The eye doctor here is the best Ive ever been to in my 50 years on this earth, highly recommend him, my glasses are impossible to make as needed due to severe stigmatism but despite this a work around was created and my new glasses were on my face in 4 days when everyone else i go to takes 2 weeks...i will never go anywhere but Walmart for my eyeglasses again because every time i do i am severely disappointed and so sorry... just for some perspective i hate Walmart and never shop there except for glasses... they do this right... because even a broke clock is right twice a day
So I thought the staff was friendly and looking forward to getting my glasses; I anxiously waited for my Nikon lense glasses (suppose to be the best).I got them, and within a few months, there were scratches all over the lenses. Now I have taken excellent care of my things have since I was a boy. This seems to be a defect, but now it’s been too long because of COVID (you could have something looked at or adjusted, so when I took them in Walmart said there was nothing they could do). So after Walmart opened, I took them back and timeframe lapses (closed for four months!)Now I find out that Nikons 2 year warranty is now a 1 year warranty is this because they know their product is defective?Just warning consumers that make sure you check on warranty before buying products. Hopefully you can see scratches in lenses very uniform and I use nothing but clean clothes.**update Walmart/Nikon did honor lenses and they were swapped out still AVG rating because of product sold.**
Great eye exam experience with Dr. Ciambrone. Provided in depth and ACCURATE information. Friendly environment, quick and efficent servicies provided. Would make a 2hr drive to get my eyes properly examined.
Eye express wanted a bit over $300 for my prescribed lens. I went over to this Walmart and the woman (I forgot her name) instantly gave us a $170 price. Once I picked out my frames it was a quick and easy process to pay and get out. She told me that it usually takes a week for the glasses to come in, but if they came earlier she would call me to let me know. Frames range from $25+.
Staff here are TERRIBLE! They are rude & unprofessional. They won’t adjust/fix glasses if you didn’t buy them from that store. My sons frame was broken, he’s has a very high prescription and really needed them for school. I was told to take them back to Mulberry. What a JOKE this place is!
The customer service at this location seriously needs to be evaluated. I have been using them for a few years now and I really dont have any issue with the Dr himself, but the employees here are very frustrating to deal with. I could understand once or twice, but Everytime Ive had to deal with them, it has not been pleasant at all!!! I did like the Dr., but I just cant deal with these people here any longer. Ill be changing Eye Drs effective immediately.
I have been seeing Dr Andrew Ciambrone for about three years. This doctor actually cares about my vision. I would highly recommend his services.
If I could give no stars I would. I used a prescription from this doctor to order glassesn online, and after 2 attemps the prescription seemed wrong so i went back to talk to the doctor. I was told because iover 30days has pasted since my visit i would have to pay for a reevaluation but he said that it was probably the online company i bought from. So i decide to buy a pair from this. Before i bought a pair i asked the optometrist( Carol) about their return policy, because if this pair was wrong also i didnt want to be stuck with them. She then told me that she did not want to make me glasses. I told her i only wanted to return them if they were wrong. After a long rude conversation she still did not want to make me any glasses. Now I have a $137 perscrtion that is wrong and no glasses. I will not ever be returning to this vision center.
Have to wait about 10 rings before anyone answers and when they finally answered I told them I needed to cancel my appointment and she just said ok thanks and hung up didnt ask if I wanted to reschedule or anything. Ill just go spend my money somewhere else
