Honestly, this was a very helpful and nice place. My visit was pleasant, every person was extremely professional. I did not feel crowded or overwhelmed. They were very, very clean and I felt comfortable during my exam and purchase. I would highly recommend this location. I felt the staff was appropriate due to COVID measures. Those complaining of the wait times are being rude and impatient, you can only help one person at a time.

1 employee in the whole store! I’ve been waiting two hours just to purchase my glasses. Very understaffed!

I would first like to say the people that work here are very nice, but that is the only reason i would give them 2 stars rather than one ! I was promised my glasses on 4-28; I did not get a call or text on 4-28 to tell me that my glasses would be late or anything so On 5-1 I go to see if maybe they was in and i made a mistake and gave the wrong phone number hoping that i would be able to get my glasses. When i get there the gentleman was very high spirited quickly looked up if my glasses had been delivered and told me “ No they have not been delivered yet” so i simply asked ok can you tell me a new “Promised” date ? He say “No i cant help you there they will be here when they get here we have your number we’ll call when they are in “ . Now I’m not very sure if promise means the same everywhere but even pizza places have incentives when they do not deliver by the time “promised” now i paid a very good chunk of money toward getting these glasses and this is not my first pair i have gotten . I also get contacts here as well. So I asked is there anything that you can do to make up for the fact that my glasses are going to be so late? He says “ No it not our fault it just is what it is” . Now on 5-4 I finally was able to go pick up my glasses and my glasses come back good but i highly doubt that I’ll go back to get anything else from here!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Completed the paper work and was seen quickly. My family completed our appointment within 2 hours.

If we can give more stars we would, service was above and beyond. They all were very nice, friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome and like family. Will def be coming here from now on. Thank you all for the amazing service, almost forgot to mention how my appt was at a later time and they manage to bring me in earlier closer to my wife time. It all work out great.

LensCrafters is replacing my recently purchased Ray Ban sun glasses lenses that were accidently damaged, at no cost to me, which is a VERY nice gesture on their part and will certainly bring me and my wife back to this store for our future eye wear needs!!!

I was called in today for an appointment I was a 2 mins late after driving 40 min to get here in terrible traffic. And due to me being 2 min late they said they couldnt see me. If I was 25 or 30 minutes late Id understand but I will be traveling out of the country so I wont be able to be seen for months after today. Honestly every time I come here I have problems but I kept coming back since Ive been seeing this Dr for years. Not after today

Customer service was very bad from one employee a men that was there today around 5:10 pm. I wait for around 40 minutes a two peoples that came after me received their service, but this me told us that another person will help us, but he just helped someone that came after us. We have to leave and no one took care of us. I called then after we left and the same person answered the phone and I explained that his actitud was very disrespectful and we decided to visit Millenia Mall because he just let us waiting too much time, for more that 40 minutes and he never apologize, he just keep his mouth quite. His name is Mr. David. I don’t recommended this place.

Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional. Overall everything was exceptional. I will be back on Friday with my son. We have found a new eye doctor and glasses provider. Thank you for everything. David

They are friendly and helpful every time I go in and see them and yes I will give them five stars and I highly recommend people to go to them.

I called Lens Crafters in Lakeland on US 98 yesterday. They said the computer was down and that the would return my call. To date no one has returned my call. So I call today. And again, they were busy and will call me back. That was over an hour ago. Its apparent that LensCrafters does not care about their customers or future customers. They have enough business now so screw everyone till they need customers again. This is a lousy business model and I am sure that I am not the only one this has happened to in the past weeks and months. So my advice to anyone who is looking for glasses, DO NOT GO TO LENSCRAFTERS! YOU WILL BE SORRY!

I would have to say David is the best. Lab Manager. Lady up front was an absolute Beotch. Snippy and Loud. The lab manager well keep that place together leave it to the old ladies up front theyll close tomorrow. No peices of old glasses but I know where they came apart and where they fell into the water I will dive them up for David and I will mail them to him just so he has them he was that good about things.

Wait time is awful here. Friendly yes but having an appointment at 11am and leaving the office until 1pm is not okay. This made me late. They only have one person trying to take care of 8 people. That killed my experience.

Friendly, attentive, possibly pricey but then I dont know much about the different prices for eyeglasses. He did work pretty hard to get me the best discount based on what I ordered.
