Much better service at this location. They were polite and professional. Other than the previous location where Luis gave terrible customer service. I will be coming here from now on.

This location was bad too smelled weird and just had a bad experience. I dont recommend this location either. So glad Luis doesnt work here because I really would have been mad.

Awful service. They dont solve your problems. I bought a phone on Friday, its not working properly and they dont respond for it. The store should be close

I just called to ask a simple question. What are the iphones i can buy for an upgrade n prices? This is a simple question that i never had trouble with before.Well we cant quote you that on the phone. We need you to come in so we can look up your accountThen look up the damn account!!? The prices DO NOT change, all they need to check is if you have waited long enough to earn the upgrade. Its been about 4 years- i have one! Now i have to wait till i have a day off work to get a SIMPLE QUESTION answered. Lazy employees!!!

I had a BLAST getting my new phone.

Hours were wrong on their Google website...i drove 45 minutes up here too pick up my daughters new phone and was rudely told they dont open till 10:00am not 9:00am even though their sign on their door said 9am and so does their Google page. Told me I could go to another store...BS!

They deleted all my photos and videos when transferring to a new phone. Then, they were as rude as they could get, afterwards. Wont deal with them again.
