I have used them before, so I was excited when I found out that my insurance company also used them. I was hit in the rear drivers side door panel and rim. I took my car in,talked with Dean Brown about it and he let me know that he had to order the parts. So when the parts came in I dropped it back off. It was repaired in a week and looked just like it did when I bought it. I recommend Meisner to All my friends and family.

So far they were kind and helpful. My car was just dropped off. We shall see how ot comes out

Friendly, professional service. They did a wonderful job fixing the extensive damage to my vehicle. They even went the extra mile and fixed a small dent I had on the other side from the first teenager that hit me that month at no charge. I was in my first accident recently and they made the process absolutely painless. They answered every single question I had and they made me feel like my worries and questions were completely valid! My car is my baby and I was worried that she was going to be gone for two weeks and they even had to keep her for a few extra days to complete repairs. I was in an accident twice in two years, Meisner was one of the car service place that my insurance recommended for me to take my car, the first year of my accident they did such a great job on my car so much that when second accident happened I told my insurance company that I would like to go there again, and boy oh boy! did they do a even better job this time. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. Dean kept me posted with photos and explanations as to the status of my car. At first the thought was my car could be repaired in 1 week, however, once the bumper was pulled and the damage was more extent than originally thought it actually took 3 weeks. But after reviewing the photos it was evident why. My car which is less than 1 yr old looks like I just drove it off the show room. FANTASTIC job. I would recommend Meisner to anyone. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Job well done!

Very poor customer service. They wouldnt even wait to close a few minutes so that I could get my vehicle back from them on a long weekend, so I have to wait until Tuesday to get my vehicle. I will never use this shop again to get repairs done on my vehicle.In response to your response, I dont know where you are getting your information from, however, your response is completely false. I specifically asked for 10-15 minutes (not the hour you are claiming) and you hadnt even begun the work two days before so how in the world did you complete the repairs two days before--that is a neat trick. Even if you had you did not inform me of the vehicle completion until Thursday. I returned the rental on Friday morning to Enterprise. In any event, it really does not matter anymore to me. You can lie on this review all you want if potential customers choose to believe you then its on them. As far as Im concerned if I am not worth 10-15 minutes of a businesses time that is making more than $1,100 off of me than I dont think that is a business I need to give business to in the future. Then replying to my post by calling me a liar is definitely not the way to retain my business.

Unfortunately I have had to have repairs done due to a collision and because a tire on the hwy hit one of my vehicles but Im so glad I chose Meisners because not only is their staff a pleasure to work with but their work is impeccable and the whole process was a smooth one on both occasions. I highly recommend this business and thank you for your service. Praying I do it need it under these circumstances again but should I you will definitely be my auto shop of choice. 😊

Wife and I are very impressed with quality and friendliness here👍 our 2019 Corolla had to go here from where a person on a bike turned in front of wife on lake Hollingsworth ... No one was hurt but caused 5000$ in damage to car... This team done an outstanding job on top of being courteous and treating you like friends. Excellent job

Website says that they are open until 530pm Monday - Friday. Its Friday 5:15pm doors are locked. Employees cars still here but they wont answer the phone. Guess they dont want or need my business. I was trying to set appt up for minor body work 🤷‍♀️

Did an excellent job fixing my 2017 Escape. Their very very nice

Brought in a “like new” vehicle (about 10k miles) to get repaired under my insurance. First, the office was very professional and always kept me up to date on happenings related to my vehicle. My first issue: The vehicle was hit from the side, they missed that it needed an alignment, so this stood out as odd that they might have “missed” something pretty obvious when driving the vehicle. Do they not test drive the vehicle before giving it back to the customer, especially when the accident involved the wheel/side of vehicle?Cosmetically they did a good job, except left the vehicle with a good layer of overspray all over the hood, and roof. Annoying as I had to spend a Saturday morning with a clay bar cleaning up their mess. Fast forward 3 weeks later, vehicle starts squeaking over bumps. After vehicle went to the dealer I was told that bushings were re-installed incorrectly. Who knows what else is to come, but I won’t be back and will make sure I don’t recommend them in the future.

I absolutely hate this place. they have done nothing but give me the run around.. took my car there a year ago same thing. i had to take it back this time for something they didnt fix and they did same thing. i was suppose to get back Monday and didnt. was suppose to get it back Tuesday and didnt. i was suppose to get it back Wednesday and didnt. They order the wrong parts and etc. and oh i saw one of their techs. texting and driving my car. and they lady who answer the phones is rude. i was also told that hopefully ill get my car back on Thursday. Ive truly never had so many problems with a place in my life.

I have only used Meisner twice but they did quality work and completed both jobs in a timely fashion.

This place does nothing but scam customers out of there insurance money. If they can’t get over on you somehow they will not work with you. The level customer service at this place it pathetic. They advertise as a “paint and body shop” but yet they with not do either of the two unless you have a wrecked car with an insurance claim. They shouldn’t be advertising to the public if they only work privately through insurance companies. This place does nothing but turn normal customers away as I was told all 3 times that have been there. The first excuse the old lady in the front office told me last time when I asked to get a quote on painting a front fender “we can match the parking paint without the fender on the car” so I told her that’s no problem! The it changed to “oh well we can’t do partial work we only work with insurance because we have a lot of business and have to keep moving “ these people do not know how to run a business and I will be reporting them to the BBB please do not sent your business to these unprofessional, horrible, money stealing people unless you are looking to get the run around. This place and the employees here are horrible and they deserve to be shut down.

I am not happy with Meisner at all with my 2014 and their views on adjustment, they took the 2014 Nissan Versa and agreed to FIX it when it was over 7,000 worth of damage and the car should have been total as the blue book value will not replace it by about 8,000 at best. I find this unacceptable and my car should have been totaled. Shame on you! The truck does not completely shut. I think that money is your primary concern and NOT THE CUSTOMER. So public, please listen and pay attention to adjusters hired by your insurance and there is a reason for that.....

I have (unfortunately) needed my cars worked on several times after auto accidents in the last 10 years. Meisner is the shop that my insurance company uses in Lakeland, and their work has been excellent and performed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

My 2009 Honda Civic was in a accident on 12/04/15. The person who hit my car had USAA auto insurance. I called USAA to make a claim. They sent me to Meisner paint and body Inc. to get an estimate. I got a estimated on December 9, 2015. They told me to bring the car back on January 4, 2016. On the fourth of January 2016 I thought I would call them before I brought the car in, this is a month after initial accident. They told me that I would have to schedule to get the car repaired and the earliest that they could repair the Car was January 25, 2016. The only thing that was damaged in the accident was the bumper and the total of the repair would be $700. If I waited to the 25th to get the repair done I would be two months after the initial accident this is ridiculous. They obviously dont need my business I would avoid this company at all cost.
