Unethical body shop. I do not recommend this place. My car was involved in a accident, damaging the front bumper. They took 2 months just to fix my front bumper and added some paint. Very slow service. Did not give a correct quote to the insurance company. And when I received my car, the battery is dead, rear side mirror is broken, blinker signal isnt blinking correctly. Took you 2 months for this? If anyone is looking for a quick and efficient body shop, DONT GO HERE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. Not ethical at all. And they dont care if you need your car. They dont care if you have to go to work or pay for expensive rental costs. They are freaking slow and do not do a good job.ps: all the warning lights on the dashboard are appearing, and the airbag warning light is broken, comes on and off. They even RUINED my Bluetooth and audio system. Everything was fine before going in the shop. Now after tons of money, everything has gone wrong. this is what 2 months took??? For my car to be in a worst condition. No thanks. 1000x NEVER AGAIN.

Had a small fender-bender and worked with Emmett at this location. Not only are they very friendly, timely, and cost efficient, the bumper was incorrectly manufactured from Ford and Emmett (and the team) helped drive this issue into the ground working with me along the way to make sure I was completely satisfied and the job was complete. This was a complete above-and-beyond situation as the bumper mistake was done by Ford themselves but Emmett and team took responsibility for this mistake and didnt rest until this was finished. I will absolutely be returning to this location any chance I get in the future due to their efforts on this situation. I have a lot of respect and trust in this team.

Outside of the lack of communication in regards to what was happening with my vehicle, the team was excellent at repairing the damage. I would recommend them to anyone as they know their stuff. However, you will have to be the one who stays on top of the project.

Oh wow I can’t say enough about the whole team! Emmett was professional and friendly from the very first meeting with the estimate - they finished a HUGE body repair only $4 over the original estimate and then found my missing engagement ring in the depths of my husbands car for me as well. The body work was impeccable (matching paint, repairs, new doors, all kinds of stuff) and they even went above and beyond to fix some small Rock damage that was there before I took it in. Couldn’t recommend this entire team enough!

We are a locally owned business with 4 vehicles. We love everyone at Perry & Terry! They take client satisfaction very seriously! Apart from the fantastic bodywork they do, they stay connected to their clients through the entire process, including the insurance piece, which can be difficult to navigate! Their owner and staff are friendly and truly care! I would recommend them to anyone! - Kath, Founder of Hike Doggie

Company used to be a good company. The last several years has been going downhill. Close friend of mine worked there for 23 years and never called in sick. And one day they just let him go for no reason at all. If you cant take care of reliable employees what does that say about how you treat your customers

Do not use them. No moral compass. Had a door dent repaired for $4300. Went to pick up our two year old Toyota Avalon and the guy had to jump it to pull it around. He said “we left the door cracked and it drained the battery”. I thought, ok no big deal. Honest mistake. I drove home (30 minute drive). When I went to leave my house the car again wouldn’t start and had to be jumped. I called the shop and was told to bring it in as they may not have reconnected it tightly after disconnecting it to fix the door. Brought it in the next day (after having to have it jumped yet again). The guy looks at it and says “eh... it’s just the end of the battery life. Nothing we can do for you”. This after specifically saying “that’s a pretty new car so I’m sure it’s not the battery and just a loose wire” the day before. They drained the battery (never any problems before leaving our car with them), they should replace the battery. It refuse to do so. They are SO LUCKY I didn’t get stranded in the 95 degree heat with my two toddlers in the car. Will never refer anyone to this shop nor will we ever use them again. Lost a customer in us. Shame on them.

If you love your car and want to save time and money I do not recommend taking it to Perry&Terry auto repair shop. I took my car there after a small car accident. They took thousands of dollars from the insurance company for the work and then kept my car with them for an entire month. When I finally got it home and inspected the repairs I found that the windshield cowl grille was not tightened properly, there was a loose screw on the fender, and foam rubber was missing from the fender. I fixed what I could myself and then while driving, I noticed that there was something wrong with the steering wheel. Since it was getting dangerous to continue driving, I took the car back to fix the damage that they caused. After some finger pointing, they did agree to fix the fender and re-tape the passenger door molding, which they did not do in the middle section. In addition, a proper alignment was not done, neither was the steering mechanism fixed. Later I found out that they also used recycled parts to fix the car. No need to go into every detail of what did or did not get fixed correctly, but this gives you an idea about the poor quality of their work. After all of this hassle, I am still left with a car that is not entirely fixed and needs more work done by another body shop. I am extremely disappointed and I feel robbed of my time and money.

