Great experience from start to finish! Pierre was my sales guy. I was able to apply for financing via online. The next day I arrived to the dealership and the car had been detailed, full tank of gas and ready to go. I test drove the car (2014 CLA250) as it was in immaculate condition. Finance and management were great as well.

Great experience. Had a Check Engine light come on while driving my Sprinter van. Took it in the next day (this is amazing by itself. I can’t get the Tampa dealer to even answer the phone!!). Easy fix and no charge including a multipoint inspection for free. Dustin did a great job.

My car had some ac issues and we went to Fields Mercedes in Lakeland. Our advisor there is Earl and he took great care of us. He kept us up to date on what they were doing, what issues they found and what they would do to fix it. When my car was ready for pick up it was already late afternoon and we were not able to make the 1 hour drive that day to pick it up. No problem according to Earl, tomorrow morning is fine. I paid the invoice online and when we arrived at the dealership the keys and car were waiting for us. We have used Fields Mercedes for most all of our car needs and only use another dealer if we are out of the area. We have always gotten great service.

I had a great experience buying a sprinter from Field Motorcars and Ron is a great person and easy deal with. I am living in Sacramento, CA area and purchased a sprinter crew van here two weeks ago. The buying process was a flawless. Ron is extremely helpful which brought me a real piece of mind. He picked us up from Orlando airport when me and my wife flew in from California to pick up the van. All staffs are so nice and PJ was very friendly, accurate, and prepared. The process are very clear and fluent. The most part that I like Ron and this dealership is that they are keeping the great values like truthfulness and compassionate. I sincerely thankful for Ron and highly recommend Field Motorcars.

Department does a great job on the necessary maintenance but who ever drive the vehicles back and forth need driving lessonsI’ve had my Mercedes RV in 3 time for recalls and maintenance issues and the have damaged the vehicle 2 out of the 3 times. The first time it took 6 weeks, this past time it been in since September 9 and no idea when I’ll have back.5stars service techs -5 stars for the car jockeys

I purchased (2) vehicles from Josh (salesman) (1) used (1) new. Josh did a great job and was very helpful with both. Unfortunately the used car had some mechanical issues that made me uncomfortable with the deal. Josh and Manny (sales manager) helped me out by allowing me to trade the car back in on another car and gave a very fair offer to make the trade. At the end of the day these two and the finance team did a great job and are appreciated. The detail department is not the best and could use some help to make sure their work is up to par with what a Mercedes owner would expect when buying a car.In the service department Alex (Service Manager) has also been helpful and respectful. Even when I showed up with no appointment on a busy Monday morning, he got my car in for the issues I was wanting looked at and took care of them.From what I can tell this is a reputable dealer that cares about their reputation and will try to make things right.

We literally had the most terrible experience at the dealership three years ago terrible salesman his name was Tim he was awful he told her get this red color she didn’t want and Ofcourse it was late at night so the next day when she said hey I don’t like this color he said sorry that’s what you’re stuck with I mean that’s why we go to Mercedes to spend this kind of money…we were not going to go back but we decided to give Fields one more chance since this is the fourth car she’s bought there as soon as I walked in I met the salesman Josh he was amazing!! We told him about our experience and he said listen let me make it up to you and he literally did I told him this is what we have to spend this is what we want to do he walked inside came back out and said let’s make it happen not only that came to our house at 10 o’clock that night to show us how to do the garage door opener and do her phone to the car he really did save it and we are now recommending this dealership again to everybody trust me ask for Josh he is amazing

I orderd a hard to get g63 and was kinda run around by the salesman only to find out he is no longer with the dealership and Josh Thomas is the salesman that took over and called me to introduce himself and gave me his cell phone to call if ever a question. He really picked up the ball and kept me in the loop all the way to delivery which he personally dropped off at my home. His manager nick was also very helpful . Darrell Williams of Wesley Chapel Mercedes went above and beyond assisting with getting a new tire for my vehicle. His dealership did not have my tire in stock so he contacted the Lakeland dealership to have them hold one for me. I was traveling that direction on my way to vacation and once I got there Julie quickly assisted me with spectacular service. Not only was the check in process quick but she also showed me features on my car I was unaware of. She also checked on us several times while waiting and quickly got us back on the road.

