This review is solely based on my interaction with the person at the front desk Paola (we ended up having to take our vehicle elsewhere). Her service was 5 star but since I am unable to verify the actual quality of work, I cant give the entire business that rating. Paola was amazing to interact with. She went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me. The situation with my vehicle was very stressful and she helped ease some of that stress by making everything so easy and seamless. Its the little things sometimes that go a very long way and her demeanor, attitude and willingness to be super helpful meant a great deal.

After being in an accident it feels a little odd being so positive but the Team at AW Collision certainly helped me to see the bright side. From the minute I walked in Stephanie was so helpful and polite, Im not going to sugar coat it my insurance company was problematic at best but these guys took it in their stride and made sure my car was fixed the right way with only new Mercedes parts. I guess its time for a new insurance company.

I wish it was a 5 star experience. My car is beautiful again, but it was supposed to be 10 days. It took almost 4 weeks. They never call you back. Anyhow very happy with the repair.

My 1st contact was with Richard Theobald to make arrangement to bring my vehicle in for repairs.I had maybe one conversation with him after that point and was handled by Ms. Karla DeLaFlov. She did a wonderful job on keeping me updated on the status of the work needed on my vehicle. She would call me and if she was not able to make contact by phone, she would text me right away. She made sure that she had all of the contact information starting and she used it as well. I really did appreciate because my car was in their possession 3 weeks. She did not give me an feel good estimated date of completion, she was very open and honest about their timeline, which I did appreciate because it helped me to plan my time as well.All i can say about her effects are...A job well done on her behalf. She is a positive face to have in your business to have contact with customers who are likely already stressed out because of their situation on why they are there anyway.Good job Ms. Karla DeLaFlov.

Juan helped me with a primed piece of convertible top hardware/trim and had it painted and installed. We were missing another part so he showed me the specific parts so i knew what to ask for at the parts store. He was a true professional, kind and responsive. I had an excellent experience with Juan and AW in Lakewood, CA. Fully recommend.

While AW may not be the cheapest Collision Center you definitely get what you pay for, I am very particular about my vehicle and Vince and his team went above and beyond to satisfy me. Mercedes Benz of Long Beach sent me to Class Body shop but after this experience I am proudly an AW customer for life! Thank you Vince

Vince and his team were great throughout the whole process. Their attention to detail is second to none. My car looks amazing and I would highly recommend using their services.

Do not come here. Please save yourself the headache. Im trying to save you. If this has anything to do with an insurance claim dont come here. They overcharge. Their storage fees are way more than market value storage fees and same with the repair. Therefore, if you take the care here to have an estimate done you will see that its too expensive and the insurance company wont cover the entire amount cause its above market value. So then you say you will take the car somewhere else.... Which would be fine except they will charge you storage fees for the time the vehicle was there for the estimate. Of course the storage fees are overpriced and again insurance wont cover the entire amount. Either way you are stuck paying extra out of pocket if you come here. They know this. Dont do it. Very rude and will threaten to sue you if it comes down to it. Best of luck!

These guys have no parking, so good luck finding parking anywhere close. And their office is hidden behind a bunch of other businesses. Their building is sketchy as hell, too!
