I was just in this store with a technical issue, playing the role of the confused old man, and the two young ladies working were extremely, friendly, patient and informative. They fixed my issue within seconds. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
This Ex-Sprint location had the best service for my requirements.. I had met with extremely nice and intelligent people for a new prepaid line on an international device. I had been having troubles with securing a number for a while, and this team helped me with the process super quick!it took them less than 10 minutes to hook me up with a new number and i was amazed! I would definitely come down here if I wanted anything connected to cell phones or new connections! Amazing job guys.. I wish I asked for the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, but I am sure everyone at that store is doing an amazing job, so kudos!

Safe yourself a headache and buy online! I was told my new iphone was $849, tried to pay for it upfront and was told I couldn’t, that I had to wait 30 days. Once the lease was configured it was based on $999, not the sale price I was told. Called to get a credit and was told I had to wait the 30 days and they would adjust then. After 30 days went to the store as requested and Spencer conveniently didn’t remember anything on this even though I had texts and emails documenting the issue to him. He said his manager Tyler would call me and he never did even after I called again and left Tyler another message. Not worth my time fighting for $150.

Dennis was good. Explained everything about all the plans they offer. And went into detail with things I had a hard time understanding. The location is usually not busy and located not too far off from the highway.
Worst ever! First this is a sprint reseller not a corporate sprint store. Daughter had broken her phone so went to the store to use the insurance we had on it. Did an upgrade to replace which was fine but while there daughter noticed a slight glitch in the new phone screen intermittently. Told her dad he saw it too told the sales person and it wasn’t showing right then told them he couldn’t exchange it for another one and to bring it back if it happened again. That night it kept appearing so given it was a brand new phone I said we are taking it back to get another one. Go back thinking simple exchange they recognize my daughter and I explain the issue expecting an okay let’s grab one and exchange it. Nope!! They say they can’t do it and I have to take it to the store in apple valley. Go to apple valley where I find out this lakeville store is a reseller I am wells within the return window they should do it. Have my husband meet us back at the lakeville store. He got there before I did they recognize him as soon as he walks in and he explains what we are within our rights for and they decline to honor it. They are the worst retail reseller and worst customer service and on top of that when asked who the manager is they say they have no idea who the manager is and my husband said soYou are telling me you have no idea who you report to?? 😂

My recent experience at this store was terrific. My wife and I switched from Verizon and Ken (manager) and Sam made the process very painless. Shortly after, my new phone had a charging issue which required me to send the phone in for repair to LG. Once again Ken and Sam were extremely helpful. My experience with LG did not go well. I needed a new phone. Once again, Ken and Sam to the rescue. They continually were helping, me, the consumer. They have my continued business and advocacy.Dave

This is a franchise store located a couple blocks east from Interstate 35. The service and product offerings are as good as you are going to get from a franchise vs. a corporate store (this store is extremely limited with service and trouble shooting for existing Sprint phones and products). Go to the Apple Valley corporate store if full service is needed for used products.
Very friendly people here but unable to help with anything billing related. I dont understand why these stores exist if they arent able to help customers.
We recently switched to sprint and had a not so fabulous experience trying to get our plan set up over the phone. Long story short- we ended up going into the lakeville store to get it all set up instead. The manager (Im pretty sure his name was Jeff) was great!! Gave us no hassle and got us in and out pretty quickly! He made sure we were getting a great deal and was super patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. We really appreciated a great experience after having such a poor one with customer service on the phone! We will definitely be back for all of our future phone needs (:
Dennis was AWESOME!! Would definitely recommend this place! After having THE WORST customer service two visits in a row at the Apple Valley location we decided to head to Lakeville. HUGE 180. Not only do they treat you like a human but they treat you like a paying customer. Nothing is rushed everything is explained he answered all of our questions and gave us a moment to discuss things. Will be back to this location from now on.
You dont save any money by switching to sprint. Ive had pretty much all of the major providers over the years and this one has been the worst. My original price was $150 something and the lied to me about that. My first month was over $260! Now almost 2 years later Im paying almost $325 per month for a 5 line plan. Just switch to tmobile if you want something cheaper.

