Not that many games, especially for the Xbox 360. The people are very nice, friendly, and helpful. They have enough games for different consoles. Game Stop is my favorite place to go for games.

Good, but there is always room for improvement. Many of the other merchants in the Lake Wales mall offer all mall employees a discount. Your store refuse to offer, not even an incentive to have me return to the store although I spend a substantial amount of money. VERY SAD.

Great pricing and basically the only place i buy my games! I am also a gamestop member which gives discounts a d monthly magazines. I tell everyone i know to become a gamestop member! They also give stuff away when u preorder games like Borderlands 3 coming soon!!!!!

Gamestop in eagle ridge mall is always very customer friendly they try their very best to make the customer happy. The trip in and out is always fast and fun and they dont try to make you do something you really dont wanna do.. I would recommend this gamestop to anyone that needs to go there..

Terrible, horrible we had a situation where my grandson of 5 years (which was his first visit) he was the ball down the channel and he was behind the ball and the employee so grocera began to scream, my daughter apologized and his reaction was more aggressive. The children began to cry when seeing how this employee behaved. My daughter told him that he had apologized that he would stop talking to us that way and he continued. When my daughter started recording he turned around and left. I would never recommend it in my life. If you can not have employees to work with the public and being a family site you can not have good recommendations. I will share my experience with friends so they know what they can face. Instead of spending a good time, it happened to be the opposite.

Manager with attitude. We call the office because last time. They dont understand we pay 3 time the same game. OMG. Be very careful that the manager charges you 3 times. And it leaves you without money. The staff is good the problem is the Lord. Learn to say sorry. I put my feet in. Stupid.
