This store is not clean, never organized, no carts. They say no carts because people steal them. Maybe they steal them because no one from the store bothers to go check the lot and bring them in. We seem to be on our cellphone s instead. Most merchandise is un priced. Staff is friendly. As a senior I cannot buy a lot because of no carts. They have probably 2 available. I only go there if Im absolutely desperate. I shop at Dollar General down the street even though its a little further. I also recommend them to people instead of Family Dollar. Maybe Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to the store.

If I could rate a ZERO I would!!. Very POORLY staffed!. Employees have BAD ATTITUDES, they are NOT customer friendly, they do NOT ask or allow time for the customer to put their # in for coupons and discounts, they are NOT helpful.! This goes from management down to the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS (aka the cashiers)!! Shelves are just about bare or are bare!. Also lastly 8 out of 10 times I have gone inside the store, various times of the day, the employees are usually on their cell phones whether its a face time conversation or just talking on speaker phone either way you will prolly get treated like you are bothering the employees to basically do the job they are paid to do!. Over all worst store around!! Absolutely would NOT recommend a visit here to anyone for anything!!

Shelves almost empty. Isles cluttered. Double check your sales receipt. Items scanning for higher price than marked on shelves and item itself. Happened to me last two times shopping there. Cashier arrogant and rude. Not going to shop in that store in the future. 😞

Too crowded with things that are waiting to be put on the shelves. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance, but the rest of the store is not wheelchair accessible, so why bother? Store is dirty and understaffed

When you got to go to bathroom you got to go I go to the back it says bathrooms out-of-order I cant help it I had to go so I went to the bathroom when an theres nothing wrong with the bathrooms even though its at out of order its bad enough to have to go to the bathroom in place like but when its a flat-out lie on the door something is not right also roaches crawling in the

I appreciate Family Dollar as I can find so many products for cleaning, health supplies, I like the large package of womens underwear for urinary problems, and over the years, I have bought so many playing cards, I can t remember, it has been for over 15 years. Good prices. Friendly service. Terribly cluttered, and difficult to move through store. Boxes very often blocking merchandise. Merchandise sometimes sold out.

I shop at this store on almost a regular basis, the older white lady is extremely rude and treats customers very unprofessional I used to work at family dollar as an assistant manager and this isnt a very professional way to talk to or treat customers the store is very unorganized and most of the staff would rather joke around than do their job recovering, stocking shelves spot mopping and sweeping etc the DM should have a quick course on how to properly treat customers

They were very rude to me I ended up leaving cause I went in there with a purse thats you wear on your back & they wouldnt let me shop with it they kept calling it a backpack when its clearly not so I just left & told the lady I will just shop somewhere else.

I went in today to buy 1 thing, Im a mother of 3 young boys so I carry and backpack style diaper bag, as soon as I walk in the door Im stopped by one of the workers and told to leave my diaper bag at the front counter! I find it extremely rude that they assumed I was going to steal the moment I walk in the door! Id rather her have followed me than assume that! I definitely wont be returning to this store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had alot of things i normally get for great prices. Freindly staff, clean store, and shelves were fully stocked.

This place is aweful we stood in line for 20 minutes there was hardly anything stalked he had the other register close down while the was atleast 20 ppl in line there were all kinds of merchandise on the floor and the bald guy has got to be one of the rudest ppl Ive ever met. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Carriage wheels lock a foot past entry way upon leaving the store. Therefore you cannot bring carriage to your car and unload. (No sign) Staff does not assist in the store or help with carriage issue.

They have the products you need for a quick in and out but this location is kind of dirty and needs to straighten up/organize the merchandise alittle better when you walk in. It looks uncomplete.

Did not like this store. The aisles we blocked with boxes. I had a buggy full of items and then was told I couldnt take the buggy out the door. So I had to make several trips in and out.

I used to love shopping here but now this place sucks the line is always long the people are rude and the shelves are always empty. I now go out of my way to shop at other dollar stores i only shop here if i have to.
