Overall, it was a good experience. Initially, it was challenging navigating the site to determine what were the correct parts that I needed. I was communicated with via email, that I had actually ordered the incorrect parts for my vin#. When I submitted the difference in the price (the correct parts were more expensive than what I thought were the correct parts), then my order was finally processed. I did receive the correct parts and everything worked great, but it did take quite some time to get everything right.

Antenna mast was perfect match, love the ability to input make/model/year to get authentic Toyota parts for my 2014 Toyota Prius. Website was easy to use, customer service was excellent, product was reasonably priced and arrived timely. Thanks!!

I waited for three weeks for my part to ship. After I heard nothing, I requested the order be cancelled. The next day it was shipped.

Pricing was good. Delivery was terrible. I placed the order on a Saturday. When I hadnt seen a shipping confirmation I contacted them and was told it would ship on Monday (1+week). By mid-week ok asked again and was told they didnt know why it hadnt shipped yet and it would ship. The part didnt ship for a week and a half! In todays online market this is not good service.

Ive ordered twice from Toyota Parts Overstock so far this summer. Both times I have received exactly the parts that I ordered. In addition to receiving the correct parts Ive also found the website easy to navigate with good diagrams that help me determine the parts that I need. The reason for three stars instead of five is that both times Ive ordered, the order didnt ship for at least two weeks such that I didnt receive the parts I ordered until three weeks later. This has been fine because I am stocking up on parts for jobs that I will do later this summer. If I was mid job and needed to order a part unexpectedly in order to finish I would be out of my mind waiting. If you need the part quickly use someone else, if time isnt pressing, this is a good vendor to buy your parts through.

Very slow shipping on just 4 lousy bolts. I was better off going to my local dealership that got it to me next day delivery. I ordered this nearly three weeks ago and I still don’t have them in hand. I don’t intend to order from here again in the future

Ordered a part and they wanted to charge EXTRA $120 for shipping due to its size after waiting 2 weeks. ordered the same part from a different dealer in FL and they did not charge any extra for shipping. bad business.

Easy to order. Very reasonable pricing. The only thing that took a little long was the 3 weeks to ship it from the Central West part of Florida to Central East part of Florida. Thankfully, its not a critical part of the operation of my Camry. Plus I am not an inpatient person. I got frequent updates, so I knew that it was still being worked on to get delivered. And once it was delivered and I opened it, there was a poo ton of shredded paper softly encasing my piece for the drivers seat bottom. That puppy wasnt slippin or a-slidin nowhere. BEWAREIt takes them forever to process orders. I ordered a part over a week ago and it still list as pending. You cannot even cancel the order in paypal if its pending so you have to jump through additional hoops to do so. Do ot believe their claim 24 hours to 4 business days for in stock items they said my part was in stock and it still hasnt even been processed. Forget about how long after that before it even arrives. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I usually order through the website. From the moment I stepped out of truck to the time I left, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Needed some hoses and bushings for my 2002 Tacoma. The parts desk took the time to help figure out the exact ones I needed. A great experience from start to finish.

Their ad made it appear you were getting both top and bottom parts for one low price. I received one part of it and I went back and read the ad and they put a comma between top and bottom which I assume means you dont get both its either top or bottom. Your ad was very misleading I am very unsatisfied.

This is a fancy front for a typical Toyota dealers parts dept in Lakeland FL, nothing is overstocked. Prices are OK but after they charged my card the order was perpetually pending, and I had to email them repeatedly to get it shipped. If you need parts faster than 3+ weeks pay a little more and get them from elsewhere. Some of the less expensive parts I received were obviously not genuine, but I can only imagine how long that would take to resolve so I just went to my local Toyota dealer to replace them.

Great part at a reasonable price. The shipping and handling was a little slow but all items arrived as expected.

Ordered 9/11, waited a week and called to ask when my parts would be shipped, was told it could take 2 weeks from order date. Was then emailed 2 weeks later (3 weeks after order date) and told that 2 parts I ordered were not available. Now the items have finally shipped a month after my order date. The service is extremely slow and their inventory system seems terrible, go somewhere else for parts, it should not take a month for 2 gaskets a rad cap and a thermostat.

