My preferred supermarket! Clean, well-stocked, and well-organized at all times. This place has fantastic leadership. Sushi is one of my favorite foods, as well.

Not the best place for deals on produce but the quality is good. It is Lake Forest after all, so the prices are to be expected for the area. Great to-go options for takeaway meals.

A wide range of organic products are available. Every department serves delicious, fresh food.

Wanted to share how nice the check out people are at the Lake Forest Fresh Market! Today I went in to get a few groceries, but mainly to get some treats for a gift basket. Grabbed a few items for dinner and completely forgot the main reason I had gone there. In the middle of check out I remember that I needed to get a gift basket with some treats. Told the women I’m so sorry I forgot a bunch of things, she didn’t even seem bothered, ran back to grab 8-10 items and a hanging basket and happily bagged the rest of my items. She Asked me if I would kindly complete the survey at the bottom of receipt and share my experience- done and wanted to also write this review!

Fantastic local grocery . We stopped in and were pleasantly surprised with selection, price and quality. Everything was top notch.

Nice grocery store that carries higher end brands, some hard to find items, even some interesting things to try. I havent tried their meat or deli section yet it looks popular. Ive had their pre-prepared salads, and their granola, both good. I stop in at least once a week to pick up something I need that I cant find elsewhere nearby.

This is where I go for good quality steak and sea food . Its a little more expensive but worth it . Fruits, vegetables, deli and the bakery are excellent.

Helpful staff. Quick checkout.8. Samples when you walk in! Coffee, tea, snacks, apple cider in the winter.9. This is the way things should be!10. And so much more...

I was there in September on a work trip to Milwaukee. I think my sister lives nearby. Great store visually. Produce dept.was very nice and the fish dept. had a impressive variety.

Very convenient and nice chill ambiance. Fancy food shop, though priced a bit higher, usually excellent quality groceries. Good quality fish and meats but need more full time staff. (they seem to have spotty coverage... Sometimes no real butchers are there)

This is a beautiful place, it is a small store, with a big variety of organic and fresh products. The interior is amazing it feels so calm and relaxing just to have an amazing experience finding the products that you need. The only bad thing is that they have high prices. I understand this place is located in an expensive town, but the prices are too high.

I love this place for all the specialty items I can never find at a typical grocery. Between the Lemoncoco drink which is really hard to find, to Pho broth, canned octopus from Spain and excellent tomatoes, I can also get sushi, bakery items and everything else in between. Recently I was making a Spanish dish called Fiduea and they had fish broth from Barcelona. I couldnt believe that I was finding that in the shelf.

They were awesome to let me run in right before closing to grab a Pumpkin pie. I came out of my way just for a pie because I read that it was one of the best. It did live up to its reputation.

Ive worked in Lake Forest for 20 years and the first time I ever went in was this year, the day before Thanksgiving. The produce looked wonderful, the staff was abundant and very friendly and helpful. Good wine/alcohol variety, great produce. Nice neighborhood store.

Fresh Market prepared a last minute crown pork roast for Xmas day dinner. I seasoned it with an apple maple glaze they carried byStonewall Kitchen. Absolutely delicious andthey were gracious about pulling this together last minute. Plus the price was more reasonable that what id been paying for from abutcher Id previously frequented.

The saltwater taffy is hard and stale. Do not waste your $$$$ here.The Chocolate walnut fudge is total sugar. Very little Choco taste or walnut. Do not waste your $$$$ here.Dried mango is totally without taste. Do not waste your $$$$ here.Turkey panini is good. Greek olive salad is good. Packaged hamncheese was good BUT no mayo etc.

Wish there more locations open this the only one around.

Good store, could do much better with fresh fruit and veg

We purchased Turbot today and it was spoiled. Opened the package and our kitchen smelled like spoiled fish. We have lived in the area for 40 years and this is the worst fish we have purchased. Also purchased broccoli and it wasnt ripe. Wont be returning.

I go for the giant Fuji organic apples when they’re available. Usually end up leaving with additional fruits, vegetables, flowers. Nuts. And candy.Oh, and the artichoke dip.

Store is a little small, and prices are quite high. Product selection is unique, but disappointing if you come for a well known brand.

The prices are reasonable and the product choices so extensive so really its not easy to miss a product at this store.

My son was a butcher there and is now the butcher manager in Richmond Va.
