Porsche club where he races on the weekends. He told me they guys are the best. he was right. They worked their tails off to maximize my insurance benefit and then did great work to make my car look like new again. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Apex is great. They gave me an honest quote (that was almost half of what others were charging) and stuck with it through the repair process. Fast, friendly customer service and a great looking finished process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work.

The actual work they did was fine but they forgot to install two different things.I had paid, gotten my keys and paperwork and was out the door when I thought Id give everything a once-over. I was charged for a new tire that was not installed, and I was charged for part of a vinyl stripe since part of it had to be removed to fix and paint my bumper. They installed the tire while I was there, which was nice. But the vinyl needed to be done by another shop. I was told I could either leave the car and they would take care of it, which would take a day or two, or I could bring it to the shop and they would call them can take care of the payment. Since I had already been without my car for so long, I decided to handle it on my own time.Like I said, the bumper and fender repair and painting looks good, but I cant really recommend a shop that forgets things like that. I would have rated higher if they had caught it before I was out the door, but they would have let me drive off with an incomplete repair. If you go here, double check your paperwork!

I was in an accident a couple weeks ago. I called my mechanic who recommended Apex Auto Body. I called them 10 minutes before they closed and was greeted professionally, given directions on a tow truck, and told dont worry, well take care of everything sir. They TOTALLY did. They dealt with the tow company, my insurance company, and finished my car before I had to return my rental. When trying to arrange getting my rental car back, Dave told me to just bring it to their shop and he called them and arranged for them to pick it up at their place. Service was stellar. My Audi? Perfect. I could never tell it was in an accident. Car was washed and even the interior was cleaned. Amazing work from a one of a kind auto body shop in Denver.

They showed me excellent customer service. I mashed the drivers side of my Porsche CS4 and was very unhappy about it... Apex took the mangled care and returned it to me in perfect condition... I am very happy with their work and wouldnt hesitate to return.

It took them two months to complete a job that we were told would take two weeks. we never heard from them about it - they never communicated with us voluntarily. every time we tried to reach out to them regarding the work being completed, we recieved very little information, and they continued to blame our insurance company. I understand that things get hung up with insurance sometimes, but the professionally appropriate thing to have done, would have been to communicate with their clients. our household needs two vehicles, and our second one was lost to us for four times longer than we expected, with no explanation at all. we will never use apex auto again, and I recommend that you do the same.

I had Apex do the paint and body for my 1966 Fairlane restoration. I have owned this car for more than 24 years so I am very particular on who works on it. TOP NOTCH work! They replaced rear quarters, did other metal fabrication, recommended paint colors that matched the original color but in a much better modern paint. Classic American cars is not typically what they do but they did an absolutely beautiful job. Based on not only my car but the others I have seen there, this is the place.

They honored their estimate and did a great job on the replacement.

Absolutely the worst automotive experience Ive ever had. I had a huge list of issues with the work, things done wrong (e.g. plastic trim not even snapped in place correctly), back and forth with the shop (including first the work going way over with no communication unless I called, then an entire repeat trip that still didnt get lots of things right), they even cancelled a check theyd issued reimbursing me for work a dealership rectified after the fact (which was reissued after a pointed call with the shop owner). We had a gentlemans agreement that I wouldnt post a negative review since they worked with me on this, but that is out the window now that Im having the windshield replaced and was just alerted to the fact that previous windshield work trashed the front of the cloth headliner on the car. Well, guess who did this last. I shudder to think what else Im eventually going to find was done wrong. I seriously considered trading the car on a new one but (its a VW) Ill never get the same deal I got post-Dieselgate, so here I am....Seriously, I have no idea how this place ever gets any kind of acceptable review. Do not take your car here if you care about it. I could not be more disgusted and to be quite honest I should have posted this review a lot sooner. I apologize now to you, Google users, for not having done so.UPDATE: Washing/waxing car for winter, I just noticed a weird worn spot on the door sill area between front and rear doors. Turns out, the rear door seal wasnt reinstalled right (probably cheaply reused instead of replacing so some tabs broken on removal etc), so it is hanging down at the front of the rear door. Theres a piece of hard plastic on the seal that has worn thru the paint to the metal. THANKS, Apex. Thanks so much.

I hired Apex to do a color-match on my 2004 Audi allroads front bumper, rear bumper and fenders. They did a phenomenal job, especially considering how much work was needed to clean up the wear and tear on the rear bumper.Randy was very nice, gave me a tour of the shop and kept me updated throughout the week-long process.I highly recommend Apex to anyone needing paint or body work.

There may be other fine body shops in the Denver Metro area, but bring your damaged vehicle here for repair and youll never look back. They took my messed up 2015 Murano and made it look good as new. Im now, unfortunately, a repeat customer, just involved in my second hit-and-run in the past 6 months (theres an epidemic out there). Apex auto body is a top notch body shop and certainly one of the best in Denver. I unfortunately have had a couple of crackups and have been around the front range body shop loop. Upon a recommendation from a local german car mechanic and Apexs affiliation with the PCA I landed on this shop. In addition to responsive customer service I have been very satisfied with the work performed.

Apex Auto Body provided me with one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. I cant put into words how great these guys are. I personally had the pleasure of dealing with Randy - a wonderful gentleman indeed. We had our VW Jetta banged up a bit by a rogue manhole cover, and we got our car back from Apex looking all around as good as new (they even cleaned the inside to the point it looked detailed). These guys have all the bases covered - customer service, excellent work, and attention to detail. Randy gave me frequent updates about the status of the car, and when I stopped down to settle up, he even took the time to show me what steps they were taking to fix the damaged areas (kinda cool to see). Ref 2008 Infiniti M45x hit by a light body truck on 4-15-2015Not only did this shop get me in and out 9 1/2 days after being t-boned by a light body truck. They got me in without saying we are 2 to 3 months out due to a large hail storm. Not to mention you can see they work on alot of quality cars by all the Audis and Porsches in the shop.The shop was extremely communicative with me by phone and email via the whole process as well. At least 5- 6 emails and a couple of phone calls to inform me of the process of repairing and dealing with insurance supplementals for my M45x.I even checked on the progress mid week and I could already tell the car was going to as good as new. * You know the shop is in good standings- when the original claims rep of Allstate tells me I have worked on both sides of claims and they are a body shop that I like to work with*Now I just wish the doctors and the PT - can fix my throbbing neck and back and the pain spasms....
