I brought in my Audi for rear damage. Dropping the car off took mere minutes. They sent text messages for every phase of the repair, including when the vehicle would be available. They were prompt and professional from start to finish. I received my car in impeccable condition!

This is is the second time that I have had my vehicle repaired at Prestige, and I do NOT recommend this business. I returned because my first experience was great, and the quality of work matched my experience. Currently, my vehicle has been at Prestige for 64 days, and I have been getting the run around the past two weeks regarding the completion date. I know that there was a delay due to parts being shipped, but I the past couple weeks I have been getting nothing but word salad and verbal gymnastics as to the completion date. I was told yesterday that my car had been at the dealer for a week getting calibrations done, the dealer claimed they had not had my vehicle in since May for an oil change. I drove over to the shop last night and low and behold my vehicle is in their parking lot, collecting dust. I stopped into the shop this morning and got more of the same run around and blame shifting - at this point I feel like they do not value my business - or the $8k that the repairs are costing...

Prestige Imports is a Tesla authorized body repair facility that knows how to restore them to factory specifications and tolerances, they do more than fix the bodywork, they also repair damage to the wheels, axles, and the associated equipment.

Prestiges repair work on my RS4 was careful, conscientious, and the workmanship performed was of a high quality. I really enjoyed working with prestige. A car came up and I contacted prestige and they got back to me extremely quick. I went to look at the car and felt no pressure to buy. Every other place I had went to tried to sell me a car, prestige let me make my own decisions. I ended up buying the car because it was priced correctly. I didn’t have to negotiate at all. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the windshield replacement took 2 weeks to happen. However I was given a very nice Audi as a rental for the day while my windshield was replaced. Next time I buy i will check Prestige Imports first.

Prestige Imports Collision Center provided the worst service Ive received from any auto service shop. My car was towed there on a Friday with tie-rod damage. I requested an estimate that day over the phone and in writing (email). By Tuesday morning they still had not looked at the car. My insurance company recommended another service shop and offered to tow the car there, so I accepted. When the tow driver arrived at Prestige, Prestige would not release the car unless that driver wrote them a check for $625. Prestige purported administrative fees and storage. Prestige had provided no service other than holding my car hostage. The other service shop subsequently provided the most professional and reasonably priced repair that Id experienced in years. Prestiges profit was probably four times what the good shop made on this repair, and Prestige provided no service. I did call Prestige to appeal, but they were intransigent.

This was my first experience having to take a vehicle to a collision center. Matthew Lindsey where is my point of contact from the first day till the very last. Having your vehicle in the collision center is not an easy thing. Matthew is a man of few words, and my type of personality would have left more words… But I have to give him so much credit for taking such great care of my car and helping me work with the insurance company to get everything taken care of. When I picked up my car it was spotlessly cleaned on the inside and out and while there really weren’t many words spoken... I am very grateful to Matthew for ultimately giving me wonderful customer care. I’d like to think the crew / workpeople that also worked on my vehicle to make it like brand new! Thank you everybody.

Excellent customer service. My Tesla Model 3 hit in the rear bumper in the parking lot. Throughout getting an estimate, scheduling the repair, and the repair itself, communication was good. No surprises. Due to extreme weather they had to close early when my car was due and the team went out of their way and worked together to finish my car in time.

Had the pleasure of meeting two of the nicest and most professional gentlemen in the auto industry at Prestige Imports. I have purchased well over 40 vehicles over the past 30 years and believe me the experience has not always be so great. This is the second vehicle I bought from the dealership but best part aside from the fact that I drove a different Porsche away, was the conversations and genuine interest they has in me getting a fair if not great deal. Dean Blackwelder, the general manager, spoke with me over the phone before we ever met as if I were a long time customer or friend and made sure my trade in vehicle received the value it deserved. Best experience I have ever received for body work repairs. Allen and staff are very professional and great to work with. The repair exceeded my expectations, excellent attention to detail at every level. They also took care of another small issue while I was there as part of the repair. DO NOT take your vehicle here if it is a possible total. Even if your insurance pays to have them put it back together, they will not. Part of their policy We want to keep an intact totaled car but now cannot because of prestige policy. Driver BEWARE. This company is not so prestigious when it comes to customer service.

I am so happy Mercedes recommended this place to me when I needed to get my car fixed after being backed into. Matt was very attentive. He always messaged me and let me know the status. Yikes. Prestige ruined any potential for my business during a 90 second phone call. I was trying to schedule collision repair with them since Stuttgart (who has been amazing to work with in the past) is eight weeks out, but I’m now more than willing to wait eight weeks since Prestige doesnt seem capable of basic customer service. The dude on the phone was rude, standoffish, and had zero desire to help get my situation resolved.

I was referred to Prestige Imports by a reliable car mechanic for our Tesla. Prestige Imports, and Matt Lindsey specifically, our service representative, not only finished repairs with a prompt turnaround time (once the parts were in), It was impossible to tell that the car had been in an accident. The paint job was seamless and the repair was flawless. Matt was very thorough in explaining the repair process and what had to be done.

