Very clean store, restrooms very clean employees very friendly and very helpful. Great deals in the shoe department. Thats what I went there for today. I bought a pair for myself and my wife got a pair for herself. I am impressed with the organization of the merchandise. Shoes at least half off: Fila,Skechers,Nike,U. S.Polo, ect.ect.ect. I found awesome deals. Yes I will be back returning to Bealls in - Lakeland, Florida. Very soon.

Bealls needs to stock more xxl size shirts. Also, I wish t-shirt manufacturers would bring back the former 100% cotton shirts. Salt Life fishing shirts use to be thick and lasted for many years. Now the material is thin.

Great customer service, quailty is top notch, prices are inexpensive, especially off of the clearance racks. 20, 30, 50, 70, percent off many items whether clothing, housewares, and or in door out door furnishings. Covid protocol signage is everywhere reminding everyone to social distance as well as washing hands etc. Check out clerks are always trying to get you the best deals on top of the discounted price, for example my wife big on coupons and saving us a dollar that by the time cleck assisted us a savings of over 130.00.

I found that this Bealls, as well as most Bealls seem to be stocking less inventory. I wanted to get a couple sets of beachy towel sets for Christmas gifts but all they have are solid colors, which I can get at other chain stores for less money. What happened to the coastal/seashell themed towels they used to have? I dont think their sale prices are as good as they were the last couple years. Hardly any customers in the store and very few employees around. Hope Bealls isnt going out of business. I will say the store was clean and neat.

My favorite store...Im a regular shopper . Columbia shirts, Under armour apparel ... Great selection of shoes and more.... Lots of secret shoppers though and make it kind of annoyjng.

Oh and free gift wrapping 😁🤗Today, 6/14/21, I would like to brag on the staff - particularly Dianna whose name tag said Customer Experience Manager. I started off by saying, I dont think you can help me but I have to ask. If you cant, Ill simply donate the item. I brought a purchase back without the box or sales receipt. Dianna went above and beyond to help me out. She found the same item on their shelf, recorded the lot/style number, entered it in on the sales register and presented me with a gift card in the full amount!!! I couldnt believe it. Now thats Customer Service! Thank you so much Dianna - its just one more thing to love about Bealls!!

There is always a sale and tons of clothes and giftsI even got my crock pot here. It works amazing, cant complain and even got a $50 rebate plus its the brand name. Its a great store with great customer service

I love Bealls! The North Lakeland store is really well organized and clean. Kudos to the associates! Prices, coupons and rewards keep me coming back again and again.

We had a good shopping day. Unfortunately, Bealls doesnt carry Hawaiian shirts for kids or Bermuda shorts, which I felt annoyed by.

Clean and well staffed but not enough employees. Had to wait too ling to check out but they products were worth the wait.

Plus size modern womens clothing is virtually non existent at Bealls. They dont have any shape to the dresses, no belts in plus size, and a very small area they are kept. For shame.

Sale not all it seems. Too many good brands excluded. Better on line than in store. On line it is 50% off. In store it is an average of any two plus $1. Shopped Winterhaven and Lakeland for this sale.

My daughter and I always enjoy going to Bealls on Hwy 98 in Lakeland, FL. we went today. Suzanne in ladies department is always so helpful to both of us. The sales we enjoy and the discounts that Bealls offer.

Placed a order online to be delivered to North Lakeland Bealls on December 1st 2019, 8 days later called customer service number, waited over 45 min to talk to agent who said you have to go to store if you have a question. Next day spoke to a rude man at store who said part of your order is here, would not tell the items or give me a time frame when the order was arriving. Called the store the 16th asked to speak to manager about order, she said your order is here. Asked why a email was not sent, like I wad told would be sent, she had no answer. December 17th go to store to pick up order, only 4 or 5 pieces of merchandise had arrived. Told store I now only wanted 2 items a top and front door rug, and to cancel rest of order. They said they cant do that, put have already charged my credit card for $115.00 dollars and still do not have any idea when the order will arrive. Calling my Bealls credit card in the morning to try and straighten this mess up!! People in store very rude, no customer service skills!!

Not much Jr clothing selections and shoes more for older people. Love sales coupons but items are very pricey. (I Only shop here if have coupon) the store needs some cheering up just looks sad then I could not find any one to check me out walked around store looking for open register. That was a drag cause I had parked near the other checkout exit and it was starting to rain.

Love the FL items.Do not have much for big men, including wide mens shoes.
