This location does not exist anymore. Im not sure why its still showing up on Google. Dont waste your time
Just left this store for their rude customer service. Drove 15 minutes to be greeted in the most rude way by the guy there. Instead of making an effort to help us (all I had to do was buy my phone because my lease ended & was told by customer service to buy it out at a local store) he immediately started saying how we may not be able to get help, telling me to go to to my Sprint online account & so on just to make his job easier and get me to try to buy out my phone online (nice way to earn your money, huh? Telling customers to do your job online instead of helping them at your store). Yet if they are so busy why is the second associate outside smoking a cigarette like she has no customers in the store?! Will NEVER return to this store. I can see why they have so many negative reviews online. Rude, rude, rude and very unhelpful associates! Didn’t even tell us to take a seat and I’m trying to tell him I was told by a rep over the phone that I had to visit a local store to close out my lease and purchase my phone and he is rambling on about me going online and doing this and that! I didn’t drive 15 minutes to be told to do YOUR job online! Worse experience ever! He or the other associate outside smoking had 45 minutes to help me and all this guy was worried about closing the store at 5pm! (Review cross posted on Yelp and Facebook).
If you need a phone you can make payments on. This is the place. If youre looking for a deal. WRONG PLACE.. We were told it would be $50. a month plus $11. a month for each phone on a saddle a line. Our bill is up to $169. a month. All done with Sprint.
These people lie straight to your face. They are extremely rude and this store should be shut down. Never go here. If I could give zero stars I would. T-Mobile has been great since we left sprint.
Store employee informed us that we would not have to return the device we were upgrading from. Upon receiving our monthly bill we were being charged almost an additional $300 due to not returning the phone at the end of the lease. What went from being a simple phone upgraded, turned into several phone calls to Sprint customer service to get a solution to the problem. Which turned into having to go back to the store to get the problem fixed. Never again!
They are awful. They lie and do anything for a sale. Not helpful at all. I called with an issue and was told I dont care. Sprint is bad but this store takes it to a new level. Ill never let anyone I care about shop there again.
John the owner was amazing very helpful and stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed! Thanks again John you were great!!!!
They didnt fix the problem
Very helpfull Great service been going here for years
Where is the salesman? They suppose to be proactive but... pffffff.
Theres a reason there out of business
Make sure you do not need something that only a Corporate owned sprint store can offer. SIM cards are a charge here. If Sprint owes you a free SIM card (which in most cases a INVALID SIM in your phone means you get a new SIM CARD from SPRINT) this store can not provide. So please check what you need before you go with SPRINT.
Great store very curtious and fixed my problem with my phone
Nice people, easy to deal with.
Spent three hours there only to return the new phone
They were extremely helpful
Sprint has to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Still dealing with a dispute from August. I was told that if I want the recording of the sales call to get a court order.
Best store around
John was great!!!!