Well you received my money on 1/12/2021 and here it is on 1/23/2021 and I still don’t have my flange nut!! It’s a nut! If you have my money $12.94 which I think is way too much but I guess that’s the shipping companies fault I should have my part. The part wasn’t a bad price $2.99.

Needed new moon roof and hatch seals for my 2011 4runner. Found everything I needed. Delivery was great, parts in excellent conditio and went on that same night.

Made an order online and within a few day, I received a phone call letting me know the part was on national backorder. They let me know that they would continue to process my order and keep me updated through email, but if I found the part elsewhere, to just call and they will cancel my order. I ended up finding the part in stock through another dealer so I called and asked to cancel the order. I was issued a refund within 30 seconds of hanging up the phone. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing toyota parts, highly professional and great customer service. I will definitely be making all future parts orders here.

The prices here are better than any other dealership prices Ive seen.The only downside is that part searching can sometimes be cumbersome on toyota dealer sites in general (not just this one), with occasional unreadable part drawings and losing your vehicle model filter sometimes.Most importantly, the communication about any issues is always direct and honest, from a real person. In 3 or 4 orders, Ive never gotten the runaround. If you want trust in the outcome, go here.

The website is great - very easy to identify and order the correct part. Payment process was easy as well. But the time from order to delivery can be slow. Mine took 11 days from order payment to delivery.I placed my order for three key blanks and my payment was processed.5 days later my order was RECEIVED2 days after that my order was SHIPPED and I received a tracking number4 days after that my order was DELIVEREDSo, the good points is that the prices are really good, and they send you email updates on your order every few days. The downside is that until they actually ship your order, you have no idea when you might actually receive it. Another not so good thing is that they charged my credit card, then took seven days to ship - it would be better if they did not charge my card until the day it ships.In conclusion - I will order from Toyota Parts Overstock again, but only if I do not care how quickly I might receive it.

I ordered January 13th. Its the 22nd today and they just filled the order. They just created the shipping label today and its still not even scanned so they havent really ship it yet! Never again! Ridiculous lazy people. I want my shipping fee refunded!

I ordered a part in December! Its now February and they said they still dont have it in stock even though the website showed it. I contacted them and they told me it would be in stock 1-29-21. I contacted them today and they said it wont be available till 02-19-21. I havent had air bags working since December and we are going on a 10 hour family road trip this Friday! This is totally unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again.

I placed order #7297638 on May 23, 2021. My order was a 1 inch part. I followed up 6/1/2021 and was told my order would be shipping out the next day. I waited and emailed again 6/16/2021 at how upset and disappointed I was with the bad service. I received a tracking number the next day with no apology.

Was upset my order was automatically placed on hold from the start. Overstock wanted the VIN for the vehicle for which I had ordered a part (to ensure the correct part got shipped). This came as a surprise to me, and as a result I didn’t receive the part as soon as I thought. I was able to communicate with Overstock via email and provide them the VIN. The part then promptly arrived and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Perfect part, fitment, and color for the vehicle. I’m happy to see them trying hard to get correct parts out to their customers, but perhaps they should require a VIN when placing the initial order? Will be back

Been waiting 3 weeks for a small, common part. Keep getting emails telling me how much they care. Took the first two weeks for them to get the part in the mail, so they cant really blame the shipping service.

I have used Toyota Parts Overstock 2 times now. I have found rare and somewhat hard parts for my 1994 Toyota Supra from them. Their block diagram of different section of the car make it easy to find the exact part.

Ordered a part online and received the wrong part. Called Lakeland Toyota and spoke with a gentleman who said his name was Chris. While speaking with him he stated that he didn’t have a VIN number and abruptly hung up.I called back and after the phone rang continuously, for approximately 2 minutes, Chris answered the phone again and stated that we got disconnected.This man’s tone and temperament during the call was unacceptable. He was very rude in his responses while I tried to understand why a Vehicle VIN number was needed to correct their error. I wasn’t asked to provide this information when I ordered the part. The order number should indicate exactly what part I ordered and should be compared with what part was sent out.In any case Chris couldn’t help me without a vehicle VIN number. So I told him that I’d get it and call back.I have been unsuccessful in calling back to get assistance with this issue.I definitely won’t be patronizing them again.

I love Toyota Overstock! Their prices are lower with shipping than other online Toyota parts dealers and also lower than Riverhead Toyota near me.
