I went to the store and Jordan Lipscomb welcomed me right away! It was actually really cool to see a celebrity working at a normal job. It was so cool to meet Jordan in person, not only did he sell me a great product, but he also let me get a selfie and gave me an autograph. I’ll definitely be coming here for my future phone/electronic purchases!
I dealt with two salesman, and both were polite and helpful. However, neither was wearing a mask. I watched both men interact with multiple elderly couples, often closely. One woman was 81 and had a walker. All of these people were masked, but the salespeople were not. It was sad and angering to see them put the lives of their customers at risk. Especially with such a vulnerable population. Masks protect each other. It was so disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for their well being.. Verizon, I hope you will follow your own corporate policy, or simply care about the risk you are putting others in, and take better care of your clientele. Especially when you deal with older persons.
SJ and Taylor are absolutely WONDERFUL!!!!! I highly recommend going to TCC for all of your phone needs. Had to transfer a phone number to a different phone, Joe and Taylor were extremely helpful. Had some SIM card issues but Taylor kept at it until “we” got it figured out! Great customer service and very friendly! Will definitely be going to this location again if I need anything.
After years of bad service from this location, I decided to give it one more chance before I started going to the Apple Valley location and I am SO glad I did! They have new staff who actually seem helpful and willing to do their job. The employee Charles is AWESOME and so helpful!!! I definitely recommend going to him for any help you need.

Just finished switching over to Verizon from another major carrier and the reps at this store couldn’t have been more awesome! We switched over five lines, ended up adding a sixth and getting all new phones. Due to different reasons, we were in the store four different times in the last week working with Charles or Brelyn each time. This store has undergone a reformation as far as staff so I believe many of the issues some reviewers have had in the past would be irrelevant at this point due to the rehabilitation this location has gone through. The knowledge and patience the reps at this location have shown makes me not hesitate for a second to recommend this Verizon location to anyone. Very thorough and professional, yet friendly and down to earth reps made this complicated process for us so much easier. Thank you!

This location is super convenient and painless to work with. Normally have good specials running, that truly are in the customers favor. Only had one billing issue when changing my plan, but other then that always a good experience.
Absolutely garbage like the new pixel phone. I traded my phone in and now the place is closed and says open. I want my phone back,by the actions of the guy that owns the place it seems to be a fly by night sort of thing. Not happy!!! I legally have the option to get my phone back and will not give up until I get it back!!!

Id rate this store lower than a one if I could have that option. I went in there looking for a new battery for my sons smartphone. The employee that I worked with didnt even check the computer to see if they had one or if they could have ordered me one, he just went straight into pushing me towards a replacement phone instead. To make matters worse, he only presented me with one choice that was a model that was over a year old and the price was higher than on the Verizon website. He made no effort to show me other choices, just tried to get me to buy that one phone and he had an extremely rude attitude during the entire conversation. I gave up and walked out and havent looked back. I ended up at a different store with a far more helpful employee and I did end up buying a new phone for my son that was just released in the past month with twice the specs for only $50 more than the year old model I was being pushed towards at this store. If hed shown me that phone as an option I probably would have bought from your store instead, your loss I guess. Do not waste your time with this store, there are a lot of better options out there to get what you need.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I stopped into this location last week looking to upgrade. The representative that working was Chen. He was the only one in the store. I was required to pay a balance of $171 to become eligible to upgrade and I was fine with that. However, I was NOT fine with being charged $602 thanks to Chen. He was not paying attention and obviously has NO idea what he is doing. As he sat in his chair twiddling his thumbs I HAD TO CALL VERIZON CORPORATE MYSELF and get the issue resolved while he played on his phone. He didnt do a thing. I am extremely stressed, disappointed and disgusted with the customer service at this location and I can promise you I will not step foot in this Verizon Retailer EVER again. Maybe next time, learn how to properly train your employees before leaving them to work on their own without management around.

If I could choose a 0 for my experience and review I would. I went to this store in Lakeville bc I had been there before but didnt realize that it was now a non-authorized dealership . I will NEVER go there again. Tried to get my son a new phone and we worked with Chun and I would NEVER work with him again and would advise others to stay away! My review could go on and on but in a nutshell he tried to scam me and get as much money out of me as possible. After questioning and more questioning, then he finally offered me the promotion that was going on (when he should have offered that in the first place - I seriously think he thought I was a dumb female or something and would be a pushover). Then after finally getting the phone issue solved he was super pushy and kept pressuring me to buy a case. I say no I dont know how many times...and then after going through everything with getting my sons new phone, he tried to talk me into a new phone as well! And again...and a new case...NO thank you!! Soooo pushy! I ended up having a ton of issues with the trade in of the new phone and spent 7 months with Verizon corporate to get the trade in deal I was supposed to get and it was a nightmare. (That was more of Verizons fault for the record.) For the particular store and situation I would stay away from Chun. He needs to NOT be in sales. Terrible. Even my 13 year old was looking at me like the guy was nuts!

Sales representative Chun helped me. Went in for setting up my insurance device and was aggressively harassed to get a new phone with new accessories and a HUM when all i needed was help with my current device that I just got. I ended up having to leave with no assistance from him and went to another Verizon store and was in and out within 3 minutes. DONT CHOOSE LAKEVILLE.
My iPhone died on vacation, so I was in a conundrum. A new upgraded phone appeared to be the only option (a new battery I heard later would have taken care of it), so I moved to a new phone, as did my wife. Welll, not a smart move mid-contract. Local Verizon tells us my monthly fee will go up by nearly 50%. Oops! So far the rep who sold me this has not returned my call.

Terrible experience.Beware, this is an independently owned store and NOT a real corporate Verizon Store...therefore you may experience some surprise hidden fees when dealing with this store you would not at a corporate Verizon store.When we walked in, the employee was finishing up with a customer telling him that he could not transfer his contact information (really?). When asked to switch device info from a new purchase, he wanted to charge us $35 for the phone switch fee despite ordering ship-to-home from the Verizon store a week prior! WOW.Despite having ordered the phone from this same store, employee was adamant that this would not be possible because they only ship-to-store. This was the same employee we had called the previous week to hold the phone for us and they held the WRONG one, an iPhone 6+ instead of a regular one which led us to order it in the first place!TCC corporate later followed up and stated that the fees is standard and in the fine print. Well...after contacting Verizon corporate, we were informed that this is not standard nor acceptable practices even for independently owned Verizon stores.

Went in to price a phone upgrade for my wife, Kyle D. worked with us and got her set up with a new phone and some accessories for less than we anticipated. This will be our go-to cell phone store as long as were with Verizon.
Apparently this store closes early, it says they are open until 8pm but it is 615pm on Wednesday night and they are not open.
