This is my favorite Ralphs here in this area!

Would like to thank the night cashier Daun. She is extremely helpful and friendly. She always helps me to make sure I have the right products to get the buy 5 sales or digital coupons etc. If I cant find something she will walk me to where it is. The whole night crew there is great. Thank you guys n gals!

The Manager Tanya was terribly serving their customers! Today I and my girlfriend were at line for lottery tickets/tobacco area. We were waiting for services, I understand that was only 2 casher including manager and was other customers as were were too. The manager Tanya said will be with you shortly after this client. We were waiting, but right after that client we were expecting we are next to serve. But the manager took other (next person who came after us), she started to serve not us.I felt that was Not right, I waited as everyone does but since I was different looking different because I am asian maybe? Or because next person was special ?! I really dont know why she was serving next person instead of us ?I even asked that we are next, Maam . But she just said I will serve you later, its a lot of people it seems like we were not people to her ? I really disappointed of Ralphs, the managers need to get fired if they are racial profiling!!

This is my home away from home. All the employees are amazing and the deals are one of a kind. This is one of the best stores I have ever shopped at.

Some good deals, seasonal markdowns are always a must to hit up

This Ralphs carries a decent selection of items, but they dont remove expired food regularly - a couple months ago, I accidentally purchased a refrigerated, pre-packaged item that had a sell by date over a month old, and today, organic broccoli with a stem that was brown and mushy. Same problem with some of the milk in the past.Theres nothing more irritating than getting items home and then realizing they arent usable.Ive complained a couple of times, but both times, the employees I spoke with werent apologetic at all.Make sure you check the dates before you buy!!

I don’t normally visit this Ralph’s so I was shocked at how rude the cashiers are. WILL NEVER be visiting this store again. Customer service is out the window. I will stick to the El Toro Ralphs.

Always great customer service! One of the courtesy clerks was so helpful and gave my girlfriend a band aid when she cut her finger when we turned in our recyclables. Thanks again. Forgot to get his name...

Always a great selection at this store, prices are good and they have a great weekly deal. I stopped in here two days before Easter to stock up for my wife. Butcher was really nice and helped me get exactly what she wanted. The people who work here are super friendly.

I like this Ralphs location. They have a good beer selection and a good deli counter. I usually go to this Ralphs when Im picking things up during my lunch break, so Im getting used to the store layout, but the store is always clean and well stocked.

The cashiers customer service is disastrous, they are ladies who at this point of life should be in a nursing home, they do not know how to speak in English and can hardly be understood when they speak, they do not see well and they smell naphthalene. The Manager is friendly and always willing to help. The prices are always wrong, they are not the ones that are in the shelves, when it is time to pay, the price shown on the monitor does not match. For simple purchases, Okay.

A local grocery store thats on the smaller compact size, however dont let that fool you as the aisles are wide enough to enjoy a quick stress-free trip. Parking and getting in and out of the parking lot is another story though. Its inside a popular shopping center so expect finding a parking a hard task if you come during peak hours.

I like this Ralphs! The people are so friendly. They actually say hi when Im walking through. Ralphs also sends me coupons tailored to my purchases. I do have their credit card though. Get their credit card! They send you checks and coupons. Sometimes a free item coupon. I love those. Keep up the good work Ralphs.

This location is my everyday grocery store. The people are nice, the store is clean and they have a great deli where the fried chicken always seems to be freshly made. I can tell by looking at it, when its fresh.

This grocery store is clean and well organized. The item selection is diverse but in my opinion they could use a few more lactose intolerant options in the milk department (such as goats milk). Overall the staff is friendly and I have never had an issue while shopping.

I dont do reviews for grocery stores but i was impressed today by this young man. Cliff at the service Deli deserves this review.. He knows his product Prices and was a pleasure to deal with. Ralphs should be real happy that such a exceptional employees.

What a wonderful place! They have the friendliest staff and the items that they sell are just incredible. They have great value items that come in very affordable prices.

