Well managed facility; everyone involved was pleasant and proficient. Office has easy access (in/out) with plenty of convenient parking.

I decided to try Pearle Vision after poor customer service and a refund at MyEyeDr. I was in hopes of a good experience and ended with an excellent experience! Lisa and other staff were kind, helpful, courteous, and caring. I will be going back to this establishment for future care. Thank you!

I loved this place. I was in and out within 1hr or less (most time took me finding a pair of glasses I liked.) The doctor was amazing and so sweet. He took his time on explaining the eye to me which I thought was amazing.He helped his staff when they were busy, which I dont see doctors do often enough.I didnt feel rushed but I also didnt feel like they wasted my time as time is very important on a busy schedule.The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was so sweet.They had an great selection of glasses. They didnt force you into the most expensive pair like some places Ive been. The lady who helped me pick my glasses took her time with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.I will be recommending this place to everyone. I will definitely be going back too.Super happy customer :)

Great customer service! Opened the door when I arrived (mask policy 👍) . I was seen quicklyeye doc was friendly as well and explained my eye care needs. I wanted a stylish new look and they had a fabulous selection. The associate helped me found a great new pair. Very happy and will be back next year!

I truly love every one who works here. They are all kind. Courteous. Thoughtful. They aren’t robots. They are humans and understand their customers are too. Such a true genuine feeling from everyone there. They’re great about communication. Just everything is a 10 about this place.

We love Pearle Vision at the South Lakeland, FL location. We have been going there for a few years. The ladies are so knowledgeable and the doctors are fantastic!. Everyone takes their time with you and helps as much as they can in finding the right pair of glasses. Excellent care. We’ve been to many places over the years and PV has been our absolute favorite. I’ll pay more for quality care. One of the physicians caught severe glaucoma in my husband’s eyes that had gone untreated which he ultimately needed surgery to reduce the pressure. But he probably would have zero peripheral vision had the doctor not caught it. We are so thankful for all of them! Our kids love this place as well. Very kid friendly with a wide selection of children’s glasses.

Awful experience. I threw up after my appointment. Literally the worst eye exam I have ever received and I go to a specialist every couple of months. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes and that’s only because I said the appointment was over. Do not put your eyes at risk with these guys! Stay away

I was in Florida last month and needed an adjustment on my new Silhouette frames. I called this location and spoke with Michael Plumb who advised me to bring my glasses in. When I arrived at the Lakeland location I was greeted by a kind and helpful receptionist. Michael was available within five minutes of my arrival. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism was outstanding. The care and time he took to adjust my frames and insure they were fitting correctly was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Michael and this Pearl Vision location for any eyeglass related situation.

For the second time was back at this store. As with the first visit, they are wonderful. Dr Richard Miller gave me the best exam, and clearest vision with my new lens, that I have had in 60 years of wearing glasses. Tried the anti reflective coating and the results are amazing. The prices beat lenscrafters and most of the competition, and they accept all insurance plans, including my medicare advantage plan. A wonderful operation..try them out !

Went to another “lens” place in Lakeland for the eye exam but found the employees in the retail side of the store rude and not friendly.I decided to go to Pearle Vision for the glasses.What a much better experience. This was my first experience shopping for glasses and Darlene helped me through the entire process of picking frames that best match my face shape to helping me pick the best lens for my situation.Based on the other reviews, i plan on going back for future exams and frames.If you plan to go, ask for Darlene. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

