Ive gone in the store plenty of times, rather its for a new case or check upgrade status, or whatever the case may be, I get 100% customer service, they are very friendly, its nice to go in a store and if you dont know exactly what you want they are there to help.The store manager Damon is extremely friendly. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Thank you for your customer care!

I went in a while back and Damon helped my girlfriend and I get setup with new phones and all. Including switching my phone from Tmobile to Verizon. He knows his stuff and will be patient with you. If he knows it he says it if he doesnt know something he will find out. Good dude.

I will never do business with Verizon and this Lakeville store again. Signed up for 5 new lines. Was told I qualified for an $800 credit to cover the cost of all the new phones that we received. For 5 months I have been dealing with this store to get my bills and lines correct. The promotions were all entered wrong and now I only qualify for $700 credit. A bit of advice, go to a corporate store or better yet dont use verizon at all.

My experience was wonderful and flawless! From the time I walked in the door I was greeted right away. Damon was kind, professional and he knew his stuff! He is by far one of the best reps I have ever dealt with from a cell phone company! Ive worked in customer service for many years and how Im treated when I am the customer goes a long way with me. After spending three hours on the phone with Verizon tech-support and pretty much everyone under the sun, this store came through. Kailey went above and beyond to get everything taken care of and quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem. The online experience almost forced me to pay for something that I didn’t need or want. Instead, she was able to get everything solved and working for me perfectly. Seriously! So so helpful! Kailey was AHHHMAZING! Super helpful and efficient. We HATE upgrading and avoid it at all costs (it’s been 5 years since our last iPhone). Ive always gone to corporate Verizon stores. With most corporate stores being closed I stopped here and found they had an excellent knowledgeable staff theyve made a customer out of me!

I personally worked with Damon and he was wonderful. Everything you want from a costumer service rep. He helped me pick out the best phone for me and made sure I was getting the best prices! He stayed after his shift to ensure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered. He also saved me time and money by doing the trade-in in the store. This location is small but I would highly recommend.

I went to Verizon after Sprint turned to bovine fertilizer. I was in and out in about an hour.

The staff are knowledgeable here at this store but they are not friendly or customer service based whatsoever. When I walked in the look on the persons face and the tone of their voice said that he did not want to help me with anything. There was another person at a different counter who was also not in the mood to be helpful. I will say that one of these two people was knowledgeable. I walked in to the store in a good mood and walked out with a bad mood. This didnt help my confidence with Verizons image of customer service as a whole. If youre looking for help I recommend going somewhere else unless youre already in a bad mood.

Leroy Dudley was my sales agent. He was so very patient and kind. He wa able to help me with all my questions. Because of him I would definitely recommend this store to anybody. He deserves five stares!!!

I dropped my phone yesterday and the screen will no longer turn on, rendering the phone unusable. I already own another phone that Ive been planning to switch to but hadnt had the time to yet. I also have been on a T-Mobile plan but am going back onto my familys Verizon plan. I went to this store and it was just the worst experience. I had to leave work early to make it to the store before it closed - I got there at 7:20, waited while the worker finished up a phone call, and then explained the situation. The worker never introduced himself, never even stood up to greet me, so I dont know his name. He told me he couldnt switch me onto my familys plan without one of my parents there (which I thought may be the case), but then he told me that we probably couldnt switch me on even if my dad was there because it sometimes takes a while and we close soon. This was 40 minutes before the store closed.Before I left I showed him the new phone and how it said Verizon on the screen and asked if that meant the phone had a Verizon sim card in it. He said maybe.This was some of the worst customer service Ive ever received - Ill be taking my business to a different Verizon location for sure.

I highly recommend this location. Theh are greag professional and welcoming. It was early in the morning and Jeff was great with multi tasking and ensuring all needs were handled.

This is a great Verizon store . They are efficient and helpful and on point been to a few different ones this is the best by far. Cool guys here very knowledgeable got me a great deal adding a 3rd line and got me half price on an iPad because I got a phone as well couldnt ask for more in and out all hooked up and ready to go in less that 20 minutes. Quality service this isnt the closest location to my home but I will come here from now on . No waiting too see a rep no attempts to sell me stuff I dont need but did suggest a good case for the phone and a real screen protector not like the one I got at the other store. Thanks guys ! Richard Nowrang provided excellence service to me during my visit into the store. He remembered me from the last time I entered the store. He goes above and beyond helping me as a customer. He is patient, kind and knowledgable. I like entering the store when he is working because he remembers my specific information. He provides excellence customer service and represents Verizon well. He is pleasant all the time.

Came in with a broken screen and needed to upgrade my data. Jeff breezed me through the process with clear info and answers to all of my questions. I left feeling like I got the best deal for what I needed.

Worst experience. They are a third party store. They just push products don’t even use your insurance to fix a mechanical phone issue. Just make you believe you need a new phone. Went to a different location that is not a third party store and they were baffled at their lack of knowledge. The phone should of been covered by insurance for the common problem people are experiencing with the new updates.

Sadly, staff has changed and customer is not as important as up selling. Has to jump through a multitude of hoops to return a phone. Found out that are a satellite facility and Verizon corporate cannot require them to accept a return if they dont want to. They came up with every excuse in the book to not accept my return. Got phone returned because of connections someone at corporate store had.
