Katrina was a wonderful help to me. She made my transition to the AT&T network seamless. She also helped me save money when I traded in my phone.

Rae was awesome! He was so nice and patient. He worked with my family of 4 including one who was 3 hours away . Rae and his manager Katrina, who had the day off, and irked to get all of our phones set up and working. He t was a challenge and Rae smiled through it all. Terrible experience here, went in to get a new IPhone, was told it was not in stock and needed to be ordered but would arrive to my house with in 2-3 days (which I was totally fine with) after a week I still had not received it, checked the tracking information and it said it would not arrive for 3 weeks. I called the store to ask what was going on and they said that the tracking information was wrong and that it would be in sooner than that. Well here I am the 3 weeks later and still no phone. Called the customer service line and was told it won’t even ship out for another week. I would have been willing to wait this long had I been told about it up front but to be told it would be to me in less than a week and still I am still waiting for it. EXTREMELY disappointed in the service I received.

Terrible - Was told what my bill was going to be and I asked over and over again that after tax that will be my monthly bill and I was very happy with what it was going to be. Just got new bill and its 40$ higher and apparently that is my new bill amount. I dont understand and no one can explain it to me. Sick of it.

The manager Jake was phenomenal! Helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I had serious issues with my older iPhone and he was willing to help me resolve that before having me get a new one. I decided to upgrade and he was incredibly patient walking me through setting up the new phone. His customer service skills are beyond his years. Highly recommend using this location!

Jake was friendly but he signed us up for monthly services without discussing it with us. Next Up, Protect Advantage added a significant amount to our monthly bill and we did not want the services. I tried to call the AT & T store to have the charges removed and they said you have to call AT & T customer service, which means sitting on hold for an hour.

I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in Lakeville, MN!! Mauri was so friendly and accommodating!! He was fun to work with and very knowledgeable!

The salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Saved me money on my plan, fixed my old phone, and set up a new phone for me! I recommend the salesperson highly!

Store Specialist didnt know squat. Leaft the store with intent to switch to Spectrum. Was conned into staying. What a waste 😒. Now with a different Carrier with a family plan and 3 phones.... Saving 50+ a month. Stay away from AT&T crams and ridiculous prices.

Only person working didn’t say anything when my mom & i walked in, he was talking with some guy & his dad about everything besides phones and didn’t even tell us when he’d be with us. so we decided to leave and still the guy didn’t say anything. wouldn’t recommend.