I have been a long time customer of sprint and have always been happy with the service they provide. That being said, yesterday I almost dropped my service with sprint. Here’s why- I wanted to accomplish three things: add a line, upgrade my phone (which I was eligible for), and apply the discount to my monthly bill that my girlfriend gets through work. So naturally I figured I’d call the customer service line and see what they could do for me. They told me I could add a line and upgrade, but I would not be able to add the discount. Which doesn’t make very much sense to me. Couldn’t I just promote her to admin and receive the discount? No. At least that’s what they told me. So I figured I’d go into the store and see what they say. If they couldnt do anything for me, I’d cancel my service and walk into a Verizon store or AT&T store. This is where my night did a 180, because we met Dennis, the assistant manager. When we told him what we were trying to accomplish he said “absolutely we can do that”. He not only accomplished all of those things for us- but he answered all the questions we had while being respectful and polite. He was more than helpful. Sprint has gained a lifetime customer because of Dennis. Hats off to him and the team at the Lakeville Sprint store.
I had a terrible experience with this Sprint Store. My husband and I wanted to switch from AT&T and to buy a new iphone 11 for me. We were told that I can trade in my old iphone 6 and pay less monthly for the new one. We spent almost 1 hour in the store with all the paper work and information that we had to provide and then they found out that their trade-in only works with iphone 6 S, so I had to pay the full price for the new phone. I asked to talk to their manager, but the manager said by phone they cant do anything. So we had to leave with nothing. They lost two new lines and buyers of new iphone. They dont care about customers! A terrible customer service...
I went to two different sprint stores when my phone was working and they both tried to sell me a new phone. When I walked into this store, they knew right away why I was in and they proceeded to tell m le a tower was down but my phone would probably work the next day.

Ive been very happy with the Sprint store in Lakeville. Weve had issues with broken phones and they have made the transition to a new phone as smooth as possible. They are considerate and helpful, especially Dylan. He was very helpful in setting up my daughters iPhone.
Team was very helpful. They helped me get my phone back up and connected to the network.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with their customer service! Definitely recommend roger and dillon, they were awesome.
If I could rate my experience with zero stars I would. The manager Alex is very disrespectful. He lost his temper with me, because I had questions on upgrading my phone. He proceeded to shout at me with a room full of customers. Save yourself the trouble with this short tempered manager and pick any other sprint location. I have never had such an experience at any other sprint store.
I absolutely love this store..Everytime i go, they have the best customer service...it is a smaller sprint store (which i like) but sometimes the wait may be longer....Antonio G. Here is what I have to say about this store per my experience as of yet. My wife Karla and I recently switched over from Verizon to Sprint through this company. We utilized their special promotion they have going on where they cover the cost of cancellation for Verizon to switch over to Sprint. After what seems like 5 weeks of going through this process, I am very unimpressed with their service and am getting the run around. We were promised that this would be a seamless transition and that we wouldnt have to lift a finger. ~the exact opposite is happening~. I am still waiting to receive the money so I can pay off the $1,038 that hit our Wellsfargo account today. I keep following up with phone calls and they keep telling me excuses as to why this process is taking so longer and every time its something different. People of Lakeville, I would be very careful in considering switching to Sprint from another carrier. I would suggest waiting till your contract is up and then consider it. This process is long, painstaking and you have to do the leg work to make sure things are going to plan or else you will be left in the dark to fend for yourself with your own funds. Today I have been wronged by this company because they never told me to expect a $1,038 charged to our account. They promised this would be a seamless and easy transition that would only take 2-3 weeks. Here we are the 5th week and there is no answer, no money from sprint, and serious lack of service on their end.Having said all of this, Ryan - sales associate - has been very helpful in working to find answers and getting me decent services, but it seems like the delay in response is coming from above the sales associate level. I respect him for trying and providing us with a cheaper service through sprint, but, to get there Karla and I have had to jump through so many hopes that we have decided it may not have been worth the trouble.In conclusion, be careful, sometimes promotions are better advertised on the outside then on the inside.
