Its a beautiful place it has everything you ever would need for your hair for your jewelry is really awesome. I have gone in there mostly to pick up wish items but one of these days I will be able to go in and just shop

Great customer service they where very honest with their opinion on the quality of hair no matter the price. If the cheaper hair is better they will tell you the truth, not lie to you and get you to buy whatever they have I never leave this place empty handed the Girls are so helpful they make you feel welcomed you will not leave this store without finding what where where looking for or buying something you like!

I had a hair mishap youd say and I needed a wig BAD to cover it up til it grew back, Ive never worn a wig before so I searched on google and found first choice. I LOVE THIS STORE! the staff was so nice and helpful, they really made me feel comfortable as I was kind of embarrassed about my hair. I would recommend this store to everyone! They have great prices and an even greater staff!

I just saw the owner reply to my rating, I am not a wish customer . I came into your physical store and got followed around like a thief and then your employees have a severe lack of knowledge about the products you sell. To top it off the lady at the counter had a attitude. So I will never return or recommend your business .

I am usually very pleased when I visit this store. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there. However, today I was sold hair color that did not take on my hair. It rinsed completely back out of my hair. When I went back, the employees acted as though I was lying and even said that no one else has ever said that. I have no reason to lie. I’ve never brought anything back to the store in the many years that frequented it. I am disappointed because my integrity was challenged. They should have offered an exchange. Today, the customer service was poor and for that they have lost my business.

First thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had just came from Kathleen Beauty and they treated us poorly so we came here and man, I was pleased before I even looked around. I’m getting married and just wanted to add some extensions to my own hair BUT I ended up walking out with a full wig that I completely fell in love with. They gave us proper knowledge on how to apply and maintain the wig + guided us to the producds I needed. Will definitely be coming back for more wigs.

Ok so I bought 3 bundles and a clousre of the 12a straight hair, I spunt $200 and the hair is very bad quality. Very disappointed.
