I recently saw a TikTok raving about PopShelf, so I googled and found one in Lakeland. It was inside the DG Market - another store Id never been to. I was SO IMPRESSED! PopShelf has so many cute, trendy and inexpensive accessories for your home. It reminded me alot of Five Below. The DG Market was basically an entire, very inexpensive grocery store with many name brand items. I will definitely be back!

The best part of the store is that it is open till midnight. You get groceries and food products and a very spacious store

Everything is good in Dollar general, the help, the prices, everything… except when trying to get a job there. Super confusing. The site to do it makes no sense and asks for location numbers and other things that I have no idea where to get the info for it. They should make it easier for people who want to get a job there. That’s all 🙂

Been coming here for years, very convenient place thst had all i need and most of the staff is friendly except that prematurely bald guy who had been there forever. I once saw him flip out, cursing and threatening another customer. i dont try to say hello to that guy. theres a reason they dont let him on the registers

Need to have pricing on all shelves according to the product.

Wonderful experience the cashier Ms.Tammy was very professional and knowledgeable of items available in the store. I was very impressed with the willness to assist. Keep u the wonderful customer service, Ms. Tammy.

Especially with masks nowadays it can be hard to breathe sometimes. However the assistant manager, Brian, was a breath of fresh air! It has now been virtually a year since COVID hit and since then this has been the best customer service I have experienced. He was extremely helpful, funny, kind, and enthusiastic. If he worked for me he would be placed into the next management position avaliable and given an immediate raise. I stopped in here simply to buy some matches because I was just in another shop of the strip. I will now be revisiting this location to shop more often simply for the customer service.

This was a first for me. I have never run across a Dollar General Market before. I liked it. I wish there were more of them around.

This is my all time favorite store. They have a large selection of fresh produce and food. The customer service is always top notch.

First, I didnt know they were opened till MIDNIGHT every day! Theres fresh fruits & vegetables. Meats, a full grocery store and everything else that Dollar General is. It was clean, people to help and cashiers.My only issue is that they dont have YooHoo anymore.

So far everything that I have needed and wanted I have been able to get at the store. Workers are very polite and very helpful

Great place to buy food and other household items. Decent prices beats most other places. However, this store continues to be plagued by a very slow checkout process. Seriously, once or twice could be overlooked, but when your family has all experienced the same thing numerous times, you know its true. The cashiers have absolutely zero sense of urgency when they check you out. Dollar Tree across the street puts you to shame in this regard! Always hesitate to shop here with this as a concern. Doesnt seem to be getting any better, since this is a trend thats been going on for years now.

The staff and managers are polite. They practice safety and follow specific rules for sanitation n providing as much of a clean place as any. Highly recommend

This is a lovely specialty boutique that offers unique shopping opportunities ..... Nah, JK its Dollar General, cheap and easy to get in and out. Serves the purpose.

Generally a nice place to go. Store can be a bit messy at times, but nothing like most of the other DGs Ive been to. Has a wider selection of items over a typical DG as well.

Prices are great! Can get in and out fast. Might not have everything you need, but I buy my usual basic stuff from gear and it’s cheaper than Walmart

Staff is very friendly. I visit this store daily and have only not been able to get what I needed two times in six months. They always well stocked and staffed unlike some of the other dollar general markets Ive been to. They also give you a free water when you leave which I think is wonderful.

Usually has what I want. Good parking. Staff isnt the most friendly, but what do yoh expect from people getting paid minimum wage.

I Love the deals! But the customer service definitely needs improvement! With the exception of a young lady name Brianna! She was the only sweet person. I encountered the rest of the staff appear as if they hate there job! Either way it all about the savings for me! But a smiling face would help!

A little on the high side on products. When theres a walmart rite down the street with more selections and cheaper prices.

So... beautiful store. Clean of course since it was just remodeled but I guess during that process the phones got ripped out because I have called the store multiple times and all I get is ringing. No voicemail or hold. How can you run a store if you can’t take care of the customer

Are in the process of renovating. Have reset store shelves which has made store much easier to maneuver around and had added more merchandise selections. Great improvement so far!

I have been to some dollar generals where the shelves were not stocked, it was messy, and they lacked customer service. I just want to say that wasnt the case here. Clean and neat store with fully stocked shelves. They do have a small selection, but that is what you normally get with Dollar general. Overall I was very satisfied.

That chicken was absolutely delicious. Love, love, love the sides!!! The cole slaw was some of the best I have ever eaten. The waitress said, the banana pudding was the best...she told no lie!!

Night time manager approached little girl wearing back pack and asked the cashier to search for no reason, back pack is completely empty. Will not ever be going back to this store if the company is okay with this kind of service by a manger.

Usually has what you need in a hurry. Dollar General has stores everywhere and the staff is friendly.

The market that I go to is always very clean and the employees are happy to help you at any time. As with any discount store you have to be smart about the items you buy there.

This is by far the best Dollar General Ive ever been to. The selection cant be beat. The store is clean and well organized. Dollar General prices are great but this one has lower prices on everyday products than other DGs Ive been to.
