Let me start by saying that I love my 2022 Honda Pilot so much🥰😍 Now I also have to say that I really liked the way that my sales person ( Baziel) did everything possible to accommodate my needs. Chrissy in service is rude. When calling someone the first thing you say to someone should not be what is the problem. Or another statement from you should not be you are wrong when someone brings up how you are speaking to then. She has a bad attitude and no customer service skills apparently. When service left my girls rear wheel loose and I had to drive over an hour to jack the car, mount the wheel properly and torque all of the lugs as more than 1 wheel was not properly tightened. I am the one that should have an attitude not her. Also they over charged for the rotors and Chrissy attitude was it was no big deal. What if it was your mother or spouse? Would be ok then? Said she was going to have service director call me. 2 days no call. Not recommended and will never recommend this dealership for anything.

Honestly if i could give this place a zero i would. we called them and had an appointment for the car that we wanted but they SOLD IT when we came in for our appointment. Not only that when we found a car we liked we bought it and they said it would be ready by noon the next day but as you can guess it was not. the man who was doing our paperwork was horribly rude. now jonathan was really good and nice unlike the other man who disrespected us the whole time. overall horrible experience will NEVER buy from here again just seems to keep running into inconveniencesUPDATE : we are STILL waiting in jonathans office for service

Bought a brand new 2021 honda pilot almost 5 months from regal. First day driving off the lot. A plastic piece from the auto back hatch breaks off. Np, fixed with in a few days. Got a few free oil changes etc to go along with it. Then 2 months later. The driver side mirror begins to shake rapidly while driving speeds over 40 miles an hour. Take it back in, after two checks on it on two seperate times. They finally decide that they will need to order a brand new part instead. Being the way that things are right now its understandable that it would take a little longer for this part to come in. Which it did almost 2 months. So I call and check this week on if the part was in and they said yes it came in on Wednesday. We had a schedule appointment this morning to get it fixed mind you we had to move things around in order to get myself and the other vehicle up there to be dropped off and then have a way back home. So i check in on the vehicle this afternoon come to find out by theyre magnificent technicians. They didnt realize, but the side driver mirror came in two parts. So now Im stuck with having to go back and pick up my vehicle again mind you not being fixed and again having to wait now again for this other part to come in. Overall not very happy with any of this. I was going to recommend my son to come buy his first new car at this dealership. But being the poor quality of vehicles they sell is brand new. On top of the incompetence of the service staff not knowing exactly what parts are needed to complete a job. Hes definitely going to go somewhere else. Overall very dissatisfied customer

Had multiple issues with my service advisor and scheduling a simple recall. Months later they finally did it but someone went through my belongings including opening my knife and leaving it open among my things. 4 calls for management to call me and nobody ever did. The absolute distaste I have for this place cannot be put into words. Obviously the lack of respect for their customers and their property has been shown. Also, they don’t have “loaners” they send you to Enterprise. If you have anywhere to be on a schedule, don’t count on it.

I was very disappointed with this dealership. I have had my car in several times for oil leaks and they have fixed everything except the oil leak which is still there...Many thousands of dollars later and still I have the leak..I did reach out with no results...It has taken me over a year to try to pay off the CC bill with my SSI check as my only income..

Poor service department I got one day before appointment for next Friday 1.00pm .Rich right time just for oil change technician say we rotate tire .I agree ($20.00). Just oil change abs rotation of tire they took one hour and 55 minutes.they explained we r pack today if technician hv no time why give us appointment,Time important for everyone.Next time I will think twice for service at Regal Honda.👎👎👎👎👎
No one at the entrance to greet or guide me to a sales person. Had to ask a gentleman leaving the back office for assistance. Next person pushed second hand car sales in spite of being requested for new car prices. Then got introduced to Thomas! Unless this guy is related to the owners, he will single handedly bring Regals business to a grinding halt. Teach him some customer service, please!I am glad I took my business elsewhere!

I was very disappointed . First they let me book an appointment on a Thursday while not informing me that their technicians would not be there until the following Monday after I had already dropped off my truck. Secondly they did not listen to me at all, I told them I have shaking an vibrations so bad that it threw off the center cap of my wheels an I told them that I’ve had the tires rotated and balanced 5 times before and it’s something causing them to constantly come out of balance and the vibration continues to get worse. But they went ahead and said they fixed it by balancing my one rear tire and the vibration continues they ignored what I had to say and didn’t further analyze and try to diagnose the real issue causing the vibration they took the easy lazy wrong left instead of the hard right an doing the job correctly so I’m back where I started with my truck they solved nothing . So they wasted my time and money and I’m back at square one.