Really good body shop. Very solid quality work. Used them after a rear end accident on our 17MDX. The car looked brand spanking new when we got it back. Would recommend them because they do top quality work..they also respond and provide updates well. Matt L. was very supportive. The one con thing Ill say is it took like forever, around 3 months... seemed like they have limited no of specialists so will need patience when working with them..but at same time I appreciate the diligence in getting it right.

This was by far the best experience I have had getting a car repaired after an accident. I reached out, sent them the insurance estimate, took it in a few days early due to my schedule, they were able to get started early, handled the insurance stuff, and in the end delivered the car on time. What really impressed me was the consistent and regular communications that go out in each step of the process. The car repair was excellent and everything was simple. Comparing them to a direct competitor in the Denver area for Audi repairs they were prompt and if anything over communicating whereas this other place could barely return our call. Not that we want to get our car hit again but if so we have a place we will gladly take it for getting put back to like new condition.

Ive had a bad experience with this dealership and wouldnt recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a porsche.They handled the sales and purchase part great, which is the easy part, but any business should be judged by what happens afterwards. This is called service after the sale and this dealership has no clue how to manage any of that.Ive contacted my sales person, Ron, twice asking for help regarding a water stain on the seat and for contact info for the paint coating i paid for. Not only did he ignore both requests, he actually questioned whether the stain on my seat was rain water, as I explained to him.Then I asked for help with license plate issues caused by the covid situaiton 4 days ago, and their finance person has yet to respond.I plan on buying a cayenne in the near future, but it wont be from this dealership.

Extremely Poor Service! It felt like I was dealing with a slimy used car salesman that you would see in a movie when I spoke with Matt who was suppose to be handling my experience. This guy has absolutely no sense of compassion or people skills! At first they said it would be three weeks or more before my car would get into the shop. When I informed them that I just needed a quick estimate to see if it would be close to a total loss they said it would be another week before they can have a tech look at it! Why does a tech to look at it when I hit an elk and all the damage is up top where you can get a pretty good idea of what will need to be replaced. It’s not like I rear-ended somebody and there could be hidden structural damage on the sub-frame or pan of the car! It’s a simple write up Parts: fender, roof, roof support, hood, door, door pillar, mirror, glass, interior overhead center console, headliner, Labor and Paint… There is no circumstance where that should take over a week to do! If all that will come out to under the amount for the car to be considered a total loss then get a tech on it to make sure we didn’t miss anything. Matt was unwilling to do anything for me even after I explained all of that to him, all that he said is that I need to speak with my adjuster. It amazes me that these people are still around with the lack of customer service they provide.

Id highly recommend this place for your car! My car got hit&run, so I was very angry and frustrated. I did a lot of researches for repair stores that has mercedes certified, and find out there are 3 in Colorado. Took me a while to decide which one should I go. Finally picked this store. Stuffs are very nice, both front desk and advisers. My adviser is Ira, he is quick response and professional. They got my car in 2 weeks later, and it took about 3 weeks to fix it(during Christmas time). Im satisfied when I have my car back. Really nice work. In addition, they even vacuumed my car. Really appreciate it!

This was the worst auto repair experience of my life. Take your car anywhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would.After quoting me $2800 for a repair of a barely visible dent that did not affect the function whatsoever and telling me about two weeks as soon as I got the car in they dismantled it to the point that I could not retrieve the car and jacked the quote up to $7700. Over 6 weeks later, Robert LaCota freely admitted to me when I picked it up that they repaired it the way they did because of my insurance being involved, as though they had done me a favor. It certainly looked and smelled like an insurance scam, as many parts were replaced and/or repainted unnecessarily. And for their thoughtfulness my rates rose 29%.There was absolutely no communication that I did not initiate. Once they received the car and inflated the price, they didnt start work even a week after receiving approval from the claim. I had to call them every few days to find out what was going on with the car. Had I known I wouldnt be able to drive at all for 2 months I would have made other arrangements but these guys didnt have the decency to give me a real completion date, they preferred to just bullshit me about the status. In addition it was explained to me by the adjuster that this group has one of the highest hourly rates in the Denver metro area with a reputation for being very slow.To top that off when I picked it up I found a huge ding in the hood that could only have happened at the shop, but Id be damned if I let it sit there another few weeks to fix something that simple.After having such a positive sales experience at Prestige Imports, the experience I had at the body shop makes me never want to buy anything from this group again and to tell everyone I know to avoid them.

