The photos below are before and after. I joked with my stylists Karissa that my before photo looks like I sprinkled my hair with baby power (silvery hair). This transformation will always be the most memorable and enjoyable salon experience I’ve ever had. Karissa’s knowledge and experience made the entire process simple. She was able to help me find the right color for my hair and the right length. We are so lucky to have such a talented and sweet hearted stylist here to provide amazing transformations.

I am so glad I found this place! Its incredibly hard to find someone in Lakeland who can cut/trim/thin synthetic wigs. Tracy does, and she did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price! She and her salon are a great asset to the community.

I contacted Tracy because I am a chemotherapy patient who was searching for a wig to hide my hair loss. Tracy spoke to me at length on the phone, asked a lot of questions, and really tried to understand my situation and what I wanted in a wig. When I showed up at my appointment, Tracy had pre-selected some wigs for me try on, based on our previous conversation. Tracy helped me through the entire process, advising me about what would look good on me, showing me how to put the wig on and how to care for it. I tried several wigs on, and ultimately chose a wig that was surprisingly different than what I thought I was looking for. It was really helpful to be able to try on several looks, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. Tracy even trimmed the wig a bit to suit my taste. All in all, the service was great, and the price very reasonable. Tracy is so friendly, compassionate, generous, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a wig, or hair services in general.

Excellent salon! Went there today to have my hair color fixed from a previous salon. Not only did Karissa fix my hair ( to what I originally requested at the previous salon ),, but she was very professional and took the time to listen to me and did what I asked and wanted.The salon was very clean, very fair prices and owner and staff were very welcoming. I recommend this salon to everyone! I have found my new salon and cant b more happy!

Very warm and inviting place... I’m starting chemo in two weeks and have already been told I will lose my hair. Tracy did a great job restyling a wig I already owned and helped me find another one that I really like. She gave me all kinds of good use and care information. She was so supportive and helpful! It was a great experience during a trying time for me. ❤️

Tracy was so nice and worked with me concerning getting a wig after losing a lot of my hair due to having Covid19 a few months ago. She went the second mile and not only was informative, but spent time before my visit to figure out what wigs would best suit me based on pictures I sent her. An upsetting time for me was made better by her true concern, ability, and expertise in finding what I needed.

I have been searching for a salon to make my go-to and I think I have finally found it. Went in for a color correction not expecting much (as my experience around town has been mediocre at best), but Lynette was my stylist and I must say she went above and beyond to produce some amazing results! I would absolutely recommend anyone to give this salon a try, and ask for Lynette (although I’m sure the other stylists are just as great).10/10 Very pleased with my results

I see Brandi here who does an amazing job and I love how she cares about the health of my hair and wants my cut and color to be exactly what I want before I leave the salon. I have been going to Tracy & Co. for 6-7 years now. Deina is awesome and I highly recommend her. She is friendly, really cares about her clients, and her skill is top notch. Although I am super low maintenance, Tracy does such a good job at always making me feel beautiful! She has such a sweet spirit and really takes great pride in spending time, getting to know her clients and making them comfortable.

I went to Tracy & company jan 29/18 .. i was in the Lakeland area for only a few weeks & looking for a well needed cut & color (major grey roots) As always, not knowing where to go so i google salons in my area. Found this wonderful salon & booked with GRACIE. Not knowing what I’m getting myself into as I’ve been there done that many times before & never have been happy with the outcome as i would have been at home as my daughters been my stylist for the last 10 or more years. Well ... EVERYONE that’s looking for a great stylist that actually knows what their doing & is very knowledgeable on matching your right color & a fantastic cut then Book with Gracie .. she is your lady !!