I was planning to come here to purchase a new vehicle next year but after the terrible service provided on my current Honda I think not. Instead of actually diagnosing my issue they charged me 200 to change my oil and tell me if the error code comes back just change your engine. Its apparent they didnt care to diagnose what really is a cheap fix so I recommend looking elsewhere if your on the market for a car if thats how they do serviceEDIT: And in response to the owner that didnt return my voice-mail the P0339 code triggered on my Honda is a sensor or wiring issue and NEVER warrants an engine replacement. If you want lazy service and overpriced vehicles see Regal!

I dropped my vehicle off to your location this morning for some issues I’d been having and though it was just dropped off 30 mins ago, I’d like to take the moment to review my experience.I was greeting by your staff with smiles and everybody seemed so eager to help. Like they love what they do, that’s hard to find out in the world these days. I was taken care of and checked in with an urgency that I haven’t seen before. I spent most of the time looking around and how efficient everything was moving. I’m a Navy veteran, and the only thing I can compare it to is when you hear that alarm in the middle of the night and everybody instinctively knows what to do. Needless to say, I was impressed. Rob, the gentleman/service advisor that checked me in was amazing to work with. Made me feel welcomed and not like “give me your keys and I’ll call you later”. I’ve had good experiences before at this location but today just seemed to be something different.I was under a perceived notion that I lived to far to use to courtesy shuttle. Rob assured me it would be okay and had me wait. No more than 5 minutes later, a lovely young lady, Mrs. Deb, greeted me and showed me to our vehicle.Spoiler alert, this is when the experience goes from good to well past amazing. Mrs. Deb first thank you for what you done for me. It’s true, you never know who you’re talking to or what they are going through. Mrs. Deb caught me on such a stressful day. It hasn’t been a walk in the park for any family lately but lately it’s been defeat after defeat. Who would’ve thought taking a vehicle to a dealer, something everybody fears, would turn out to be a pivotal point in my life. I know you’re waiting to hear what she did that as so amazing. How about she was able to show me this world is full of evil yet the light from one can shine into the darkest places. Yes, she’s that light, yes, my world was the dark place, and yes it feels so much brighter now. A simple conversation that can change a life, that DID change a life. I felt seen, cared for, and was shown compassion. All that from a peaceful conversation and ride home from what I assumed would be just a silent uber style drop off. Brings you saying they give Costco price. Then adds on power train warranty. When you say you don’t want power rain warranty they refuse to give the Costco price. I wish they would tell you this before you drive 1.5 hours. Totally unethical and unprofessional. Will never go there again.
I called and made an appointment with Ryan Campbell to come in and look at vehicles! I knew what I wanted, knew what I didnt want, knew what my budget was!I test drove a vehicle and loved it! I had been looking at several different car dealerships I was unable to find what I wanted in my price range! Ryan helped me accomplish both and I could not be happier! I was missing an item that I thought was included, so I called him and it should have been included! The service department always finds ways to disappoint. This morning I was booked for some minor things -- oil change, tire rotation, computer recall update -- and was told on the phone that would take 1 to 1.5 hours. When I arrived, my assigned advisor was not there. No one knew where he was or whether he would be in at all. No one had seen him. After waiting 20 minutes just to speak with another advisor, I decided Id better check on the timing of the work to be done. (I needed to get back to take my 90-year-old mother to a doctors appointment, and Regals late start on my vehicle plus the extra time involved would make that impossible.) This advisor said it would be about 3 hours. That didnt work for me, so I left. Of course, they wont follow up, wont try to make up for their miscommunication, wont do any of the things that a quality service operation would do. In other words, Im now looking for another Honda service center.
I felt compelled to write a review due to the stellar treatment that my mother and I received at Regal Honda in Lakeand. We went in search of a smaller car to fit her garage. We found a Honda FIT, pun intended, that she loves! The sales associate Mallory Bartle was fantastic, knowledgable and ever supporting of my moms needs. She even drove to Plant City with us to try the car in the garage. The entire staff was respectful of all our needs. Price was great too! I know how to compare dealerships as I spent twelve years as a retail car salesperson. Im on my second accord, If I buy another, itll be here.
We had purchased a Honda Odyssey last year at Classic Honda and you would think as a returning customer they would give us a great deal on a Honda Accord 2.0 sport. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make it happen and was told we wouldn’t get a better deal anywhere else! Well they were wrong!Not only was Regal Honda able to beat their price, but also gave us more for our trade in.My wife and I met with sales rep Mallory. Not only was Mallory a great sales rep, but she was also attentive, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted in our new vehicle. Even after our purchase, we had a few questions and she was always available via text and phone to answer our questions.Her manger Rob was also amazing. He was friendly, humble and understood what we wanted to spend and made it happen for us.We also brought our 3 year old and 16 month with us, they accommodated us with utilizing the kids playroom so we can negotiate and go over the deal in there, while our kids play.We had two trade ins and one vehicle was not registered and they took care of everything from appraising to having it towed to their dealership at their expense not ours. Even the tow truck person was great! Super friendly professional guy.The entire experience at regal was smooth and everything was done within a few hours.I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had there. Everyone there was friendly and I highly recommend going to Regal and ask for Mallory!