I brought these guys an old car with a request to replace the windshield and do some rust repair. They got me in quickly, did the job, fixed my chrome trim, got the color right on the car, and all around did a great job and treated me well the whole time. There was a miscommunication about pick up time for the car, but that wasnt a problem for them, they opened up the garage and brought the car out after hours.I also had to bring it back for an update to the fix, and they were not only gracious about it, they fixed it well and quickly.Their shop was clean and their staff was very helpful and considerate when I did speak to them. Id definitely go back to these guys for work in the future.

Recently in an accident and brought my car here for a second opinion. I spoke with Joe and Im glad I did. Joe came out looked at my car and gave me his assessment. We then went inside and looked at the inspection report from my insurance company and we discussed the several options I had available. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest assessment and discussion about your car.

They can take a car apart, but cannot put it together CORRECTLY. Frustrating... they had my hail damaged car for over 2 months. I took it back no less than 6 times. Leaking windshield, rear windows not working, no tail lights. Finally I realized they cannot fix it because they don’t know what they are doing. I ended up at Stevenson Lexus. I feel sorry for younger people who wouldn’t have resources to get their car fixed.

Save yourself the headache and use a body shop that can actually service the customer. GM Sam is an absolute ass. Took them longer than a month to fix a rear ender on an F350. I demanded my insurance company use oem after these guys wanted to use junkyard parts. They improperly installed trailer hook up and after Sam committed to research and fix he started telling his receptionist to tell me hed left for the day...... everyday for 8 straight days. ...... I finally took it to Ford and the dumbasses put it on upside down. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT......and hey Sam.... ur a real POS

I am giving us five stars for having to deal with customers who come in “wheeling and dealing” to get the highest quality of repair for as little as possible. We go out of our way for our customers and always have, so it is disappointing to get negative reviews from customers that fail to understand the complexity of our business because of their unwillingness to listen, their lack of knowledge and sense of self entitlement. Are we 100% perfect? Nope, we never have claimed to be. Will we do everything we can to make a job right? Yes. Do cars sometimes get damaged? Yes. In the case of a popped tire, the tire caught the side of a floor lift while pulling it into the stall and was punctured. We ordered a new one had it shipped in from California and put it on the vehicle. Customer dropped in the same day it had happened prior to us being able to call him. We were hiding nothing, repairs were not delayed and the cost to the customer nothing…$0.00.So Lets see, scratched tint, yes happens insurance paid for it to be replaced cost to customer $0.00 missing weather strip, yes tech missed but was reinstalled when customer came back for a bumper repair. did not replace mirror as listed, yes and no we replaced the mirror cap not the entire mirror. We would have replaced entire mirror assembly but customer wanted the cost of the mirror applied to the cost of repairing his front bumper. broke window molding, No all the window molding were fine when the vehicle left the shop. The only damaged window molding is on the passenger side door which was damaged by the customer installing his own aftermarket parts prior to coming in for repairs. wire boot not attached yes boot didn’t get snapped all the way in customer pointed it out to me prior to leaving. I took the two second to push the cover back in place and snap it all the way on prior to the customer leaving. realighn bumper. The bumper was damaged when it came in the first time and the only thing we did was take it off and put it back on due to the fender repair. Customer came back after the first repair to have us make his repair to the front bumper look better and paint the bumper. Customer did not want to pay the cost for the repairs to be done 100% correct and had negotiated the cost down to what he had received. Was there a small chip in the paint next to the fog lamp when he picked up his car? Yes about half the size of this @ sign. I believe our tech nicked the bumper when installing the fog lamp. When I tried to tell the customer that it was our mistake he dismissed me and started to negotiate the cost he owed down. He needed $7.00 in change for a twenty and asked if we would just wave the $13.00 and some change. We did. I was going to have the bumper repainted but the customer never stopped trying to work a deal to even hear that as an option. Seemed to be more important to the customer to get a good deal then a quality repair. As for quoting a customer $1500.00 for painting an entire truck never happened. Painting an entire truck starts at $10,000.00 and goes up from there. As for our new tech, we stand behind him. He is not new to the industry just new to the shop and is learning how we do thing procedurally around here. I.E…. documenting when he finds parts are missing on a car from a poorly done DIY repair. We treat customers with the upmost respect at our shop and do the best we can to make sure this very dynamic, confusing, costly and frustrating process goes as smoothly as possible for them. I hope that by “disrespecting” the car in the situation above didn’t hurt the cars feeling too much and if it did I hope the customer is kind enough to tell is car we are sorry.
