AWESOME .. As an insurance agent in NJ I deal with many autobody shops on a regular basis. When my vehicle was hit I chose to bring it to Allstate Collision and I was not disappointed . They took care of every detail concerning the claim. They were polite, friendly and in general just really nice people to deal with. When the work was done my vehicle looked amazing . So happy with that shop. Hopefully Ill never have another accident again but if I do my vehicle will be back at Allstate for the repair. I highly recommend them.

This place is amazing. I had a complicated case with my car dealing with multiple claims from multiple insurance companies and Ovadia and his team made the whole process so simple, didn’t have to worry about fighting with insurance or anything like that. They even vacuumed the interior, and the car came out looking better than aver before! True pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!

So my spouse had an accident when someone else went into the car. I had suspicion about collision places that there are games played, but they got recommended to me by someone so I decided why not.Called them up (it was New Years) and they were very polite and arranged a tow truck right away and got my car towed (couldnt get a rental since it was new years). That Monday I got a call from Kenny and he explained the whole process of what happens with regard to insurance and all. He even arranged to get the police report to make sure that the other party was at fault. They worked out everything with insurance so I didnt have to. Once that was determined I kept on getting updates of the status of the repair of my car. My car was even finished earlier then expected. They even took care of my rental car. When I went to pickup the vehicle the car did not look like it was in a accident, it was fixed perfectly!!!! They even through in a detail for me so the car looked even better!I was very surprised on how smooth the process was and everyone was so friendly!Will definitely recommend..

Allstate Collision did such a beautiful job on my car. I didn’t feel pressured at all to get my car back because I had such a great rental. Good rental coverage goes a long way in the repair process. Ovadya and Shray even had the manager at enterprise deliver a car into my driveway. Ovadya has an outstanding team. After my car was done and detailed, it looked like it came straight out of the factory. If you ever find yourself in a position needing bodywork, I highly recommend Allstate.

Job not completed partial repair if you’re not using insurance AVIOD. Once they have your vehicle it will require add ons n add ons with estimates that change after they get your car imagine getting your car back half finished with wrong diagnosis n wrong repair s or not done at all AVIOD unless Insurance company handles Claim

This is the 2nd time Ive used allstate collision in the past year.. hopefully I will not need their services again but If I do I have no doubt I will go to them again.. they went above and beyond the scope of work that was covered by insurance.. ive had some minor scratches all over and they got them out for me just so I can get a nice car back..they helped me get into a rental and even helped me upgrade from the rental the insurance was covering into a nicer one. Just because they wanted to be nice.. shray at the front desk is the man!! Just so courteous and helpful. And when I picked up the car it literally looked better than when I bought it brand new.. it was so shiny and perfect inside and outside.. better than any car wash Ive ever gone to..Thank you guys!!

This company is a breath of fresh air in the twisted industry of Auto Repair. They are professional, clean and do excellent work. Our car was fixed to perfection and then to totally clear it up, they even took it for a professional cleaning before returning it to us. Every time we called, they picked up the phone immediately, or answered our emails right away. They always had an update for us that made sense! Accidents are a stressful time, do not make it harder on yourself by going to someone else. This is the only place we recommend!
