This is my favorite Hot Topic! The staff are just amazing. Im pretty sure my teen will have me here almost weekly for the next 4 years. So im super happy the employees are so amazing. 💖

Staff at this location is friendly the store is clean the store it self is med size for a hot topic the merchandise levels are a little low as of late but they do have a decent amount of things to choose from.

Employees where very helpful help me find what I was looking for and my daughter loves her hero academia fleece blanket

The ghouls there are great. Extremely helpful and friendly. I hate to go to the mall but will make an exception to go there.

Went there with my granddaughter. She enjoyed going to this store. Staff was helpful. Store was busy, only had one register open.

Not much selection in this location. other locations has better selections and sizes. Online is better by far.. Just left this location and my son bought a plush. He gave the cashier a $20 bill, she held it to the light. Did she just insinuate it was fake? It annoyed me. She also didnt even ask if we part of the rewards club which we are. I was going to make a separate purchase but decided not to due to the cashiers lack of customer service and her microagression toward my son. Shop other locations its better.

My daughter loves this store, the have all the cute things girls like, the employees are very nice and helpful.

You win some, you lose some but there is always a chance to hit a jackpot. Its only good if you know when to stop and go.

Pretty standard Hot Topic with awful customer service. The cashier was more invested in a side conversation going on than helping anyone.

Rude employees. Too much sass and attitude and not enough training on how to treat your customers.

This use to be one of my favorite clothing store in the 90s. When Gadzook went bust. Thier style might have change from club wear to goth to well....now lol. So now I pass the mantel to my kids. Especially my Daughter who love this place since its full of anime stuff. Yes its true one of the best place for anime merchandise and lower prices.

Great merchandise, customer service was okay and theyre doing great during covid-19. The masks they sell arent suffocating and fit well and look great. Easily one of my favorite stores and great if youre looking for gifts for someone 12+

Okay experience. T-shirt wall was a mess and hardly more than two sizes of each shirt displayed. Employee was nice but on phone the entire time.

They were great i returned something I ordered online for return to my debit card or store credit and was able to buy what I wanted in store and they made sure I got several discounts and gave me more to use in the future very friendly staff and clean organized store

Good deals sometimes. I like to shop here but its a little crowded and hard to maneuver in a wheelchair.

I love this store and all hot topic stores. But when they started REQUIRING you to wear a mask i was not a fan. I won’t walk into one until they stop this nonsense because if they did their research instead of just following social media, they would know that the masks wont do anything to help yourself. In fact, will give the employees respiratory infections from wearing them so long and every day they work.Like i said, love the store, disappointed on them not letting you in just because you want to breathe fresh air and not carbon monoxide 😂

Always has great stuff on sale and my go to place for anime novelties.

This location is also well stocked and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always have good deals and I can always find my size!

The workers were super friendly and helpful! There was a shirt we wanted to get for our mom but we couldnt find a medium on the shelf so I asked someone if they had anymore In back. They didnt have more but she was nice enough to pop the shirt that was In the display glass out for us.

Jen, the store manager, is utterly AMAZING!!! I have never had such a wonderful and fun interaction with an employee before, I will DEFINITELY only shop at this particular Hot Topic store now. The store looked amazing, I can tell it was recently reorganized, everything was easy to find and beautifully arranged...and with the outstanding customer service that was available...it made for an outstanding and enjoyable shopping experience. Greatly appreciate Jen going above and beyond, she was AWESOME!

Not only is this one of the most organized stores I’ve visited, a task we all know would drive us crazy if we worked there! I have been taken aback with some stellar customer service before but Kaitlyn B was a goddess among retail mortals. Not only was she the only one working she juggled 4-5 groups of customers so expertly that you wouldn’t have known she wasn’t helping JUST you! Dressed in cute attire for the store and a smile to match. I’ll drive out of my way to shop here when I need something. Thank you Kaitlyn, not only for working at a store I shop at, but for being a breath of fresh air in a world that has gotten quite cranky!

The girls at the counter where very friendly and helpful. My daughter and wife love these stores. My daughter has a Pusheen fever and I found some items for her birthday that I didnt want to order online.

Probably the best Hot Topic Ive been to. Still tiny and crowded but theres a great selection of stuff. Staff is always very nice when we go, and they play great music. Always sales and coupons of some kind going on if you look or ask.

Pretty good went for black Friday and they had a line system to speed things up and while everyone organized.definitely packed and the workers kept their cool and got everyone taken care of.

Jen, the “store manager,” was very rude. A supposed policy that, after shopping with and collecting Funko Pops from Hot Topic for a couple of years now, is just now being enforced? It wasn’t regarding release date as she kept repeating, just about what was available in store. I called and spoke to several other Hot Topic locations and was told the exact opposite information. Very disappointed.

I am in a wheelchair can’t get through the store is cluster. All the stuff on the racks in the middle of the store is un called for. Have a rack in the back for Clarence. I can’t get through. It’s crazy. I asked the girl in the front. to help me. She was lazy rude. She then said buy online! Her named tag was not on of course. I told her bc I can’t get through. To buy any thing she did not care!

11/10 would recommend. Its really an experience, I get to be myself, away from my parents, because they are simply too scared to go inside. I get to meet fellow emos and we get to exchange oppresived parent issues, its really therapeutic. My parents refused to pay for a therapist so being able to go to Hot Topic at the end of the day and just really be myself and unwind is really important to me. I can just be myself, its amazing, its bringing tears to my eyes now just thinking about it. In the middle of the night when I cant sleep, I close my eyes and imagine Im in Hot Topic and just breathe, it makes me stop crying. Thank you Hot Topic, thank you. |-/

As you can see in my profile picture and my YouTube videos, I only wear Hot Topic clothes. Ive either bought my clothes from this store or received my online orders from here. The workers here have been nothing but awesome which makes my mothers and Is experience 10x better!

Staff are rather unfriendly and store us crowded and generally unkempt. They do have some rather fun pop figures so worth going there for these.

I love going for Funko Pops and Harry Potter purses.

I really love this store and its selection. The only thing I dislike is how crowded it can feel even with minimal customers. Other than the touch of claustrophobia ( which I will deal with for the selection ) great shop. Friendly employees who are knowledgeable about all the sales is a plus as well.

I love that in hot topic you can find a little bit of everything in there to quote shirts to metal rock band shirts! I love going in here but my mom doesnt 😂Because I always wanna buy the whole store lol! But Yesss I love it!

It was ok. Very small and thibgs seemed crammed in. But they do have some neat stuff.

I get my meanager stuff when its on sale the clothing is pretty well made and they keep a decent selection but prices are high so we dont shop here often.
