Took my car here to get it fixed after I was backed into. This was in Nov 2020. I figured with the pandemic happening I could do the kid a solid and let his dad fix the car. I couldn’t wait anymore to have my vehicle back after 5 mo. This was after being told multiple times the car would be finished and the parts were there. Today I went to get my car because it has been so long and I needed to go through insurance since the vehicle wasn’t being repaired. I brought my girlfriend with me. The shop tried to tell me I couldn’t have my vehicle and refused to give me my keys. The owner also told my girlfriend she had to leave and he would only talk to me (despite me telling him she was my partner and she was there to help me). Once I told him she was my partner his whole attitude switched and he became rude and aggressive. Not only has he taken his time fixing my car, he apparently discriminates against queer people. I would not recommend this shop.

Terrific customer service! When my car was broken into last week, Steve got me in the same day to replace my window. His team not only did a great job with the repair, but they also thoroughly vacuumed and washed the entire car (even though there was only broken glass on the back seat). My car looked brand-new when I picked it up at the end of the day! Ive used this shop several times in the past with great results. After this latest experience, Im committed to becoming a lifelong customer.
