10/2/21. @5;30. Pm the pharmacist ๐ฉโโ๏ธ (women ). Was so uninformative. It was mind boggling came in looking for a oral gel for my 6 years old and ask her area questions had to almost pay her to answers anything ( she was such a ( Karen) she read the back of the package like I didnโt know had to read. Stay away rude people unprofessional period. Unsociable, disgusting attitude.. go to Publix pharmacy at least they are professional. I try to get her name on her tag but it was covered. Now I know why.
Richard the Pharmacist was very helpful. I have ask him questions before and he has always been so pleasant & informative, but today he was especially helpful because I was worried about my husbands prescription that is very strong and he put my mind at ease because the doctor didnt explain why he gave it to him so he wouldnt take it. Hope he will stay with Walgreens to wait on me!!
The morning staff denied my FedEx drop off package due to weight, I came back in the afternoon with the weight of the package that was less than the 55lbs limit and explained that and explained that I had an uber driver waiting on me and no other ride only to be told by a random employee that the cashier asked was that I needed to talk to the store manager because if it was about 50lbs then they werent allowed to take it. Called the store manager after leaving the store in frustration and he claims to have resolved the issue and that they can accept packages that are less than 55lbs.I also called FedEx customer service who informed me that I could arrange a home pick up for the item which I did with no issues. I will do that from now on rather than try to deal with the store staff here.
The lady at the photo section was very helpful yesterday. Also clean floors and polite employees. That and the pharmacy drive-thru seems to go more faster than CVS.Looking at the other reviews on here, they need to come back and give this another try as the lines has been shorter at the pharmacy (both inside and drive-thru).
This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy. The staff has no sense of urgency which creates an incredibly long wait, inside or drive thru. The opening pharmacist/tech has been late several times. Rainy is a miserable Pharmacy tech with the worst attitude & Im shocked she is still employed. Avoid this miserable old lady if at all possible.
Walgreens is my pharmacy I get my prescription there my essential there .Always stocked.I have one favorite Cashier there can not remember her name she has medium length blood hair and wears a full face mask she goes out of her way and beyond to help the customer.
Worst customer service experience in the pharmacy. Long lines and very poor line management/communications.
I literally have been on hold for over an Hr, so I decided to drive to the store to find absolutely NOONE in the store and Iโm still on hold lmao. The pharmacy staff is a little special
Forget requesting the automatic refill because they never do it. If you have a 90 day prescription they may refill the 90 days, they might give you five days, they might give you 24 days, they might let you run out of meds all together. They wonโt tell you if Good RX could save you hundreds. The automated prescription line is ridiculous. Three cars in the drive thru probably means 20-30 minute wait. Can no longer stand to use this pharmacy regardless where Medicare D wants me to go.After Waiting in line while pharmacist explained drug interaction at length to someone picking up a new med, they let me leave with a medication that cannot be taken along with some thing that Iโve taken for years. Mightโve mentioned that before I refused the other, similar med and drove 15 miles home.
Good all around experience,..especially with pharmacy. Ritchard the pharmacist very helpful.
I went in to get my prescriptions filled. Richard A. was the pharmacist that helped me. He was absolutely amazing and extremely patient as he helped me navigate my confusing benefits. An hour spent between multiple phone calls with my benefit provider got us where we needed to be right at 11pm when the pharmacy closed. Richard stayed past 11 explaining my prescriptions, easing my worries about my upcoming surgery, and discussing what isnโt advisable work to do at my job while on the medication. Thanks for the great experience Richard.
Literally countless horrific experiences with the Pharmacy. Incompetence (not by all), the SLOWEST service (have sat in line at pharmacy for 30+ minutes many many times), always issues with prescriptions, no one answers the phone. Absolutely avoid at all costs if you can. We chose this one because if the better hours, but itโs been an absolute nightmare and we are now going to try and go somewhere else.