Called to schedule an appointment on 3 different occasions the supervisor NENE as well as MICHEAL where very rude and disrespectful to add VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL .. had to keep asking for a supervisor kept leaving messages and etc .12/17/2019 i spoke with NENE where they rescheduled my appointment by phone vie themselves verses on the reminder text i received had a different time . second appoint i had to schedule was 12/21/2019 where I PERSONALLY RESCHEDULED DUE TO THE TIME FRAME. i had an appointment scheduled for 1/03/2019 for them which i never received an confirmation which i was told i would get one ! I NEVER GOT IT . so i called today for 1/07/0219 to see why i didnt receive an appoint and spoke to someone in the office i let know you all are unprofessional and pissing me off she hung up on me and told the SUPERVISOR MICHEAL i cursed her .which was a lie when i spoke to Micheal the sup i tried to explain everything which he kept interrupting me talking as well as asked for his last name which he asked is that necessary the service there is HORRIBLE. The entire staff is horrible . They need an entire new staff as well as managers . The entire office is corrupt no one has manners and they cant do there job correctly without them all giving out different information . i would NEVER recommend anyone to this office EVER . i ALSO ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER WHICH HE STATED HE CAN NOT GIVE IT TO ME I NEED TO GO ONLINE AND FIND IT . Dr. Cayon and his staff are beyond amazing tonight. I came in with my 3 year old tonight and everyone was so amazing to her and helped with keeping her busy through the appt. the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses were beyond helpful and so much fun to chat with. The people below me are drunk. Dr. Miller is the best opt. Ive ever been to. Its been almost 6 months since Ive been there for my first exam and his prescription has given me superhero vision. Im 40 feet away from my computer typing with a wireless keyboard and this review has no typos.

Took my 7 year old here for his yearly checkup. Dr. Miller was absolutely great. He took his time and really knows how to work with kids. If you have a child I highly recommend him.

Dr and staff were great. The apt took a lot longer than expected. Whole apt and getting the glasses took 3 hrs. But had a good experience.

Dr Cayon should not be in practice at all. He is horribly rude. Id been wearing contacts for ten years. He refused to give me contacts for near and far as I had been wearing and wanted me to use readers for Vision and contacts for far sight. I told him I dont wear contacts at night and he told me that I lie and all of the patients lie. The issue is they can make more if you buy contacts AND glasses. Please do not waste your time with him. He should be fired. I am an RN and anyone who would call all patients liars (this was my first visit) Should not be seeing patients. Go elsewhere. Ive told my medical coworkers not to go near Pearle Vision. They agreed!!!

I dropped my broken frames off on a Monday and was told because I have only the one pair and i was leaving for vacation on the following saturday they would overnight them to the lab and I would have them back by Friday.I gave them a call on Thursday just to check if they got them early. They didnt have them nor did the lab have them. They couldnt find my glasses. I ended up going on vacation without them. Long story short the lab didnt receive my glasses until Friday and I got a call on Tuesday saying my glasses are ready. Guess what...I am out of town... Thanks for nothing!!!I believe they were never overnighted and they just didnt want to admit their error. Had a struggle on vacation without glasses.

YES I AM TAKING TIME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW which is very rare for me. THis is my way of saying THANK YOU FOR DR. MILLER and his team. Dr. RICHARD MILLER takes his time on his eye examinations which I LOVE ABOUT THIS EYE CLINIC. He is precise to make sure our eye get diagnosed properly. Before I would not use my glasses because they made me dizzy and doesnt improve my vision. But since I got to this clinic, DR. MILLER made my life great by having better vision. Michael the store manager is awesome, I remember our first time here back 3-4 years ago, he took his time in explaining their services, how our glasses works, and how the insurance works. WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!! PLEASE KEEP up the good work. THis clinic is reffered by my parents, (we were on a different clinic before). Im glad that I walk-in here one day, and now my whole family get see by Dr. MILLER. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Had Eye Exam Done by Dr. Laskerr and he was Great 5 Stars, The Store it self and staff are another thing. I got 1 years worth of Contact Lenses and Glasses for my Wife from them. I spent $589.00 at there facility and they also made money off my Insurance. I went back this month because I wanted prescription sunglasses in a brand they could not get. So I asked for the PD and Seg Ht. measurements and they would not help me and the Lady was slightly rude and a little confrontational because I was not buying the sunglasses that they cant get from them. I left there went to another business near them and they gladly did the measurements. They get my future business not Pearl Vision.