Joshua from the sales department was friendly and professional, and the financing/closing was handled very well.The reason for four stars and not five is due to the predictable haggling over price. Finding a middle ground from MSRP comes with the territory, but their offer on my trade-in was... disappointing. It took a while, but we got to a compromise number.That said, I am looking forward to a good relationship with Regal, as the routine maintenance kicks in (covered by warranty).I would recommend to others. Overall an above average experience.
Service Department not quite as honest as they could to be seen as a place to get an honest diagnosis for your vehicle. My AC was blowing warm when idling or traveling slowly. It was diagnosed as low coolant and a leak check would be performed if I decided to go ahead with the service which I did. $375 and a week later I am back to square one with a vehicle blowing warm air while stopped and they are unable to diagnose the problem now. Where the dishonesty came, in my opinion, was being told a leak check was being performed and no leaks were found then finding out a week later that they do not check the whole system for leaks because they would have to “tear the dash apart to fully check for leaks” . Don’t say you’re checking my system for leaks when in fact you are only PARTIALLY checking it. If I was given that info up front I would have found someone who does a full leak check before moving forward. Guess it’s what I get for being trusting.
REGAL HONDA IS A BIG RIP OFF!! In all my life I have never been to a reputable company that charges you if they can’t fix the problem that you brought to them. I brought my Honda Odyssey to Regal Honda to get my Tire Pressure Monitor reset. After waiting more than two hours, the Service Manager came and told me that they can’t fix the problem. Then handed me a bill for $124. I PAID the bill!! He also told me that if I buy a new HONDA Tire Sensor from them at a cost of $421 that they could fix the problem. I told him to order the part and I will be back. The part came in and I waited another two and a half hours. The Service guys came to me again and said we can’t fix the problem. He said he could fix it if I bought 3 more Tire Sensors at $421 X 4 = $1,684 just to read the tire pressures. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! IF HONDA CAN”T FIX MY HONDA, WHO CAN???

I love this dealership and would highly recommend Regal Honda. I had been shopping for a Honda Civic Si Coupe for a while, but had not found a dealership that I felt comfortable working with. I found that Regal had the car I had been looking for. I sent the dealership a message and Patrick responded and answered all of my questions. Communication was hassle free. They gave me a fair price from the start and assured me that the price would not change once I drove down from Northern Florida. Once I arrived the deal went exactly as expected. No hidden fees or undercover costs. Patrick was organized and had everything ready to go once I arrived. I would consider making the long trip in the future to purchase another Honda from Regal. They are by far the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from.

Dropped my car off at 9am on Monday, March 22nd to get my keyless entry issue fixed. A new key fob was ordered, but this is the first “guess” the mechanic recommends I purchase not knowing what’s actually wrong. $1,700 quote to unlock my car with a remote. Screw this place. If you’re too busy, tell your customers to go to a different dealership.

I was looking for a specific car and located it on the Regal Honda website. The salesman that I was assigned, Patrick, never tried any pressure and was very pleasant to deal with. The sales manager was very helpful, and I could always get in contact with someone to answer any question that I had. They delivered it right to my house. All this and the fact that it was the best price in the area after going through several dealerships made this a fantastic buying experience.
Horrible and not to be trusted. Scammed out of promised products and services along with them losing my title and threatening me via anon texts to take my car away. Would personally never suggest to anyone I know. Was suppose to have the care package and get amenities that were taken away without notice. No provided service like oil changes that was suppose to be included.Edit: I want to keep my old review to show where and why this changed. Was the service that bad? Yes. Was its Hondas fault? No and that was resolved. From there I will say I was contacted and my issues were addressed in dealing with the extras related to the care. Their financial or non-people-persons personnel on the other hand, that was still a weird issue which again may be isolated thus 4 stars over 5. Oil change was my assumption as well as Ive had it with previous cars. Oops but having had service there, theyre an awesome team!