Very slow and unprofessional
Longest wait to be helped for the pharmacy. They only have one person to help everyone. Absolutely ridiculous.
On 4/19/15 at 7pm I had the pleasure of going to Walgreens at 6730 Us98 north in Lakeland and upon entering was greeted by Wanda and also upon checkout. She was such a good representative for your company that after I left I had to go back in and tell her what a great personality she has. Since I own a small company back in Mass. I notice when someone stands out and Wanda really stood out and she just makes you feel good after interacting with her. This is the type of person you should try and keep employed and grow in your company as she would be a huge asset to you. I do not go to Walgreens on a regular basis especially in Mass. because they do not greet you like this or have people that are happy to be working. Please tell Wanda she made my day even though I was in a lot of pain. Keep it up Wanda because if you do you will be very successful in whatever you choose to do.
They took my prescription 9am and told me it will be ready by 10am..I went back @ 3pm they telling me their out of stock on the meds..No phone call or nothing these people are so rude and doesnโt care about anyoneโs pain!!
Great place, get most your needs here
The store itself is nice, but if you need prescriptions, fill them elsewhere! I need a doctors authorization every couple of months for one of my scripts, however, the pharmacy will fill my automatic refills, call and say they are ready, yet they failed to call the doctor to fill one. So when I arrive to pick them up there is one missing! And to top it off I have a request on my scripts for them to use small bottles (I carry mine in my purse) yet most times they ignore it. Bad service in the pharmacy area.
10 Stars if I could.. IVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AT THIS LOCATION FOR OVER 5 YEARS & THIS WALGREENS HAS THE BEST STAFF BY FAR.. BY FAR THE BEST PHARMACISTS & PHARMACY TECHS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ..I have plenty of health issues & problems, Brain & Spinal Neurological diseases & disorders that required Brain & Spine Surgery, & several Health issues that caused me to become Disabled which can make life very hard & difficult.. Iโm 28 now but at 22 being disabled caused mental health issues as well & was embarrassing for me to need so many medications & prior to being a customer here, I always felt like I was being judged by other pharmacy staffs & it made things so uncomfortable for me & created so much anxiety I sometimes wouldnโt get some medications filled due to how those other places made me feel.. DAY 1 at this Walgreens they made me feel at easy & it didnโt feel like I was being judged or looked at sideways, they treated me with respect & making me feel at home! This Staff makes things so smooth & Easy. This Pharmacy Staff is Extremely Knowledgeable, just a very competent Staff that is very Friendly, Informative & Caring, Always Smiling & looking out for your best interest..One Example Of them going above & Beyond is that My Insurance doesnโt Cover my prescription for Vitamin D of 100,000iu a week & this prescription out of pocket is over $50 & without being prompted one of the Phamracy Techs made me aware of a prescription Discount program/Card that will cover part of the prescription & so instead of paying $50+ I only had to pay $10-$14, thatโs just one example of how much they care for you on a personal level & them going above & beyond for you.. they also helped me tremendously when I had a small window Of a few weeks time period where my previous insurance I canceled due to becoming Disabled & Receive Medicare & Medicaid...my Medicaid started but i was still waiting for my Medicare to begin since I had just been ruled as Disabled, & it was still processing Medicare Benefits & unfortunately the medicaid plan I had wasnโt one that walgreens accepted but they accept my Medicare & as I waited for Medicare to kick in, I didnโt have coverage but they recommended filling partial Scripts just what I needed until Medicare kicked in & would then cover the medications & set it up so I didnโt have to pay a ton for my prescriptions, thatโs just another example of the Amazing Team they have on Staff, working with you to help you get the best care for the lowest price.. & Iโve seen them inform people the prices at other pharmacies if they have an expensive medication so that they can afford it, even if Walgreens didnโt have the best price, which shows they care more about you the person & your well being rather than just trying making money off of you!Iโve Read some of the negative Reviews here & it seems some of the reviewers may not understand that Walgreens or any Pharmacy do not control the criteria/Requirments or Authorizations that your insurance may demand & so I would like to clarify some things for others who are looking into being a Customer of This Walgreens... All of the People complaining about the Pharmacy due to needing Authorizations, Insurance Review Etc.. The Pharmacy has no Control of the criteria that your insurance requires to cover a particular Drug or A specific Drug Formulation, Walgreens cannot override that & cannot make your insurance pay for any specific or particular Drug or Drug Formulations & that is solely on your insurance & if your insurance requires Authorizations every couple months to review & make a determination if your need for medication meets the criteria set by that Insurance company, but walgreens has nothing to do with that & if your insurance doesnโt cover it then you can pay out of pocket for the medication as long as Walgreens determines that it is an appororiate prescription & is not in conflict with any of the other medications you receive & as long is it follows all the State/Federal laws, Rules and regulations!
