Didnt go into purchase a phone, because I just purchased a Motorola 5G through my cable carrier. So I went in to pick up a screen protector and protective case for the phone. But if I was looking for a phone I would come here. The gentleman and the woman, were were very customer friendly. Kind of reminded me why I came down the Florida from Jersey. I used to own a business up in New Jersey and like they say, the company is only as good as the people who represent it. Well I dont know about the rest of T-Mobile but they have two great representatives in this location that I met today. Kudos to these two. Keep up the great work guys

Have no idea what they’re talking about need to train employee more, came in to the store to get a replaced screen protector since mine was cracked and was told when I purchased it that it was free to get it replaced if it ever cracked... went into the store and was looked at crazy when I asked for a free replacement and was told I would have to pay the $40 to get a new one... immediately called customer service and was told they have no idea what they where talking about and was sent a free replacement screen protector in the mail.

Alexis had great customer service skills. She was so warm welcoming and answered any questions I had. Overall the team of employees working was great. But, Alexis’s warm welcoming and honesty really stood out! I would recommend this store to anybody over any other team mobile store. Be sure to ask for Alexis when you go in. 5+ Star for me.
