This is second time I’ve been here and both times I have received excellent service and fair prices. The owners are really nice. Both times and received fast service. I had my oil changed at a chain tire store and informed me that I had a nail in one of my tires and it couldn’t be fixed. They wanted to sell me new tires. I told tire capital what happened and gave them the choice. Repair or sell me a tire, whichever they thought I would go with. They came back with they could patch no problem. SOLD! And I came in after 6pm and I was in and out for in no time. I noticed they also had a good selection of tires in stock, especially monster tires. I highly recommend Tire Capital for all your tire needs. I wish they would add other services.

DO NOT COME HERE! charge over price for he tires and the labor. Got 4 new tires got it mounted and balanced $100 cheaper at tire Kingdom down the road. The owner is rude and is money hungry. Took out only one rim when then told me I got he wrong size. And wanted to charge me $10 for labor of taking that one rim off?! Like really $10 something that took less than a minute to do by a MACHINE. Again DO.NOT.GO.HERE! There better cheaper service down the road or Walmart

This place is a waste of a good building. I needed a VALVE STEM put in a tire that I had OFF my boat trailer. They didnt have to take it off the trailer I carried it in. They charged me $35.00. I started laughing, I was the only one laughing. It wasnt a joke. Before leaving I let them know what I thought of their fine establishment.

Im a good natured guy. Once again gave them my business. I had them flip and balance 3 tires. The suv now rides like junk. I went back within a hour my mood was ok. I asked the guy if he would please recheck the balance. He got her the boss??? She came out going off on me and said her balancer was good calibrated ect and refused to help. After spending 80 dollars.then tried saying the tires were bad. Not true. I asked her to please rotate them and she took 20 more dollars. Im no fool of a retired mechanic of 34 years this happened before wit my other car. The suv belongs to my son. First car. Ill never go back. Im also reporting this to the better business bureau. She was rude and out of line and now I have to fix it all over. Beware of this place. This is a fact and swear that on Gods name.

Got a used tire for $48.15 with tax. I was there for less than 20 minutes. Very fast. I will go back, they have new and used tires.Edit- I got my first used tire 7 months ago from this place for $45. I got my second tire today. I was in and out in less than an hour. If you need a tire go here!

The owner sold me tires that were 12 years old and no one would balance them, I went back to her and she charged me another 300 to put different tires on my car, When they wouldnt balance she told me they were Out of round to go buy tires somewhere else and wouldnt stand by the warranty she gave me, So I spent over 1,000 on 2 set of bad tires and she basically told me thats too bad, Go get tires somewhere else, Now I have to sue her for my money back, That place is a Rip Off,

Scam and over priced, came for a mount and balance, lady told me $25 per tire, i paid and the men outside removed my tires and put new ones on. They did not balance, I ask why. Apparently I had to pay an extra $50 to balance. Well already changed the tires so really had no option but to pay for a balance. Also wanted $10 per old tire to throw away. Scam $50 over every other tire shop close by. Wont be back

Got a used tire for my van- looks brand new though -and was priced well below 7 or 8 other places that I got estimates from. They are quick to fix a tire. At a reasonable price. I bought my tires from them and they are still in great shape. I just had a screw in my back tire today. They stay open later so I could get off work and they were still open after 5:00pm

Simply got them to switch out the existing wheels with another set of existing wheels (with the tires already on them). They were happy to take my money but did not warn me of a possible issue Id have with the tire pressure monitoring system. On my way home I realized the TPM malfunction light came on. I called Tire Capital to explain this to them. They did not accept any responsibility whatsoever and told me to take it to the dealer where a diagnostic check will cost upwards of $200. What a joke!

Extremely disappointed customer, I recently purchased brand new back tires for my challenger, unaware or unknowingly to get by she put the wrong size in the back back of my car and I back a pretty decent amount just for stock tires . As I go back to plead that these arnt the correct tires I paid for she resumes to say I paid for cheap tires so that’s pretty much what I get unless I wanna pay 75 extra per tire to fix the mistake they made. I will need a new alinement and back breaks n rotors due to there careless tire matching .

I had good luck with the lady. Two Mexicans do the work. Like a lot of places they make little on tire and more on mount and balancing. To swap out a bent rim and sensor swap I was charged $35 + tax. I guess its $25 for mount and balance and $10 labor for sensor. As to tire charge the county charges I think $2 disposal fee so somebody takes all these tires there. They are just setup for Tires and they stock a lot. Truck tires, car tires, used tires. Used tires I have had bad luck as some quickly dry rot and really its too much money. Used $50 + $25 mount and balance. Not worth buying used. Really per hour they are charging a high rate .. but they are also working hard.

Sent my daughter to Discount Tire. She was given the run around by them. I knew the tire could be repaired with a patch. DOT relations say as long as it is under 1/4 inch and not in the sidewalk or shoulder it can be repaired with a patch and plug. I called first and they said they would inspect it first and then patch the tire. She brought the tire here and sure enough it qualified for the repair under DOT tire relations and she was back on the road without having to buy a new tire! Very happy with the great service, price and honesty! Will come back.

My wife bought two used tires late March 2019. Immediately her breaking light system was coming on indicating a tire or brake issue she called a couple of times even took the car back the tire was continuously low on air, riding bumpy and eventually went flat. When I got the car and took it back first of May they wanted to charge us to replace the tire.Very bad service for not wanting to do the right thing since we had issues with the tire from the beginning. They lost a customer and we will not be back, nor do we recommend this place of business!

Horrible service. I took in my 2015 Toyota Tacoma for new tires (truck has 40k miles). They cross threaded my lug nut, in turn causing it to snap, and they refuse to fix it. So I paid almost $500 for new tires and a broke lug nut. Ive contacted the BBB to file a complaint since they wanted to tell me my lug nut was defective (which it isnt considering my truck gets routine service at the dealership every 5k miles and they would have told me that. Once I mentioned the dealership then they said my lug nut was old and weak... So you let people drive off the lot with DEFECTIVE, OLD & WEAK lug nuts? I call BS! Own up to your mistakes and fix what you broke. Not to mention, I have the lug nut and you can CLEARLY tell it is cross threaded!

Do not go there is the best advice i could give you.i called before making a thirty minuet drive to capital inc and talked to an Asian lady on the phone ask if they had my size tire yes she said three to chose from ok thanks i said just to make my trip to find out that they did not have any tires my size then they did nothing for me what a wast of time and money. who hires somebody for a job that they shouldnt be doing. incompetent!!!

I will never buy anything from this place again Asian woman there is so rude she didnt have a clue how to treat a customer she needs to take a class on customer service.had bought tires there befor and in less then two days one was flat.found out it was the repair patch that they put in the tire that was bad.they wouldnt fix it after they sold it.She wouldnt even try.the tire was fixed by another shop.She wanted to charge me 59.00 for the wrong size tire the price i got my tire fix was only 21.35 so who ripping people off mmmmm.Anyway find somewhere else to find nice and better service.😞😒😔Sorry. Ted i will not come back there again get rid of her hire someone that puts your customers first.