Their Pharmacy Staff here is very nice, Friendly & Helpful, & Very informative (the Pharmacy staff is what makes me want to bring my business to the other WALGREENS departments at this location ... The Pharmacy Staff are genuinely Nice & Have such a great team with Richard the Pharmacist along with the other Pharmacists especially the Two Blonde Female pharmacists & so many of their Pharmacy Techs are so customer Friendly Hard Working Staff, & always smiling & are always on Top of everything, even when they are flooded with Customers, it has a mom & pop store feel & they make you feel comfortable which is very important to me... I hope my insurance Will always allow me to go to WALGREENS especially this store, which I have been a customer of for at least 5 Years & in those 5 years Iโve never had any issue or at least Iโve never had an issue where it wasnโt fixed almost immediately, & will always let u know in advance if their may be an issue so that you are aware & always treats you with Respect which is very important & valuable... I would Highly Recommend This Store & prior to having Medicare I had tricare which at the time wasnโt covered at Walgreens & so I had to go to CVS then to Walmart with both being unsatisfactory so I know what itโs like to have a pharmacy that is below par which is why I have been so impressed with the service & thats what makes this Walgreens stand out & why I will always be happy to be a customer of theirs
Extremely long wait times and poor service. Maybe they donโt have enough staff on hand?
Horrible dont waste your time!
This pharmacy always has issues while trying to get prescriptions filled. Takes them hours to run your insurance and will not call you back no matter how many times they say they will. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes behind someone and then another 20 minutes when it was my turn. Had to make 3 trips there and make 5 calls before they could get everything together. Very bad experience
Fantastic staff, really take care of their customers!!
Still on hold an hr later to have a script filled. Horrible everyone should be fired
Save yourself time, money and from banging your head against a wall dealing with the pharmacy employees at this store. I cant tell you how many times Ive drove here DAYS after being called that my prescription WAS READY AND NO I DID NOT NEED TO PRESS ANY BUTTON BECAUSE I HAD AUTO REFILL. They dont look in your account to check insurance, they have put my filled RX back on the shelf and act like they actually need to count out pills when the manufacturer sends them what they need bundled (in my RXs case). They are so rude, incompetent and they actually sold my prescription to my mother and they do not properly verify patient information. Ive been in line and the man in front of me could not verify the address of the person he was picking up meds for. The employee stated the address and the man was like oh yeah, yeah, thats it. I may not work in human medicine but that is so inappropriate and violates so many privacy laws no matter WHAT. Im extremely disappointed to watch this store go downhill. From the employees to the unkempt restrooms its truly a shame that Walgreens is not what it used to be.
24/7 pharmacy. Very knowledgeable staff.
Outside of building needs pressure washing green, flower beds over taken by weeds !
I used to love this pharmacy but now itโs sorry AF. Slow, unmotivated workers.
Disappointed they are changing their hours!! Whos bright idea was that?
Best place clean restrooms.
They really do go out of there way to help customers find what they need
They lie. They called and told me my meds were ready and when i get there they dont know what Im talking about.