He is a fantastic employee who represents Fields MB exceedingly well. Earl, my new advisor, has also surpassed all of my expectations for courtesy and service. I had my 2021 GLE350 4Matic serviced for its Service A. I certainly appreciated them coming to get my car, leaving me a loaner then bringing my car back to me. I’m not sure what the policy is on washing/cleaning the car for this service is so disregard the relatively poor rating on this. The car was given a basic wash. Many areas not touched and vacuuming was minimal. It looks like the front mats were vacuumed but that was all. As to the maintenance I’m sure I can assume it was done to specifications. Again, very nice to have the car transported for me.

My car is in shop for airbags recall. In a hour and a half the car was completed. I had failed to mention to the service manager my seat control switch was not working, was going to fix it myself. Horrible experience with their service department and misrepresentations about oil changes we were promised and paid for with the purchase of a certified pre-owned 2018 GLA we purchased in 2020. The service advisor Dustin Roger said that the oil changes were not showing up on their systems when I called to get it serviced. Thus, we paid for oil changes when we bought the car but they never gave us what we paid for with the car. Equally problematic was their lack of follow up. I was assured by Dustin he would look into it and get back to me “right away.” He never returned my call. Very unprofessional and I would never recommend this dealership. I would recommend the MB dealership in South Orlando. I’ve bought several cars their and they are awesome in both service and sales.UPDATED Review. After the review was posted I was contacted by the service manager explaining that there was a glitch in their system which is why the free oil changes were not showing up on the service dept system. He offered to reimburse me for the out of pocket expense I paid for an oil change and promised the future ones would be provided via mobile service.

Everything went smoothly, it was a routine service and the cost wasnt prohibitive. I was disappointed that I had an 11:00 appointment, but they didnt intake my car for 15 minutes. The service rep had someone else at his desk and they didnt take me until after I had to wait and then they gave me to someone else. I wish they would have given me to someone else in the first place and got my car in faster. That is the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5.

A very smooth and easy process from start to finish. Tim was excellent in helping us build our new G Wagon and kept us informed during the production and delivery process. I was able to do all applications via email so at the time of delivery it was simply a matter of signing the documents. We live in Tampa but the drive to Lakeland was well worth it. I rarely leave reviews. The service I received at Field Auto Group and my salesman Ron Bigler are deserving of a few minutes to write this. I was in a rough spot when I was in an accident and was told my only work truck was a total loss. I knew it would be a headache but figured I would just go buy another truck. Well because of some microchip shortage there are apparently not Sprinters available anywhere. I must have called every dealer on the east coast from NY to FL. No one had anything. Every other dealer basically said sorry dont have any, but Ill call you when we do. Not Ron Bigler. I told him my predicament and he too had non of the Sprinters I was looking for, but seemed to actually care I was in such a bind. He asked me if he could get back to me shortly so he could talk to his manager. He called me back a little bit later and informed me he had secured a Sprinter for me and could have it available tomorrow. He Emailed over the paperwork and secured my financing, new tags and registration almost immediately. Then the icing on the cake. Ron offered to personally drive the few hundred miles and personally deliver the vehicle. Thats correct Ron got in the truck at 2:00 or 3:00 and drove several hundred miles with another car with him (to get home) and arrived at 6:00. It would have been 5:45 but Ron stopped at a gas station just up the road from me to deliver my new truck with a full tank. He showed me everything had me sign some paperwork and was on his way. These guys probably didnt get home till 10:00 or 11:00 at night. This is the service I received at Fields Auto Group. They are a class act and have gained one more loyal customer.

The service writer Dylan Kyser is very knowledgeable and friendly. He try’s to help you as much as he can, he gets 5 stars, but I can’t say that for the service manager Rick Greene. I scheduled an appointment 3 months ahead for service with a Mercedes loaner, and to my surprise I was unable to get a Mercedes loaner again but was given a kia as a loaner from Enterprise and when I ask why I was not getting a Mercedes I was told by Mr. Greene first come first serve when it came to getting a Mercedes which it’s unacceptable when I booked my appointment three months in advance. So do not expect to much from Mr. Greene. And because of Mr. Greene they get 2 stars.FYII called Mr Gary Gordon the GM per his request and left him a voicemail a few days ago, and as of today I still have not gotten a call back.👎🏼
