I was looking for a particular item for my hair. Sallys or Ulta Beauty didnt carry it. I came after a friend told me to go there FIRST and found more than enough products to choose from. They will now be my FIRST when needing hair care supplies. Customer service was SUPERB as well👏🏽👏🏽

I spend my money there because the owners and folks that work there are courteous, friendly, accommodating and genuinely care about their customers and the neighborhood!! I experienced an unpleasant situation while in their parking lot. They stepped up to the plate instead of turning a deaf ear or not wanting to get involved. Thats rare in these times. Friendly staff, comparable prices, but it both saddens and concerns me that the staff doesnt seems to care enough about their customers to wear a mask. I have asked about this a few times. I havent seen them wear them since COVID-19 begun...welllllll, at least not when I stop in.

Excellent customer service and a great store with a large variety of hair. I had a little bit of a complicated request and the owner was immediately able to help me find the right hair item! I am a guy who wears a lace hair system and I ventilate my own hair system when the hair sheds after months of normal wear and tear. By ventilating my system, I restore it to a fuller density and extend the life of the piece. Finding quality hair that matches my customized hair system is not an easy task, but this store had exactly what I needed! Thank you!

Terrible customer service, The older guy is rude. I purchase a $180 wig that matted, shedded and dried out within the first week of having it. I called the guy to explain what was happening and he was Very Rude. I barely went to the store after the old owner left who was very nice but I was running late to an event an decided to go to the bss that was closest to me which was a huge mistake. If you need great quality hair just go to Beauty Outlet in Auburndale. The wigs are cheaper and far better quality. I have been looking for the wig named Charlie everywhere. My love for that wig began in Atlanta in which I could find it in almost every beauty supply store. The wig selection at this store was good and the only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the price. A short synthetic wig should not be priced at $39.99. I am use to paying $25.00 dollars for the same wig. However, the staff was helpful and I was in and out because they had the wig and color I have been searching for. I will definitely go back.

Yeah it was pricey but worth it. But the guys were very helpful. I will be back.

Went to this store to get hair for my wedding and we were approached multiple times because they thought we were “playing” with the wigs. How dumb? Grown people going in to buy a product and playing with hair? We were told we can only try on 3 wigs which also makes 0 sense. Felt really uncomfortable there for the short amount of time. Maybe they think everyone is stealing from them? Who knows but I sure as hell don’t like to be accused or followed.

I love this beauty supply shop, I always find everything I need. They sale beads, hair (of course), makeup, clippers, hair dryers, and other hair accessories.

They have a great selection of beauty products for African Americans. Their prices are a little high, but not too unreasonable, but I guess you can charge what you want when youre the only beauty supply store in the area.
