A very positive and awesome experience! A very professional young lady came out and got my battery out of my van. Not my actual vehicle battery but was and in the side door sitting on the floor! Took the battery and tested it and told me it had a dead cell! Figured the prorate presented me with a price and I said yes let’s go with it! So she started ringing it up about that time a very professional young man asked me where would like the battery to be placed sir. And I told him in the side door! Paid the prorate price and was out the door! Total time there from beginning to the end approximately 10 minutes! A very professional efficient operation highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guys and gals here were great! I needed new coach batteries for my small RV and they were helpful in helping me chose the best option for my needs, not just the highest priced item. They installed them on the spot (for a nominal fee) and even looked at a small, unrelated issue I was having and wouldve fixed that too if they had been able. Definitely recommend !!

Rude staff. Very poor at handling customers request for warranty work. With a purchase order of my new boat they would not replace a defective battery. The new boat that was purchased in May 2020 is less than 6 months old at this point with a bad cranking battery. It’s freighting that I depend on these batteries to crank my boat motor after fishing miles out in the gulf. The reliability seems to be poor as several people were there to have their interstate batteries checked due to failure. After calling a different Interstate battery they told me the buyers order from the dealership would suffice for a warranty claim. It’s just sad I have to make a 2 hour drive to get to them and 2 hours back. After that exchange Interstate will never see a dollar of my money again. Buy an Optima. Battery

I am very unhappy with this place. I really hope nobody buys batteries at Interstate Battery.. I have to go work on a car across town. So I bought a remanufactured battery so I would not have to drive back across town to get a battery and the battery was not bad on the car that I was working on. And the employee did not mention to me when I bought the battery that this is a final sale and there is no returns. So I went to return the battery. And they told me there was no returns. So I mention to them that I never hook the battery up they didnt care they just told me goodbye.

When I lived up north I always used interstate batteries I had a connection. a brother that was a mechanic and his garage sold interstate batteries so they were in all my vehicles. Love them think theyre the best batteries on the market. I need it batteries the other day and didnt want to go to the local parts stores their batteries dont even make it to warranty period. looked up on the internet and found there was an interstate store. Had to get two batteries for 24 the women in the store went way out of their way to find the correct size batteries for the for the size battery tray I had

Brought my battery up here because it was completely dead one morning. I spoke with Zachary McDaniel and he was super helpful! Interstate ended up replacing my battery since it was under warranty, and I was out of there in about 10 minutes! Great service and amazing batteries!

Its great to find a business and employees who still value customer service. This is my first experience with Interstate All Battery Center in Lakeland, FL. Ill continue to do business with them and encourage friends and family to do the same.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. They do not honor their battery warranties. I drove from Tampa 40 miles after being told by Autozone that my battery was no good. Josh at Interstate had me rev up the car several times and turn the lights on so he could get a favorable reading and claim the voltage was good. He knew the battery was not good, but did not want to honor the warranty. I did not see any minorities working at this location and knew from the get go I was in the wrong part of town. I noticed a white guy take his battery inside and came out with a new one right away.I called a different Interstate location in another state and they told me these are franchisees and that is probably why they acted that way.

Interstate All Battery Center has went out of their way everytime we have been there to service our batteries due to either lack of knowledge on our part; or a problem with our vehicles charging system. I think its been amazing even when the problem is not their battery they do what it takes to find the problem .They are knowledgeable and very capable of doing their jobs so well. I recommend them to anyone needing a battery within their scope.

They were very fast and professional. I asked for a reconditioned battery. I paid went to the bay and they installed for only $5.00. A real life saver. I am so happy. I was in a pinch. Took about 7 minutes total. Then I was on my way. Hours were 8 to 5 .

Interstate was able to order me special batteries for an outdoor solar light. Although they did not have the exact kind, the clerk made a request for the factory to weld on buttons(no extra charge). I found the staff to be, both professional, and friendly. I will update my review after I receive my batteries.

You wouldnt expect great customer service from a battery place but Intestate Batteries in Lakeland is the exception. I was in and out in under 10 minutes the technician was amazing and very friendly. The front service staff where absolutely amazing. I was a big fan of Walmart but they lost me on the service. Interstate thank you for making battery buying as painless as possible.

Hmmmmmm.... Where to start, Ive bought 3 very expensive 60 month batteries for 3 different vehicles. The first battery I bought was in December of 2016, 24 month free replacement. Well guess what happens in mid February of 2018, 26 months after the purchase, thats right the battery dies with 2 defective cells. This place wont even budge a inch in the warrant area, had to pay 45% of the cost for,a replacement. Never, ever ever again will I deal with Interstate Batteries. I wouldnt have cared so much if it was a cheap battery, but it was the top of the line $140.00 battery. A respectable and reputable company would have replaced this with no hassles or charges. I dont recommend anyone go here for batteries, Auto Zone, NAPA, even Wal-Mart batteries are much better.

Sorry Interstate Batteries on US 92... you just lost my business for 2 expensive batteries. When I bought my RV about 4 yrs ago you installed 3 new batteries. One for the motor & two for the RV. Well a mo ago I replaced the one for the motor & because it died in the garage it was taken out & I took it in & picked up a new one from you. Today, I came to you & you couldnt replace the two that easily slide out, because you do not work on RVs. So I asked you for some tools to unhook them myself, me being a young 69yr old, she told me she couldnt. ...So from now on, Thank you Lakeland Batteries, on S. Combee Rd, you have all my business for not charging me to remove them, because it was easy, and within a half an hour I was on the road! Oh by the way, the guy used to work for you all too & he sure was nice! I guess you cant keep good help either, because this is the 2nd guy I met who left you to Battery Plus shop, when I needed a battery for a scooter.
