When I brought my Jeep Patriot in for repair all of the front desk ladies were very nice and kept me updated through the process, and worked with my insurance to make sure that I had an estimated completion time and that there were no issues with communication. They even finished my car earlier than expected and it looks great. Id definitely go back(hopefully wont need to but well see)

Weve had two repairs completed at Lakeland Collision and we are very please. Both were insurance claims. The repairs were completed on time. They kept us informed of their progress with regular calls and emails.

Picked up my car it was nasty used parts installed and a rats nest was in my trunk Also pulled out onto the road and had no brakes they told me you left the lot and approved the repairs How am I supposed to know my brakes don’t work they wouldn’t let me drive the car untill I signed the papers after waiting 5 more hours on the second day Horrible horrible place

Carlos painted my front bumper and tailgate on my lifted truck. This was out of my own pocket (not an insurance job) so I was very picky about who I let do it. I visited several other shops that didn’t make the cut before a friend who’s had several of his cars painted here had nothing but good things to say about this place. He does an incredible job and is very detailed going the extra mile to make it just perfect. Took about week, and he isn’t cheap, but wow Im now a lifetime customer and won’t go anywhere else for my paint needs. Couldn’t meet a nicer guy either, he never hesitated to stop what he was doing and talk each time I visited. I never felt rushed out of there or not welcomed.

Horrible customer service,,,had vehicle for over 7 weeks...and upon completion,after several issues. Would not allow us to kerp rental for an additional 2,days to make sure we were satisfy with repairs......WOW.....7 weeks of rental and you wouldnt allow,2,additional days....to make sure customer was happy....with service?????....never will we recommend or,announce from our churches we are involved with...., to go to Lakeland Collision, Facebook here we come.....go,to anywhere but Lakeland Collision....
