The man who helped us, Nick i believe was awesome he helped us every step if the way and wend above and beyond our expectations. My experience in the past with sales people is I always felt they were trying to get over on me or they werent telling me everything and its always been just that. With Mr. Nick I didnt feel that way in the slightest. I felt comfortable and he communicated every step of the way. I deffintly will send my friends and family his way when they need a new phone!

Terrible customer service! At first they seemed so concerned and helped get a replacement phone ordered for my husband. He said the phone would be upgraded and arrive at my home in 3 days. Well it has now been a week and still no phone. When I called AT&T there was no recorded of a phone being ordered. So I called this store and was told it was an insurance claim and they only helped us place the claim and we needed to call the insurance company so I did. The claim was never finished so it wad canceled. No my husband had no phone and is leaving the state with no phone. SO PISSED RIGHT NOW!!! And to top it off the guy that answered the phone at the quiosk in the mall was so rude and trying to make me think we had done something wrong. A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WORKING THERE!!!

Switched from Sprint and it was a very good decision. I had been with Sprint for about 4 years, and hadnt totally loved my service but all things considered it was ok. I moved to Haines City from NJ and my data connections were terrible and even my phone line was crappy. Well, apart from that, Sprints customer service sucks. They arent authorized to make the customer happy at all and when a rep told me a deal was still going, come to find out it wasnt.... we decided now is the time to switch. We got the deal we wanted, the plan we needed, and the customer service we deserve! The guy who took care of us was awesome. We are so happy!

The employee added on insurance when I asked him to leave everything alone, just upgrade my phone. I also bought in a tablet to put on a different number, they deleted off my SIM card forcing me to go to a store and get a new SIM card. Save your time, just call customer service.

My experience was very poor. There were no places to sit like they show in picture. They couldnt help transfer my old phone to my new phone and sent me away without any recommendations on how i could get it completed. I had to research it myself. Service was poor and so was accommodations.