Clayton at Regal North was a pleasure to work with. We weren’t necessarily ready for a new car but with a toddler and an older vehicle, we needed one for safety reasons. Clayton worked diligently with us to find multiple options in our budget and made sure we were educated on the safety features for our son. He never once was pushy and was super patient with us as we had to have our 18 month old with us. The managers and Thomas in the finance department were just as helpful, making sure our payments and options were something we were comfortable with, not just an “it is what it is” situation.Can’t recommend them enough, made the whole experience great!
When I went in to get a car I was referred by a friend to see Sonny Glover. When I got there it started ok but before I knew it I felt like I was not only being pressured into a sale but also he started to hit on me and asked me if he could join for the first ride in my new car. I declined and didn’t buy from here. Disappointed in the owner knowing this is his GM. Please don’t reach out I’m good. I bought.

Terrible experience. I originally wanted a civic manual coupe that they had in stock. Salesman set up an appointment and then I found out the car was sold. They tried convincing me to get a 4 door instead but I didn’t want it. They kept messaging me to “think hard about it” I told them I didn’t want it. Then the sales manager called and told me he couldn’t get the car I wanted but kept urging me to buy a hatch. The hatch looks good but it’s not what I wanted I told him. He said it’s better and that I would like it more. I told him I’m good. After they convinced me to at least come and see the car they ran my credit 6 times. They wanted 35 thousand dollars for a civic sport manual. The finance manager was the worst. He ran my credit 6 times to get me a bad deal when i had 700+ credit. He was disrespectful and condescending. He said that “he” was the reason I got a good deal. That’s not a deal that’s theft. And for the record, I’m the one that built my credit not them. I didn’t sign the papers and they wouldn’t give me my keys back. It took 4 hours of my life and if you decide to buy here, finance with your own bank. Don’t let them run your credit and try to hold you hostage.

Used car dealerships stress me out. The employees stress me out and the waiting game stresses me out. Until I came to Regal Used Automotives. I didn’t know they sold cars here at Regal, so pulling in you could say I was skeptical. I walked in and was greeted (and not the pushy type that give you the crazy eyes and scan you for money, if you catch my drift) with a warm welcome and I spoke with a young man named Ryan Shaw about what type of car I was looking for. I had a pretty strict list of what I wanted and what I didn’t. He didn’t even hesitate to judge me or to pass me along. We test drove a ton of cars. He took care of me and I don’t think I would’ve been where I am today without his hard work. I won’t go anywhere else or to anyone else. I have found my car salesman for life. Ryan Shaw at Regal Automotive has gained a life long customer as far as I’m concerned.
Go to Brandon Honda in Tampa. Worth the drive for better customer service. I gave Regal a chance to earn my business when they serviced my vehicle on two separate occasions. When it came time to buy a new one we refused to give our business to them again. Never again.
Contacted Mallory a new car sales associate by phone, she listen carefully and was extremely helpful in identifying a vehicle in the inventory that had all the features I desired, also handling an appraisal of my trade in. She emailed me photo’s of the car I chose and a great offer on my trade all via the phone and email. When I came to the show room she was there as scheduled and had the vehicle ready to test drive. I got more for my trade than originally offered and we sealed the deal. I was in and out of the show room in short order. I highly recommend Mallory and the team at Regal Honda, I would definitely return for service and another vehicle purchase when the time comes again.

After days of seems like litigation, my deal was finally done on yesterday! I am the new owner of a 2020 Honda Accord Sport . The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were moments where I did not think I could be the owner of this great vehicle, but the dealership along with my Sales rep Allie worked non stop to come to terms that worked best for me . It took some days to complete due to some speed bumps but all in all everything worked out just the way it should have . I can say I am pleased with the service I received from Lakeland Regal Honda . Only thing I would change would be to add in a few more finance managers to speed up the process, but as stated I am pleased with my experience. I would recommend shopping Regal Honda .
Mallory was able to work out an amazing deal for me very last minute. I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had with her at Regal Honda! Highly recommend using her at regal on the north side of Lakeland.
*UPDATE* David V. reached out and made everything right. Good customer service.Wont be returning to this dealership for anything. Called on Monday scheduled an oil change and to fix a recall issue for Saturday. When I showed up on Saturday Dustin acted like he had no idea what needed to be done (why even call to schedule?) and said they didnt have the time to fix the recall (not my problem). Over 2 hours later (with no update) they finished the oil change leaving grease marks on the inside but didnt even bother to wash the car (complimentary). I couldve gone to Jiffy Lube for a 30 minute oil change. Like I said we wont be returning to this dealership for purchase or service.

