Walked/hobbled in looking for new shoes. The girl ignored me and the guy did EVERYTHING he could to NOT sell me shoes. Will never go here or JK again. I even told the guy I dont look like I have money, but I definitely do have enough to buy a new pair of shoes or two and NOT break the bank. Yall lost a future shoe hoarder 🤣🤣

I cannot say enough about the staff at this store. I am not only a customer but also their delivery driver. I get the privilege of seeing them every weekday. The manager Ms. Gonzales and her team are knowledgeable, friendly and very outgoing over all. Before knowing them I had never shopped in a journeys before. But because of them, I have become a customer for life. Thank you guys for all you do.

I went for tax free weekend and let me tell you the service was terrible, but the managers Karina and Carlos were wonderful, Karina hooked me up ordering the shoes that werent in store and sold me socks and then carlos hooked me up with backpacks the second time I went. But the rest of the staff looked confused they should hire new people instead.

I stop in this store because they have a Lacoste Shoes with a Sale Tag and price on the tables in front of the store. But they was charging me regular price. I get the shoe with the tag and price and they don’t fix it. They just told me thats not the price. Poor customer service.

Just for anyones information, store will not take back anything defective even if you have a receipt. They told us they could not resell item unless you have the package. Which I asked why would you need to resell it if it was defective? So, they dont send it back to the manufacture, they resell defective items. Will never spend another penny there! Apparently they are not very concerned with having repeat customers.

12/2 I ordered online, wore them for two days, they where too big. I just wanted to exchange them for a smaller size, manager on duty was in the back, and came out with no hello, dropped the box on the counter and said,yeah you cant get a refund, these are ruined and dirty. I said okay I can clean them I have my emailed receipt, I just need to exchange the size, then he said no we dont accept online receipts! Then just glared at me WTH, anyways dont go to this journeys. I even wanted to buy the right size and sell my old ones on eBay but absolutely not. Heres a picture of my filthy shoesUpdate: manager of journeys in BRANDON MALL took great care of me and even upselled me socks, journeys did contact me to apologize. I came back to delete my review but read this location has this constant problem.The fact that they are putting used & returned items back on the shelves is really unsettling

Was there earlier in day saw timberland boots on sale still that i saw earlier in week my daughter wanted. Decided to go back to store and buy them only to find out no longer on sale when i had them in my hand with sale ticket still on them. Said they were busy and was not able to remove all sale signs. #1 they were not busy when I walked buy earlier #2 advertised sale ends soon $99.00 sale ticket on boots then not offered the sale price. #3 the 2nd pair I was going to buy for me was already a little dirty on bottom like had been worn and returned.... was only pair left refused to discount anything.... would rather trash them... crappy customer service!