I recently had my new 2017 Audi S3 into Prestige Imports Collision Center for hail repair as well as getting an Audi carbon fiber trunk spoiler installed. I set things up with Allen Martinez, the Collision Center Manager on June 23rd and he conveniently got me scheduled for July 5th. Not only was this the soonest time I could get scheduled for the hail repair (most shops in Colorado were booked out at least a month to over 4 months), but they only needed the car for 2 days (versus 5 business days for most others)! One other deciding factor is the fact that this is an Audi/Porsche body shop so I knew the car would be repaired to factory specifications. Other hail repair companies hadn’t worked on the newer Audis much and weren’t sure on how much time was needed for removal/installation of parts so they couldn’t give any exact estimates, whereas the Collision Center gave me one price up front!Upon dropping the car off Allen as well as Matthew Lindsey promptly checked me in and then came outside to look at the car and discuss any concerns I had. Matthew stated that I’d be getting updates via email and text on the progress of the car and sure enough within 30 minutes after leaving I had already had an update that the car was getting the hail damage repaired! Over the next 2 days I received more updates and was given a call Friday morning that my car would be ready for pickup after 4 pm!After arriving at the Collision Center on Friday my car was parked right up front and was freshly detailed. As soon as things were settled inside (estimate cost was spot on for the amount paid) Allen and Matthew came outside and walked around the car with me, explaining all that had been done. They also had put the original body color painted spoiler in the car as I had asked.Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of service, the excellent communication, and the overall experience with the Collision Center and would use them again as well as would recommend them to anyone who wants their Audi (or Porsche) worked on by the folks that know them best!

I had my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 fixed here after it was damaged during a hail storm. They made the car look brand new again (besides leaving what looked like glue on certain parts of my car). I’m leaving two stars because the guy who runs the place told me to contact my insurance company to be reimbursed for a windshield (I had already payed for one prior to getting the car fixed, and the collision center ordered another one to be installed). I was told by my insurance company that the collision center should pay me back (after I paid full price instead of full price minus the windshield), and they never did. He even got angry because I asked for my money back. Please be careful when dealing with this place and your insurance company!

I have estimated on Monday and now I’m calling ask someone can open claim number and see what going on there for me . Why my insurance company don’t receive any thing from them but a lady answer phone really bad and just said( what number ....name ..)look like she has personal thing and she doesn’t happy when customer call in the shop ask something.... that’s really bad service....you guy will be lost the customer... and the manager should be training your employer again and follow review and survey online or by phone ...and don’t pay for any body just go seat and waiting money from the company but they unworthy to pay ...ok!!!!

I was greeted by Matt, the estimator, and upon my telling him that I would be paying for my Lexus’s damage out of pocket, he immediately told me I probably had the wrong place, as they only service high end vehicles! He then proceeded to tell me he would email the estimate, to which he never did! Thanks again for the rotten service and bad attitude!

Amazing overall experience. Started out a little rough but I think my stress level at the time had a lot do with it. My car had a lot of damage from the hail storm. Allen Martinez was able to get me a back window ASAP so that I did not have further water damage. I made a separate appt for the body work. They worked with me and my insurance company to get compensated for everything that needed to repaired. Once my rental car reimb ran out from my insurance company they were nice enough to get me into a loaner car that they had available. I would recommend them to anyone for body work!

This is by far the worst service at an auto repair facility in my life...and Im 57. I had SLIGHT hail damage and took my car in for service after waiting over 2 months to get my car {2014 Porsche Panamera) in. I dropped my car off and was never updated as to the status of the small project until I called to find out. Almost 3 weeks later and I still do not have my car. I have had to call them 4 different times to try and get updates. Absolutely terrible. I have still not seen the final product so I dont know if I can recommend their work, but I certainly will not ever recommend their service.

Car currently in shop - Horrible experience so far - 2014 Mercedes leaseI had my car towed over to the shop February 11th. Today is March 14th. Ive had absolutely no communication or updates from the shop unless I initiate. Today is a Monday. Two Tuesdays ago, the guy handling my file responded to my request for an update and called me. He told me they were taking the car apart and ordering parts and will call the adjuster soon. Last Tuesday, I asked for an update - he emailed and essentially told me the exact same thing he told me the previous week. He says he is working on sending over to my insurance the damages to the vehicle. So theyve been working on this for over two weeks now. Damage to my vehicle is not very excessive - I would in fact say its minor. It is mostly cosmetic. So its pretty amazing that this is taking so long. 5 weeks and they still havent assessed the damage and called the adjuster.Still havent told me when the Expected Completion Date is. Authorization forms asked me how often I would like to be updated. Not a single update or communication from the shop that I did not initiate.I am amazed that this is a Mercedes certified collision center.I will update this review as progress is madeUPDATE:Got a call from the shop last Tuesday. They said they sent the estimate to the adjuster. Saw on Thursday online that estimates and pictures were posted the following Thursday on my insurance companys online portal. Reached out to the shop this past Monday and again on Tuesday. Got a response on Tuesday (3/22)- parts should be coming in in the next few daysTomorrow marks a month and two weeks since taking my car in

Brought my Mercedes in for a bumper repair and paint they did an overall good job however when I got home I realized my sunroof was damaged, it was in perfect working order prior to having the repairs done I called and asked about it all they could say is they didnt touch anything else when it was obvious that everything has been rearranged in my trunk and the car had been washed I assure my sunroof was in working order before taking it here.....So some time has gone by and no response from this owner I payed out of pocket to have my sunroof repaired but forgot to mention they pulled all the fenders apart according to theyre work report,I was there for a scuff on the bumper they proceeded to pull the car apart and charge for unnecessary work,they replaced a headlamp that was scratched supposed to calibrate it but its off noticeably.Bad Buisness if u care about your luxury car stay away from here.