Regal Honda in Lakeland Florida on the north side of Lakeland is a wonderful place to go. Everyone there is very professional, very respectful, and very personable. They really work with me and gave me a fair price and just are really great people. I would recommend anyone to go there to look for a Honda.

Its been over 1 month since I bought my Passport from Regal Honda in Lakeland Fl. I originally was looking for a CR-V but salesman Baziel suggested the Passport and it was a better fit for our needs. My wife loves the SUV. If i could stop here I would rate 5 of 5.However;I negotiated all-weather floor mats as part of the purchase price of the Passport. It was after hours at the dealership when we closed the deal and I contacted Baziel the next day to find out a time to meet to pick up the all-weather cargo area mat. Imagine my surprise when he said If you give me a great review, Ill see what I can do.General Manager Sonny had sent me an email congratulating me on my Honda Passport purchase at this time. I responded back to him with my complaint about the negotiated all-weather cargo mat that I wanted to pick up. I didnt get a response back, but Baziel contacted me again with the same request if I wanted my cargo mat.i still have no resolution about this problem.
I was there today in hopes to trade in my vehicle for a newer one was told to much in negative trading in . So Im ok I wont trade but I can and only will give a certain amount of down payment no more than that. They try to convince my husband and I to put mote down so my husband says ok we go up $500 more. He then proceeded to ask for more . I finally say no we cant we have repairs to do in our home he then says what difference will $500 in repairs for your home do . To me thats rude what does it matter what I can and not do . Hes like its just money to him maybe but when came we set a budget because we knew we need repairs on our home. So yes $500 makes a difference. Btw Bazaiel Cabrera was our sales rep very friendly and understanding the other guy was Freddy not so much will never go back .

Extremely pushy when buying for a vehicle. They may work with finding an initial vehicle, but if you change your mind they will do everything they can to keep you from looking at other options. It felt rushed the entire time and wouldnt budge on sticker price.
Giving it a star because the salesman great but finance was not. I did not look at the fine print and he ended up adding something to the price we initially agreed on. If you plan on buying from here get your own finance or read the fine print page by page. Definitely not coming back to this dealership.

No Loyalty To Their Customers!!I have been a customer since 1990 Regal Honda was a lot more personal with their customers when Mr.Sal and Sal jr. was more involved with daily activities of their business. One would think after 21 years and the purchase of several vehicles and referrals others to Regal Honda one would get a Thanks no such of a thing.I referred one person to Cannon and never purchased a car from Cannon and got a call from the owner. I think 🤔 I better rethink where Im spending money .

Had a good overall experience with Regal. Was pleased with the help I was given by a guy in showroom named Ryan, really just answered my annoying questions and made everything very clear to me. Would recommend to any wanting a new Honda.

With that, I decided that day to make an appointment with him to shop for a new 2020 Honda Civic. I was met at the dealership by Josh and his Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and the whole team I encountered were a pleasure to work with. I walked away with my new leased Civic, and I am extremely happy with the overall experience.
Ron helped me a lot with all appropriate answers about finance and cash, engine, transmission, dealership and factory warranties as well as all the individual features of the vehicle I was interested. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. I definitely recommend him and his work place at Regal.
Considered purchasing a vehicle from this dealership until the sales manager pressed and pressed for us to finance with them DESPITE being told multiple times we already had a bank draft in hand. Simple rule.....when the customer tells you multiple times what they want you should probably listen. Stop trying to force them into financing with you just so that the dealership gets the kickbacks. Poor business practice and a lost sale.

Perfect way to kick off the New Year! The team of Mike, Chelsea, Shane and Gary took care of me from beginning to end! I didnt have an appointment, but Mike Greenhow fit me in, found the car I wanted and closed the deal! His assistant, Chelsea took me on a test drive and the saleswork was completed by Shane Murphy - they even let me join in the holiday lunch (best PBJ)! Gary even drove my old car home to Clearwater - on New Years Eve! I got an unbelievable deal on a great car and would do it all again at Regal in Lakeland! Check them out!