Saw a girl drop a 6 pack of Mikes Hard near the registers, and by the time I had went down an aisle and picked out a handle and came back, all of the mess was cleaned up and dried... I was actually really surprised.They have a good assortment of things, and the only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is how random the aisles are. Theres alcohol and snacks on one side, and then office supplies in the middle with the frozen section, and then sodas on the right side of the store. Made it very hard to find stuff.

A nice Ralphs, nothing like the one on Portolla. The store is a little tight to maneuver around with a shopping cart at times but still good grocery store.

Its a good basic grocery store but does not compare to larger format Ralphs stores in the area in terms of selection and convenience. The better Ralphs stores are in Foothill Ranch and also on El Toro Road

Produce in this store is incredibly fresh! Always enough checkers! Bakery has some great breads!

Great neighbourhood store, great people. Anna a Cashier & Merchandiser Stocker, extremely nice. Quinn in Produce always very helpful. Always well stocked & clean.Unfortunately some other cashiers a few older ladies a little grumpy, and you get to listen to them complaining about there job, or how awful the company is they work for. WTF why are they still there, they should be lucky the have jobs & obviously been there too long & surely after all that time they are paid very well. Also if you pay cash, why can’t they count back your change. Is it that hard, it’s right there on there computer or even on the sale receipt.

Ralphs is a great store, but a little expensive compared to Stater Bros.

Home store just a minute from my house so dont really shop anywhere else due to the convenience factor. Small store but decent selection.

I forgot what its like in other convienence stores and realized it was over 6 bucks for shampoo. But maybe its my fault for being so broke.

My 8 year old daughter and I walked into this Ralphs location on a Saturday evening and while the store appeared to be very busy with many customers at the checkout stands, my daughter and I were the only ones in line at the customer service booth waiting for assistance. There were four store managers on staff that evening (among a few other employees). Several of them made eye contact with us as my daughter and I patiently stood there for 15 to 20 minutes but no one greeted us or let us know some one would be help us momentarily. I was in disbelief of how long we were standing in front of the store without anyone attending us or even asking if we have been helped. Finally one of the employees by the name of *Christine* (who appeared to be a store manager) rudely yelled in front of other customers and asked if we had been helped. It was pretty obvious we had not been helped as she noticed no one ever approaching us or the customer service counter. I responded and said: “NO, no one has helped us yet and we have been here now for 20 minutes patiently waiting”. Her rude response was: “Well, you will have to wait because we have many customers!” (as if my daughter and I were not a customer). I was not complaining just yet but her rude response was the last straw. Her argumentative, rude tone, and poor lack of customer service skills is not one of a store manager. She did not maintain her composure as a store manager should. In addition, she insisted on wanting to argue with me in front of my daughter and many customers standing in line, causing a scene, and holding her own line back. Another customer interjected and asked her to calm down and said it was unnecessary that we argue in front of customers (which I agree). That customer also requested help and Christine rudely said he would need to also wait. Christine persisted with a terrible attitude, wanting to continue to argue with me, and trying to justify the stores poor lack of service. I was not there to waste my time, argue, or listen to excuses. I was there requesting help on an item for my daughter. However, this store, and its entire management staff failed to set a professional example and help someone waiting for 20 minutes. Many witnessed the drama and stunt Christine helped entertain. If she cannot handle the pressure as an employee (let alone a store manager) at a busy supermarket, perhaps she should consider another profession. This matter is not stopping here. The power of social media and obtaining the store’s corporate office assistance is much greater than Christine anticipates. She is fortunate if she still has her job by the end next week or until she loses her composure with another customer.

Always have key items we need with good prices. Always use their Redbox kiosk.

Go to the Ralphs on El Toro.I dont know what it is but, these women cashiers that work at this location are the most unfriendly people.Absolutely everyone that works at the El Toro location are the most friendly and helpful people. I suspect this location has some shotty management.
