I have been a customer for years. Yet today they topped their customer service again. That helped me get a great set of 4 tires. Kept in communication with me the whole time and the. Stayed after they closed for me to pick up my car. Thank you so much for having real customer service.

What a beautiful person is Maggie, what great customer service she gave me. I will definitely come back. Gave me options in prices and tod me what was important and what cant wait. Our vehicle developed a bad vibration on I4 on the way to Orlando. We stopped to check our tires and found a belt sticking through the passenger rear tire. We called Mavis Tires in Lakeland and the sales associate fit us in even though they were about to close. The staff stayed an hour and a half past closing time to take care of our vehicle. We are very thankful for their outstanding customer service.

The whole team at Mavis are fantastic. I spoke with Jonathan to upgrade my tires and he took the time to educate me on my options, taught me about the different tires and got me the best deal on the tires and oil change I needed. The prices were so good that it saved me over $336 that I wouldve spent at a competitor !On the day of my appointment, I checked in with Maggie who kept me updated on status of my vehicle along the way, advised the wrong tires were ordered because I was given the wrong tire size from a competitor, upgraded my tires at no extra cost, informed me of a leak to my rear end shocks and got the best deals on those too. She also took the time to teach me how to read the tire size when we found out I was given the wrong measurement of tires upon check in. Ill tell everyone I know to go to Mavis for their vehicles. They are fantastic!Thank you!

I went by to check tire prices and got my 4 tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers. The gentleman was kind, efficient and really cared about my safety. Today, I stopped by with a problem with my windshield wipers not working; the service gentleman came right out, repaired the problem and guess what - no charge! Great place to get oil, breaks, tires, rotations and other repairs to your car. They have always been very nice and informative with repairs and check ups. The prices are great and the warranties are a nice option too. They do not do all repairs but for the most part and normal maintenance, they are a great choice. I wish them the best of luck.

I heard a noise and instantly new I had a nail puncture. I drove to the Mavis where I have been going to for a few years now right at 6 pm...closing time :-(. I thought I would have to come back tomorrow morning (messing up my schedule, risking a flat tire at home) and was happily surprised that they would take care of it! If I could give more stars I would. We were in Lakeland for my husband’s hand surgery. We were just getting on our way when our tire blew out on the highway, no spare. We called Michael at Mavis. He was able to give us a great deal on a hard to find tire and he told us they were closing soon but he could make an appointment for us to have our tire put on the next day…their next day was already totally booked. After the tow company dropped us off Michael let us stay in their lounge while they were closing up to charge our phones and wait for our Uber ride to our hotel an hour away. When Johnathon heard we were Ubering an hour away he and his staff stepped up and offered to stay late and put the tire on our car that night saving us so much time and money. We have purchased several tires from Mavis in the past, always searching for the best value, going forward I am a Mavis customer for life!

I came here and was in complete awe on how great the service was. First off hats off to the manager and the staff for being so polite and efficient. My appointment was for 3pm and sure enough thats when they got to my car I did not have to wait. I came here because I was previous told by another shop that my brakes and rotors were “completely” bad. After waiting a few minutes he came back and told me that my brakes and rotors were perfectly fine and they did not need to be replaced. I was shocked that the other shop lied to me possibly because they saw a woman. Well jokes on them I went elsewhere to get another opinion and I am glad I did.I was satisfied with their honesty and speedy service, when my brakes and rotors do need replacment rest assure I will be coming here!!!

I broke down 1 1/2 hours from home and the car was towed to Mavis. The issue was something Mavis couldnt fix and needed a dealer. Johnathan allowed me to keep the car there as long as needed to coordinate with a dealer and arrange for a tow. When the car left the lot, he didnt charge me for the diagnostics. Its definitely the kind of place that earns my business.
