I had the worst experience in this store and ever since.I bought a refurbished iPhone to save a bit and have lower monthly payments and was not given any charge cord or anything. No box at all!! After 8 months the phone just stopped working and got stuck on the Apple logo, i called apple first to diagnose it and once i tried restoring the phone through my computer it gave me an error code, i told the code to Apple and they said it was an issue with the souldering inside the phone caused damages to the internals. It took me 5 days to get to the person i needed to talk to to get a replacement. Very unsatisfied with the price and quality

If you’re in the area and looking for a place to buy, sell, or repair a phone you should stop by here. The owners are stand up guys and they get the job done by any means. Speaking from past experiences they are very honest and straight forward about each plan and won’t cheat you just to get a deal. Perfect example of customer first mentality!!!

We stopped in on our way to the Sprint store thinking we’d have to get a new phone when my daughter broke her screen. We saw that it was much less expensive to get the screen repaired. Unfortunately, while repairing the screen, the home button was damaged and couldn’t be repaired at his store - only an Apple store could do it. Eric, the manager, reimbursed us the full cost of the repair. He also set it up so the home button was on the screen so she could continue to use the phone until it was repaired or replaced. Honest, hardworking person. I’d go out of my way to use his business.

So if you have a cracked phone, need service, want to sell a phone, etc this is the place to go! Knowledgeable techs and generous customer service. 5 stars on my end

Place is run by non experts. They’ll tell you come pick up your stuff on x day and you show up, your stuff isn’t even in the store. Then they’ll try and say” it usually takes longer. Well guess what? Y’all told me x day! I show up at few always later then told and now it’s not ready or in store? Yeah I’ll never recommend this place and you’ll never see a dollar from me. Plus while I’m there they’re telling other customers it’ll cost them more then the price they themselves gave the customer because it’s a bigger phone or different model. Bottom line, they don’t know jack!!!! I’ll just keep going to the store by sprint, E cell city next to vitamin world

Would give them no stars by this will have to do. I was told by repair man he fixed over a 100 cellphone but my screen has white bubbles in it and my iPad is separating at the bottom I didn’t want a refund I wanted my items fixed I was told I would have to pay again and this was the very next day. Poor customer service my my minor child was spoken to rudely just an awful experience

On 8/11/18 I took my iPhone 8 in for screen repair. Tech advised it would take approximately an hour. When I returned the home button was not working ( might I add phone was fully functional when dropped off other than the cracked screen). Tech stated hed put in another screen but wed have to wait a little longer. When we did return an hour later the phone wasnt working at all!!! Tech advised me he wasnt able to fix it and if we could leave the phone hed have a more experienced tech work on it. Ive called on multiple occasions to get an update to then be told they need to send the phone to an Apple repair store bc they were unable to fix the phone bc the 1st tech had damaged something internal on the phone when he was trying to replace the screen.So over the course of the 6 weeks weve been given this excuse or that excuse why the phone was not repaired (still paying for telephone service on my phone which I didnt not have use of) I then receive a call today, 9/24/18, from Jose who identified himself as one of the owners stating Apple was unable to repair the phone bc apple ID and password was incorrect so they were going to cut a check for me to get my phone repaired by my service provider but wed have to still pay them $44 so he could enter my information in their system!!! I asked why was I being charged $44?!?! Ill admit I lost it!!! Charged $44 for them braking my phone!? For the 6 weeks of paying for phone service on a phone I didnt have use of!? For the aggravation and time calling them for updates!? And for them to charge me for them to return my phone with the screen still cracked and not even working!!!!! ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!!!!!This has been the WORST!!!!! experience Ive had and such sad horrible customer service!!!! Im still puzzled how a business can attempt to charge for a service never completed in addition try to charge when they are responsible for breaking a customers phone!!!!Shame on you!!!!Honestly was only able to leave a review by clicking 1 star and that was the only way to leave a review at all... -0 for overall experience, Im truly sick over this!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unhappy with this place. Im making payments on a phone that has no service anywhere I go wont let me cancel. Their very ugly to their customers they wouldnt help me at all took my number to call me when they got a new phone in its been 3 weeks iv called since then and the kid said yes we have many in stock. Rude associates and manager. No help need to be shut down.

I came here last Wednesday because my phones screen was broken. It had been broken for about two months and I figured I might as well get it fixed. I brought it in. They replaced the screen. But a day later, I realized my microphone was acting weird. The Siri function on my phone didnt work anymore. When I used the phone to make a story on instagram or to use Marco Polo, the first five or ten seconds on the video was completely silent. This is not something my phone did before I brought it in to get fixed. Before I brought my phone to this business, these functions worked perfectly fine.I went to the store on Saturday to see what could be done. The associates were defensive and asking me technical questions about my phone. I told them I didnt know the details about the hardware in my phone. (Does that sound smoke-screenish to anyone else?) All I knew is that the above problems did not exist before I brought my phone in. They told me they couldnt do anything because they replaced my screen. Replacing the screen, they said, would not do anything to hurt the components that were causing these problems. I repeated myself: Okay. Well, all I know is that before I didnt have these problems and then after you guys replaced my screen, these things dont work anymore. The associate replied: Well, if the person who fixed this phone DID accidentally touch any of the components that were related to microphone use, he would have told you. This comment did not boost my confidence in this organization. Yes, in a perfect world, if someone messed up my phone while trying to fix it, they would have told me. We dont live in that best case scenario, though. He told me to speak to the manager on Monday.Before I came back, I spoke with an Apple specialist. He told me that replacing the screen COULD damage components that would be connected to microphone use. When I came in, there was more defensiveness. The manager was obviously mad at me. I was told the same story again. Replacing the screen COULD NOT damage components connected to microphone use. I told him the Apple technician told me different. He told me I must have damaged my phone when I dropped it. I told him I dropped my phone two months ago. These components worked before I brought my phone in to get fixed. It did not feel like anyone really wanted to help me. Customer service there is defensive and unhelpful. I left.Before I wrote this, 20 hours ago, someone wrote a review about how they messed up someone elses phone. There are similar stories in the other reviews! I will add to them: if you want your phone to be fixed, do not go here for help. If your phone becomes damaged in their attempting to fix it, you will be on your own!*Wrote this about a month ago. Below there is a reply from a supposed representative of tracfone that says they will contact me to see what they can do to help me. In actuality, no one has actually contacted me. I called customer service. They won’t help you if tracfone messes up your phone either.
