I had the best service with this store with the workers Emily and Gabi and Maria I upgraded my phone and they were honestly better than other carriers with 40$ month! :)
I wasnt happy. The person that helped me didnt seem willing to help. I wanted to upgrade but the phones I inquired about were all over $200. When I chatted with a Cricket rep online those same phones were way under $200. Didnt quite understand what was going on with that. I am returning to a store I have dealt with in the past.
They where really rude and did not want to help me the girl was being really disrespectful.
Cricket,Ive given it a little over a week just to be sure before I left a review, but the service is great. The promotional free phone is actually a good phone, and I pay so much less than I did for ATT. To top all that, your guy Jeremy at the Lake Wales FL Cricket store has to be the most patient person Ive ever met. Give that guy a medal. He knew his stuff, he waited patiently while we figured out our passwords for our cell phone accounts etc. I feel good knowing if I need help I can go to that store and there are good people there to help. These are all branches of Sprint/AT&T and come with big catches and overpriced phones, which youre put on a plan to pay it off. Way too many issues and not cost effective at all for the average working American. And very impolite customer service all the way around. Shame on yall, Im perfectly happy with my service, plan and phone. Charging people $2000.00 for a phone that really costs $50.00 with a deal for an actual free phone no gimmicks free yearly upgrades& all kindsa good stuff. We LOVE METRO PCS!! Sorry not sorry.
Been with cricket a few years now. Never really had any issues. We carry five lines, unlimited etc with insurance. Been thru one insurance claim. Called Friday afternoon. Had new phone Monday. Still on the fence about keeping the insurance. @ $7 a phone. I can cut a 1/3 off our bill dropping it. Guess it depends on the expenses of your phone. P.s. only allowed two claims.

People know nothing about the cellphones they have for sale. The sir who dont know speak Spanish, try to laugh because of my language. Then I talk to him in English (not perfect, but English anyway). Go to another Cricket store where showing knowledge and respect.

Was overcharged for an item as well as extra fees being added for shopping in store. Was told if I didnt want to pay the upgrade fees then I should have bought online which I dont do due to security issues. The store would not honor the online price for the other item and even raised the price again when i bundled a few accessories. After coming home and checking my receipt, I went back later to demand a refund. Instead of taking care of the problem the district manager only argued with me and threatened me as I was leaving the store. This was totally unprofessional by the manager and he should be fired for threatening a customer while the rest of the store should be retrained in proper customer service. Im shocked a company like cricket would allow their authorized dealers(i was told they are not a cricket store only an authorized dealer yet they still represent the brand) to have such shady business practices which will lose the company a $1200+ a year customer over poor customer service and a $35 refund.
